I went on a Tuesday afternoon so there was not much of a wait for them to get started on my oil change. They said it would take about an hour but in reality it only took about 35-40mins. Simple text message alerts keep you updated while they work on your vehicle. The guy who helped me at the counter had the personality of a wet blanket, and didn't remember me when I came back 35-40 mins later to pick up the keys and pay. The absolute worst experience I have ever had at a tire place. My appointment was for 11 AM. At 12:40 I was told that they don't have the key to take my tire off of my car. They could not find the key in my car to take the lug nuts off. They stated that they do not have the tools to remove these types of lug nuts. If you want to waste your whole day and I got there at 10:30 and we left at 12:30 so just a heads up. You can struggle if you want to. I will never come back. keep looking read more

Terrible service. We had a 12pm appointment, car did not even begin service until 2 hours later even though we were told it would be ready for pickup at 1. Could not leave until 4pm, it took up our entire afternoon just to change a couple tires. Staff was rude and did not communicate well. They took care of walk-ins before finishing our car. I truly believe they are unable to do their job. last time my car was here they did not fully put my oil filter causing it to fall off while driving. did they reimburse me? ABSOLUTELY NOT. DONT COME IF YOU HAVE A TOYOTA! I was going to put 2 stars but after what happened today it deserves 1. I went for an oil change last week and told me that can't finish the oil change because they can't take off the oil filter and claimed it was too tight. they emptied my oil and gave me new oil and told me I should go to the place that I went to before. I went to the place I went to before and within seconds they took off my oil filter, which the place are Lube Techs also, it's just Walmart is scared and don't have the right tools to get off my oil filter. went there today to have them finish the service I was there for and they declined my vehicle because they don't feel comfortable taking off my filter. read more

Do not take your car here. One car they put a battery on the wrong terminals and it fried the main fuse. Another car I took for an oil change and they told me they didn't have the filter for it so I had to go buy a filter for it. Then the other guy that was there when I went to pick it up said they actually did have it. Idk who they are hiring up there but do better! read more

I was told they would get my car right in and it would take an hour or less to get my 2 front tires replaced. It ended up taking 2.5 hours. When I expressed my frustration there were no apologies. Save some time and go to discount tires down the street. read more

I had the best oil service I've had in a long time. The pit crew option is the best. They just changed my oil and didn't try to up-sell me or create problems they needed to fix. I called the shop and at 1:17pm to check and see the wait time, they told me about an hour and a half. I get there at 1:25pm, turn my keys over and am prepared to wait. I go into the store and walk around. I come back 20 minutes later and my car is already in the bay and they are working on it. By 2:00pm, I am on my way. They beat Discount Tire price by about $150. It was very quick they warranty the tires for $10 extra which is totally reasonable and they did a great job the guy mounting my tires at the Happy Valley store was very informational and was a very good guy he knew a lot about tires read more

I was in desperate need of an oil change and brought my car to this Walmart. I warned the fellas my car was filthy, and I do mean filthy and slightly embarrassed. When I came to pick my car up not only was my oil changed, tires filled with air, but one of them took the time to vacuum and sprayed air freshener in my vehicle. Do not go here!! They always tell you a time that is at least MUCH LONGER!! I was told 2 hours and waited 3 hours and 10 mins only for them to tell me that they didn't have my battery in stock. This is not the first time I have had horrible service... I should have not returned...lesson learned. I came in for a oil change and new battery...plenty of time to figure out they didn't have my battery. The manager said he was sorry... not that sorry..still charged me $55 for an oil change. I got an oil change at Walmart in July (2018). There were approximately 3 techs and 2 cars in front of me that seemed to also be in the "lube" port assuming to get oil changes as well. Upon checking in, I was told that my service would be COMPLETE in 45 minutes to an hour. Knowing that previous oil changes took approx. 15 minutes to complete I was doing this within my work schedule (lunch break). I work nearby this Walmart so thought it would be convenient to do this. The service ended up being over 2 hours long. Supposedly, my car "NEEDED" to be audited after I explained that I NEEDED to get to work after I had already waited more than an hour and a half. In order to have my car audited, I had to wait for a service department assistant manager. He was in a meeting at the time yet apparently understood that I was in a rush being that the attending service member at the front desk called twice and let him know of my situation. Coincidentally, the service department (automotive) assistant manager was actually the one that checked-me in initially and told me that my service would be about 45 min. That being said, the customer service in respect to the automotive department was respectful of my situation aside from one crucial member, the person that was preventing me from leaving- the only person that could supposedly audit my car. Additionally, I was told from two other persons in the waiting room that they too were experiencing timeliness problems. One expressed to me that his service would be 2 hours long and ended up waiting more than 3 hours. Overall, I would highly consider going through a Valvoline Instant Oil Change, OilStop Drive Thru Oil Change, or any other automotive service that acknowledges the importance of efficiency and respect to its customer. read more
