This walgreens is terrible. The pharmacists says 2 hours until the prescriptions would be filled come back in 2 hours not filled, then tells me has to order one. Of course it was the most important one. He should have told me when I presented him with the prescriptions after he checked to see if he had them in stock. It 9:20 p.m., I could have checked with other pharmacies. Oh no almost midnight and I find out. This is not good service at all. People don't go to the pharmacy out of choice, these medications help with sustaining life. I really wonder if corporate even takes these reviews into account. Improve quality of service! read more

The associates seemed friendly and eager to help, even though they were busy. My minor issue was with the pharmacy. Be mindful that if you refill a prescription online, pay attention to the date: it automatically jumps to the next day. I knew this, so I corrected the date and even waited until I received a confirmation email that my prescription was ready. When I got there, I was told that since the prescription would not be covered by my insurance, they had not filled it (I guess it is their policy to confirm with the customer in these cases). That's fine, but please call me or at least don't send me an email saying that the prescription has been filled. Even though I have had many waiting experiences there, including today, the people were nice, so I will probably continue going there out of convenience (I'll just call them myself next time to be sure it's ready). read more

WORST WALLGREENS! I had ALL FOUR of my wisdom teeth pulled and had my prescriptions called in before my surgery. My surgery ended at 10:45am and when my husband drove me over to pick up my prescriptions not only did they not accept my medical prescription card they did not have my PRESCRIPTIONS READY!!!!!!!!!!!!! The Oral Surgeon advised that I take my medicines from Antibiotics to the pain medicine as soon as I get home. Here is the kicker..... My Prescriptions were not ready until after 2:00PM. ALMOST 4 hours later after my surgery and all the numbing medicine had worn off I finally got my prescription. IT WAS A JOKE!!!! Supposedly they were behind... but in reality they had NO ORGANIZATION and they were rude! I WILL NEVER BE GOING BACK! read more

Pharmacy is horrible. A bunch of amateurs work here. Had to pick up medication because i couldn't get it in time through my regular pharmacy. Dude they couldn't get anything right nor do they offer any coupons to assist with co-pays. Unfortunately I have to agree with most of the people here whom complaints about the lack of customer support. Due to my special needs daughter medical needs, this is the only pharmacy close around that actually does compound medications. My daughter has to have all her seizure meds feed through a feeding tube. Each month I have issues doing refills. Can everyone just learn how to multi task!?! Apparently only one person truly know how to process insurance and each time it takes forever. This is a 9 years old child whom needs these medications. Once you call them, they have you on hold about 20 mins long and nothing is ever taken cared off unless you literally start yelling at them! For a company that deals with medications, you guys need to get your crap together. read more

just now I walk up to the photo counter and the guy behind the counter starts walking away. I asked if he was coming back soon and he said yes. He just has to help the other person who was ringing up customers at the register. The line was getting longer. Instead of taking 30 seconds to find the one photo I ordered online and sending me to the register where he was going anyway, he starts ringing up people. Fine......they were there before me. No big deal. But then he starts ringing people up that came after me. I sat there waiting 10 to 15 minutes watching him ring up person after person. When he finally finished ringing everyone up, he started walking back to me. He saw how dissatisfied I was and told me that there was only him and another person in the store at the time. When he got back to the photo counter, there was someone already helping me get my photo. All he had to do was get my photo and send me on my way. Horrible customer service. What a jerk. Very upset. Gave me the run around and lied about calling my Dr. For substitutions. Called my Dr. No calls was received about it. They even tried to pull one that the prescription was already expired. But the I just had that prescription filled with a handwritten prescription on hand. This is the worst customer service ever The pharmacies are very rude. My daughter was lied too . Rosie told her prescription wasn't here and the doctor already sent it on the 20 th and was told she couldn't have her prescription till 5 days after ? To me I'm pissed cause my daughter has endometriosis stage 4 she needs her medication .Have her waiting for a week later to have it and her suffer . My daughter literally went today to see her doctor to see when he prescribed her medication and it was on the 20th. Then she goes to Walgreens barely can walk in pain. None of the employees asked if they can help her if she needed help nothing she Goes walks up to the front desk to the pharmacy and ask her if she can have her prescription filled and the pharmacist ynez yelled at her and told her she had to wait 3 hours to get it filled . So while she's standing waiting for her prescription3 hours later . Finally got her prescription. First of all you treat customers nicely and professional. Not Yelling at a customer or being lied to or rude . Is very unprofessional. Especially a customer that is in a lot of pain or is very sick and needs help . Yenz and Rosie need a class of customer service or work somewhere else . I'm a caregiver I help elderly patients I totally understand how people are in pain and sick . So when someone that's in a medical Field even a pharmacist should have the compassion to take care of the patient. Be honest and let them know what's going on . It takes a while to get your prescriptions only because a lot of work goes into preparing. Went in today, and they let me and my family know the wait time and so we came back much much later. Because of the visible long line, I expected it to be an extended amount of time. They were kind, apologetic and got the job done given the amount of orders they had. Love that it has a little snack bar with coffee/ fountain drinks. and that it is open 24 hours!!! But i agree with the customer service- it sucks. Well first off, i called them around 8:00 P.M on a Sunday asking them what info i needed to transfer my prescription. I always have been with CVS/(sometimes Target) since they are 1 minute away from my apartment at school. The man on the phone was super nice and friendly and I was glad that he was helping me out . He preregistered me (never have i filled my prescriptions at Walgreens) and told me all the information I needed to give them was the prescription number and the previous pharmacy phone number. I'm like cool thanks for your help! I couldn't give him all that info right then and there because the CVS I was/am at was closed. ANYWAYS, I call in the morning and some beeyotch answers the phone. She gives major attitude and was RUSHING me. OK bro, i wanna get off the phone as bad as you do you aren't making it any easier by being a complete douche and being impatient. I explained to her that I called the night before and the man on the phone told me all i needed was the RX number and pharmacy phone number so that is the only info i had ready for her. She was like "ugh well that is weird..why would he just tell you that?" I was thinking at the moment...."uhm... i don't know? I don't work there, you tell me?!?!?!? ( haha. and finally she was like OH HE PREREGISTERED YOU. Then she was like ok, you're transferring a prescription, what is the name of it? And i was like, um honestly I don't really know the exact name..it's a long name i can't pronounce and i don't know it off the top my head (ok that is probably my fault but dang i'm not a pharmacist i don't look at the name that my doctor gives me!) but yeah anyways, she was like you don't know it at all? I was like ok, well let me google it super quick. And then while i was on my laptop googling it she was like is it (insert long prescription name here)? i was like i think, that sounds familiar. she was like "UGH YOU THINK?!" and I was so pissed at this point i was like "Well if you'd give me a chance to look it up i'd tell you!" damn that girl was cray and made the process dreadful. She then asked how strong my dosage was, the refills, and when it was prescribed. Ok, I don' know all that info off the top my head!!! Besides all other pharmacies I have transferred from, like Target to a CVS, never asked me that- nor did the man I spoke to the night before told me I needed to know that info. DON'T THEY HAVE TO CALL THE PHARMACY IT WAS PREVIOUSLY AT ANYWAYS?!?! Anyways, my insurance is Anthem Blue Cross and They asked that over the phone and I told them- they said "ok come in 30 minutes to 1 hour, your prescription will be ready" I go there... and hand them my insurance card.... "We don't accept anthem blue cross insurance" -___________- I guess that lady hated me but seriously that was unnecessary!! I then called CVS and they felt so bad about my situation CVS GAVE ME A $25 GIFTCARD (holla to the CVS off Valley in Walnut/Industry). Heck to the yes, target marketing audience achieved. Went back there and picked up my prescription :) Makes me sad because I like shopping at Walgreens and I love their 24 hour convenience! And the coffee/drink mini bar thing in their store. But why does their pharmacy team have to be such beezy's? So rudeeeee! If you read all this, I'm sorry. If I could give a zero stars I would. I ordered pictures to be printed here and got an email confirmation the pictures were ready. When I arrived to the store to pick up the pictures they could not find my order in the system even though I showed them the email confirmation. They had to reprint everything again and I waited over an hour to receive my pictures. When they were done printing my pictures and we're finally going to allow me to purchase my pictures the manager comes out, takes the pictures from the register and throws them onto the back shelf and yells at me in a very rude tone saying I cannot take the pictures because they look professional and in professional pictures there's always a copy right. I show my copy right to her and show her I am the owner of the pictures and am allowed to print them. She never apologizes for her rude tone makes me send her the copy right and has me sign a Walgreens form to print the pictures and rings me up. Never does she apologize for the long wait, her unprofessionalism, or the entire inconvenience. If this is how the manager treats paying customers I can only imagine how she treats her employees. I am never coming back to this Walgreens ever again. read more

Store is average. Drive thru pharmacy is RIDICULOUS! I dropped off a prescription an hour ago and say in line for 18 minutes. Im back to pick it up thinking it would have cooled down and here I am car off waiting in this line again 15 minutes down and four cars ahead of me. I'm giving this place three stars because of their photography department. Everytime I order photos I am stuck waiting at the counter for at least 10 minutes before they actually come over to help. I continue to use them because they are so close to my house but it does get very annoying when I have to wait there and the workers are walking around not going to the counter. read more

Megan in the pharmacy is a nice girl, she treated me very nice and fast. We talked about video games throught the wait (about 30mins) she knows so much about games I have not encountered such a video gamer girl in near ontario (I'm from pasadena). She is awesome if you love games and come here YOU must talk to her. The store is overall clean. When I come here I get my favorite Eyeline Fabuliner. Highly recomended to get your RX's shop while you wait! they have so many food specials, I got some keebler club crackers for only $1.99! read more

Where is the selection for ZERO stars? SERIOUSLY. Please allow me to translate the phone recording: "We're sorry, all of our staff is assisting other callers/answering other calls. Please hold on. We will be with you shortly" TRANSLATION: "We have 1-2 'staff members' working which includes the Pharmacist. 'Shortly' really means we're going to have you holding for what is often 20 minutes and then we're going to disconnect you. When you call back, we will do it all over again! It will be great!" Additional Negatives: *Frequently out of stock of meds that are on an auto-refill (So, shouldn't they have prior knowledge of what needs to be ordered?!) *Speaking of AUTOMATIC refills: I've had to request/authorize auto refills multiple times for the SAME meds which delays the refill process *There have been a couple of occasions when I went to pick up multiple meds but 1 was missing. When they checked, they saw it should have been filled but wasn't. I was told it would be filled in the order they had for that day despite it being their error. *When dropping of a script for a pre-packaged med such as a birth control or Z-pac, you're still given a wait time up to a couple hours. (Auth process can be done via scanning the script & packaging requires slapping a label on it) *My Dr offices get frustrated with having to send refill auth requests multiple times and I get aggravated having to call to make sure everyone is doing their job. I don't even get paid for this! *There is usually only 1-2 sometimes 3 staff members working which includes a Pharmacist that can be seen also picking up phone calls. These staff members go between the almost always LONG drive-through line, the in-store line, the phone calls and requests for vaccinations. ***This is VERY POOR patient/customer care Walgreens!*** Increase your staff according to the demand and perhaps your employees won't be met with attitude and frustration from your customers. I don't know what is going on with Pharmacies today but this is enough to make someone lose their shit. I've actually witnessed a few do so at this very Walgreens and rightfully so! read more

Worst customer/doctor service ever. My doctor can't even get ahold of them to refill my birth control without getting hung up on. Still waiting and a week late with my birth control pills because they are the most unhelpful people. Whatever "system" they got goin on, isn't working. When my doctor finally got ahold of them they told her to fax it over. My doctor replied with "I already faxed it over 2 times, what else do you need?" Ridiculous. One star is being nice. With (non)Optum(al) RX, this is the pharmacy we must use for continued medication. Dropped off prescription......out of medication and on back order for 3 weeks.....yes, 3 weeks. They wouldn't call another pharmacy to see if the medication was in stock at another store....but we could drive 15-20 miles to Rancho Cucamonga. Calling was against their policy for the medication prescribed. Just another reason I am sick of (Non)Optum(al) RX and Walgreens. read more

The drive thru is always so slow, it took a good 30 minutes to get my prescription. And when I got up to the window the lady was incredibly rude with me. When I go inside to shop I usually have no problem, but the drive thru for prescriptions is always horrible and the customer service is awful and unhelpful. Such a shame. read more

This hands down is the WORST pharmacy in the history of pharmacies! If you need a prescription, go anywhere else. I waited for over 35min after they called me 4hrs earlier and told me my daughter is the prescription was ready. The pharmacist couldn't care less that he had at least seven people in line there was no one to help him I actually had to use my cell phone to call the manager and ask him to come give the pharmacy a hand. Hands down the single worst place I have been all year! Go to any CVS or target or Walmart you will be much less stressed out! This is NOT the first time this has happened. So this is not just a case of them being understaffed tonight, this happens every single time I have had to use a store pharmacy which is not very often but it has happened consistently every single time. These 5 stars are all for Rosie. She has been incredibly helpful every single time I call or show up. I've had an issue with getting a certain manufacturer for an ongoing prescription. Rosie has gone out of her way repeatedly to help get me the right manufacturer and have it available every time I need a refill. She is friendly, caring, and unwilling to give up, even when it requires her to go above and beyond. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Rosie. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. This Walgreens location does not care about customer service at all. Especially the pharmacy and the pharmacy staff! On one occasion a manager refused to let my son use their restroom, and stated that their bathrooms were on a timer to lock at 9pm, and not even a manager could override it. Even after begging and pleading that nothing else was open, we were waiting on his medication and he is disabled, Rochelle did not care. After filing a complaint, the asst manager called to apologize for shift manager's response, said that absolutely was not Walgreens or that store's policy, and sent out a gift card to give them another try. Well we tried them again tonight, and it was a horrible scene in the drive thru pharmacy. They claimed their register was down, after waiting for more than 30 minutes in drive thru, that I would need to come inside or wait in the parking lot for them to reopen (at the end of the drive thru line). I said I am happy to wait here, I waited my turn and I should be helped. They said since I would not move, they would not give me any of my prescriptions and were calling the police. When the police showed up, they told the officer that they were shutting down the drive thru for the rest of the night and would not re-open it. After I left and vowed to never come back (they aren't the only 24 hour pharmacy in town), they "re-opened" the drive thru line, and handed a bag of medication to the person who was in line behind me. So not only did they lie to me, but they also lied to the police officer. He commented on the problems he's encountered previously with their staff as well. Despite all these issues and the specific incidents where I have had problems, there have been times where I have escaped their wrath. However, on several occasions I have witnessed Rosie, Rochelle, and Blanca, being incredibly disrespectful to other customers, degrading them, and down talking to them. Their attitudes are extreme and uncalled for. Further, this store tends to only staff 1 pharmacist after midnight until 6-7am, and from 8pm until midnight, they usually only have 1 pharmacist, and 1 technician. Hence why their lines will have 6 cars in drive thru, 10 in store, and why the employees are so rude. read more

This place is HORRIBLE if your looking for a pharmacy. My mother is in the hospital in the area so I went here to fill them. They had 2 out of 3 prescriptions available. They refused to fill the 2 because they didn't have the 3rd in stock. Ok fine, I asked where the nearest Walgreens was and the Asian girl refused to tell me. I then asked if she was able to call another pharmacy near by to see if they carried what I need she refused. I am not from this area so I didn't want to be driving all over town for basic help. These people are miserable and I suggest going to CVS down the road on Foothill and they will take great care of you and treat you like a real human being and get you in and out in 15 minutes! If you wanted to be treated like another number at the deli then come here. But except to be treated pretty shitty and no compassion. I get it you count pills but it's still patient care. This staff is disgusting how they handle "patient care" particularly the Asian girl at the register with black hair. She SUCKS!!!! read more
