Started scanning my stuff then noticed the jug of Gatorade had no bar code so my husband had to run and get another. I kept scanning my stuff then when it got to the cough syrup it asked for a workers assistance so the girl came said ok you want to cancel the whole order? NO... So she did I don't know what and said ok you are good to go. So I paid went to the door the guy said don't look like the water was scanned.i said what? She did cancel things and made me look like a idot at the door like of I tried to steal the water or something. I was so pissed I took the water out and left it on the bench at the door the guy said no wait don't leave it there. Are you f ing kidding.... Worst experience. Worst workers. I don't often write reviews, but this place is going to have to be the exception. They are losing so much revenue, simply because a lack of customer service. I cannot count the number of times I have walked in here to buy ammunition from the locked case, only to have to leave empty handed because I simply cannot find someone to open it up. There is never anyone in the sporting goods department and the employees will literally run and hide from you when you try and get some help. It's almost comedic. Hundreds of dollars lost in revenue from myself alone and my buddies have all had the same experience. I am writing a review of their dead fish department. I was APPALLED at the number of dead fish in one of the tanks. they were decomposing, about 25 fish in a tank of about 75. these were priced a 28 cents each i think so i guess they don't care if they die. I can't imagine anoy of the living ones even being healthy enough to sell since they have been living in toxic water with ridiculous levels of ammonia from the dead fish. There were 2 bettas in little cups, one dead and one in filthy water. this store will probably sell all sick fish if this is any indicator of how they keep all the fish. they should shut down the fish department. do we call the city for this? read more

I write negative review so others can be aware. I often come to this store due to location and I have always used the self scan and it has been smooth and quick. Until recent experience when I had to use the cashier checkout because I had a manufacturer coupon. The cashier started off with an attitude when I tried to tell her ahead of time that I had a coupon and not sure if it works, she said wait, wait until she scan all items. Okay, no problem, she was just doing her jobs. When I gave her the coupon, she said it doesn't apply to the item. Okay, no problem again, I asked her to void the item then. After she rang up my other items, the total didn't seem right, it was like double of the price. I knew the price was wrong because I often buy the other items. I doubt checked the receipt and told the caisher that she didn't void the item, instead she charged again. So I paid twice and I didn't even have the product. When I pointed that out to her, she insisted she did it right and gave me attitude and refused to double check or help. I told her again and then another employee walked over and validated my items and told me to get refund at the customer service counter. I waited about 30 minutes to get my money refunded. Shoppers be aware, some employees are so incompetent and with no customer service, so check your receipt before you leave, and trust the self scan more. read more

Lazy ghetto workers won't answer the main store phone when you call with a question. I had to drive there to find out what time their money center closes. When you approach them with a question in the store they don't make eye contact hoping you'll disappear. It might make them have to do some work like show you where something is. The poor customer service is consistent. That's about the nicest thing I can say for this store. The return line is always long with the most incompetent people working there in the morning. The line could be going out the door but no one comes to help and even when someone in line mentioned it to a manager who came by, the manager ran away. Cold food was sitting in carts to be returned while I waited in line for 20 min. The worst part was, when I saw that manager after waiting too long, she saw me walking towards her after recognizing me from the line and ran the other direction. That is terrible management! Your job is to manage the store and its employees and part of that is listening to customers, than making improvements. They don't want to know how to improve. I have a love/hate relationship with Walmart. They do have good prices on some items but definitely not everything. I prefer Target and will continue to prefer Target as they have amazing customer service compared to Walmart. Good luck finding someone who can help you find something in the store. I went in for a specific item that was available as stated online. I get here and there is no sign of the toy or an employee. So after several attempts to find the toy I can't find the specific toy I was looking for and assume they just don't carry it since I can't find anyone to help me. When I do find someone to help me they never return after 20 minutes to clarify if the item was available or not (could have sold out by the time I got there). Ended up giving up on the toy as I wasn't going to wait longer. I ended up leaving with things I didn't need like candy and waited in the slowest line ever. Do yourself the favor and do self check out or do yourself an even better favor and go to Target! read more

Waited for delivery and asked everyday where her bike was.had to chat with customer service just to find out item was lost in transit. 5 stars for Joy. Wish I could give her more! Wow.... what a Joy she was. She cared. She really genuinely cared about providing exceptional service and went above and beyond for me. I stopped Joy with a question and she's like "Hey I have to go on break, I'll be right back let me just go clock out! And I'll find someone to help you." In my head I'm thinking "she's not coming back." Wow, did she prove me wrong. All of a sudden Joy was back and determined/excited to help me. at Walmart? This never happens. Usually people run away and hide on their break but not Joy. She truly wanted to make sure me and others got what we were were looking for. Thank you Joy for helping me find my bike. I don't know why I always come back here. Last time I needed to return something in electronics, it took me thirty minutes to find someone. This time I needed to purchase something from electronics, I ended up waiting thirty minutes before leaving. There were two people manning the station but they were not around. The manager kept asking someone from electronics over the PA to pick up the phone but nobody did. Finally one guy comes back but he ignores me and goes over to the lady who is printing photos and asks if she needs help before he gets pulled away again by another employee. Then the second guy comes sauntering by, walks right past me, and proceeds to ask the same lady if she needs help with printing. Ended up dumping my stuff on their counter and just leaving. read more

So had to go here because my sisters baby shower was registered here. Once we got the papers printed we picked up some items went to the check out and the lady said they don't mark items off the registry once you buy it. I thought that was the whole point of a registry is that everyone would know the item is purchased that way they don't buy the same thing. So we ask a manager and she said of course they do, so she goes to another register and ask the lady to do it for us, her response " she doesn't know how" so the manager does her job while she is talking to my fiancé about football. All I can think of is, if she doesn't know how to do her job shouldn't she be watching her manager and learn from her to be a better employee. My point is we are products of our environment and if no one seems to care about there job then there less likely to care about the customer. I gave this place one star because of the young manager who took the time to do everybody else's job. She is the only star in this place. If you can afford it, never shop Wal-Mart. Horrible, went here to get medicine for my kids. Waited in line for 20 mins. They closed self check out and had only two lanes open. Literally had a line wrapping around the whole front of the store. SERIOUSLY WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I came here to exchange and return an online purchase. The girl at the counter looked at the receipt like it was the weirdest thing she ever saw. She tried to return my purchase but didnt know how. She told me she was new so I told her it was fine (since I know how difficult it is working on the floor in the first week.) She told the other employee next to her to help her and she said "wait." Then the other girl continues to do her own shit- pretending to put items back and "fixing" the counter- when I'm there waiting for her fat ass to return my motherfucking purchase. Then both employees start talking and laughing while I'm just standing there waiting for them to do their job. It took them 30 minutes to finally return my purchase. Then the employee starts lecturing me that I cannot exchange an online purchase to a store. But she said she'll let me do it this time. WTF. THIS IS WALMART, NOT GUCCI. GET OFF YOUR FUCKING HIGH HORSE. WALMART ACCEPTS EVERY FUCKING RETURN NO MATTER WHAT, DUMBASS. To top it off, she told an old lady that she could not accept the return of a DVD, though it was unopened and sealed and she had her receipt. This review was long overdue!! I went in to buy like 21 cases of water for an event! I asked an employee on the floor and he totally ignored me! Ugh..... lucky for me Dante was there to help!! He was so courteous and professional. He got me the caes of water I needed and never lost his cool when he was in the middle of arranging my cases and clients came up to him with questions. He made sure that everything at check out ran smoothly as well. Afterward he walked me to my car and helped me load all the cases! This young man definitely is an amazing asset to this store!! This Walmart has the worst customer service. If there were negative stars I could give it would be negative two stars. This Walmart always seems dirty. Rebekah one of the managers let's her employees talk and text on their cell phones while helping you. Was there to buy gift cards and one cashier only allowed me to purchase 10 gift cards totaling $500. She advised me I needed to purchase the rest online. I advised her I needed these in the next few days and that was not an option. I looked for a manager. The manager Rebekah advised me yes that is advised however because I'm using a debit card with ID she would push it through. This suggests that the transaction is possible. We walk back over and she proceeds to talk with the cashier. Then Rebekah comes back to me and tells me I'll have to come back tomorrow or purchase online but they would not process my transaction today. WTF, I didn't get an apology or anything. I asked was the phone addressed and was told that's none of my business. Oh but the phone call was my business when I'm in the middle of a transaction and your employee is on her cell phone. Now the cashier has more rank than the actual manager. I advised Rebekah that the other lady I was with will purchase some and I'll come back. She said ok. Was made to wait in line again and get to the cashier and was advised they will not process either transaction. Now Rebekah just said ok. I go back to Rebekah and she said no you have to order online. But you did just say ok to another purchase with another person and a different debit card. If you want to be racially profiled, treated unfairly, talked too disrespectfully, confused on what you can and can't do, communicating in a precessional manner is not top priority then go to this Walmart. The worst Walmart I've been to. It was so crowded inside and the layout of the place is just a big mess. The walkways were very tight and small and they even stacked up merchandise inside the walkways. While I was walking, I think my shopping cart knocked down a few boxes of the diapers in area where they were selling make ups. My purpose to the store was to buy some salmon filet and ended up learning that they don't even have a fresh meat sections. This trip was very disappointing and for sure will never go back there again. read more
