This pharmacy is incredibly poorly run. I called multiple times only to sit on hold and be told I was the next caller in line. I get to the store and there is a short line and no one answering phones. I get to the register to check on my prescription and they haven't even realized it has been sent in. I asked to speak to a manager and I'm given a card for someone with the same phone number that I called and no one picks up. I I wait to 20 minutes the woman says and go back to the counter and they haven't even started to get it together and the pharmacist tells me she's not even sure she has it. Incompetence. read more

This is not my usual Walgreens but I had to use their 24 hour pharmacy to pick up medication. The lines are terribly long and they seem understaffed. On both occasions, I was pretty sick and needed my antibiotics urgently and coming here was so stressful.The line had at least 15 people waiting and all the customers are pretty pissed off as well. Also, the location is a bit far away from where I live. I wish they opened up more of these for people who go into urgent care at night and need to pick up medication. read more

This is the WORST pharmacy on the face of the earth! You are condemned if you are depending on these people for life saving medications! Don't let the "24 hour" guise they use of " convenience" fool you! They are holding my prescription hostage, I'm immobile right now & trying to get an important prescription filled, their automated system has been broken all day long, the only way to reach anyone is to press 0 repeatedly when prompted for voice commands, finally got through to a cashier who transferred me to the pharmacy and was immediately and repeatedly put on hold with their awful hold music blaring until finally I was rewarded for my patience by being disconnected. Called back, this time they didn't even answer just put the call on never ending hold. If these people are in such bad shape and can't answer a call E V E R it's frightening to think they are handling important medications! The pharmacy flat out lies to patients. In my case, they told me that they dont have my medication and asked me to go to a different Walvreens. I later found out that the pharmacist did not contact the provider to verify the prescription. Instead to telling me what the issue was, they made up reasons and lied. I came here to pick up my meds and was told it would take 15 mins to prepare and that they'll call me via announcement speaker to inform me when to come to the front to pick up my prescription. After about 20 mins or so I hear my name being called so I walk up to the front and one of the staff rudely told me to get back in the line to pick up my meds. (Mind you the line had about 10 people waiting.) Wtf?? I've already waited 20 mins and now they want me to get back in line and wait again? If I could give them 0 stars I would. Ridiculous. I have never had to wait longer at a pharmacy. It should not take 35 minutes to pick up a prescription that was called in the day before. This is particularly dangerous during a pandemic when one should not be indoors with other people. Even with their socially distanced line, this far exceeds recommended time limits for safety. read more

The staff have apathetic looks on their faces and when someone is clearly in pain and uncomfortable, do not show care at all. So I had to get a few items at Walgreens and at that time, this location had everything I needed. Therefore, I decided to drop by during my lunch hour to purchase those items. I happily walked in and grabbed everything I needed. I gave the cashier my Walgreens card and coupons to process. The cashier was friendly and smiled throughout the whole time. It was a smooth process. A few days later, I dropped by again. This time, the cashier had to wait for her manager to approve my coupons. She made small talks with me while I waited (making the wait much more pleasant). Same as the first time, the process was seamless as soon as the cashier started processing my items. The only thing I don't like about this place was that they allow people asking for charitable donations literally outside the front door. read more

Please, for the love of all that is good in this world, avoid this Walgreens. Woe betide you if you're sick in the witching hours of 1, 2, 3am and are searching for OTC stuff to sort you out, because unless you know EXACTLY where your product is located in this store's infernal layout, good fucking luck trying to get a store employee to help you find it. Case in point: I was searching desperately at 1am for a pain reliever for UTIs. The sole lady working behind the pharmacist counter confidently said it was in the feminine care aisle. After more than a dozen fruitless laps up and down that aisle, my frustration growing with each one, I returned to her (my mistake, I guess???) to inform her I couldn't find it. At which point she PA'd for customer service. NO ONE COMES TO HELP FOR 20 MINUTES. My poor urethra is in full revolt at this point. Feeling hopeless and irritated, I go to the cashier this time and plead with him to call someone to help. I get snippy because, empathize with me, duh. Customer in line is a crabby idiot who loudly whispers to the cashier that I need to be patient (fuck off old man, you probably voted for Trump and yeah, I saw you buying adult diapers). FINALLY the manager comes to help, immediately takes me to the right aisle, which is not the fucking feminine care aisle. I tell her about pharmacy counter lady being misinformed. Manager dejectedly tells me that she's been trying over and over again for pharmacy counter lady to get her shit together to no avail. Good god. I've also had the misfortune of picking up prescriptions at this location. 9 times out of 10 there are always gigantic lines and what I can only assume are pharmacy staff who have been expertly trained by a sloth. Now I'm gonna do a full Silicon Valley and get my prescriptions delivered to me because the last place my sick ass ever needs to go is this godforsaken place. read more

This is a big Walgreens, probably 2x the size of most Walgreens I've been to. The cosmetics selection is huge and wraps around a wall of the store. They have a designated cosmetics check-out counter and the assistant here is really helpful! I have been twice and both times it has been the same lady. She asks if you need help and is very knowledgeable about the products they offer. I was looking at dry shampoo and she showed me a mini holiday pack that was shelved elsewhere that was a better deal. She also helped me find the lip liner pencil sharpeners right away. It is great service at a place I wouldn't expect it! The pharmacy usually has a line of about 2-3 people waiting, but they process orders quickly. read more

The review is only for the pharmacy. It is the worst pharmacy ever! The prescription for my son was sent multiple times and the pharmacy kept saying they never received it. We spent hours coordinating. Someone from the doctors office had to call them and then they told it was rejected due to a missing signature. They resent it to the pharmacy but again the pharmacy did not confirm acceptance. We lost 2 days in this process!! Everyone including the doctor was so frustrated that they suggested us to change the pharmacy and everything was a breeze after that. This walgreens is a sh*t show. Do not come here unless absolutely necessary. I was in the hospital last night and got released around 10 PM. I asked where a 24 pharmacy could be located since we don't live nearby and I needed the meds last night. They told me Walgreens. Ok I'm thinking it's late night there aren't going to be many people picking up prescriptions. I get in there and the line is 4 deep for the pickup window. The dropoff window tells you to go to the pickup window for service. Uh ok. So I waited and waited and waited. 20 minutes after standing in this line feeling like death, I finally get to the counter just to drop my prescriptions. The pharmacist asked if I was ok, I said no. She offered me some water. Then told me it would be about 30 minutes for my meds. Ok I'm just gonna sit down cause I'm not feeling well and certainly not trying to shop to waste time. Fast forward to over an hour later. The line has been 6 deep this whole time. Non stop people coming to get their prescriptions. This poor girl was running rampant. Now you would think with a pharmacy being so close to the hospital and the only one open at that hour there would be a few pharmacy techs on shift. People are starting to get very impatient and keep bugging the pharmacist about the length of time it's taking, only to find out they are filling prescriptions for the ER. What?! One guy was like the hospital has their own pharmacy what gives?! I get it. I was getting worse by the minute sitting there and wasnt happy either but hey sh*t happens. The only reason for 2 stars is the pharmacy tech that was taking and distributing prescriptions stayed after her shift to make sure I got my meds, which was over an hour after I turned in the prescriptions. She was very nice and I wish I had gotten her name. But next time I need meds filled I will look for another 24 hours pharmacy. Also there is a very interesting people hanging around outside. I was finally done and just wanted to get home. My husband was waiting in the car for me. When I got out some man was talking his ear off. He needed to make a phone call to get a ride home which took longer than I would have liked but I'm not heartless. I routinely show up here and my prescriptions aren't ready, even though I wait at least a couple of hours after they are called in. They have a couple people that work in the pharmacy that are very rude. They are highly unorganized....lots of people running around, but no one's getting their prescription filled. They took my credit card once, and lost it....All of this, plus, the overflowing garbage cans outside, solicitors, homeless, etc. Great location, but not worth it. read more

They always mess up with my prescription. This happened 5 times. I have had to wait another 30 minutes to fix their mistake.

I have had only bad experiences with pharmacy. After speaking with my doctor, they notified Walgreens to have my prescription ready. I called prior to arriving to make sure that they had my prescription and the person who answered acted very unprofessional. Heavy attitude and was speaking very condescendingly. I asked her to hold on one second to verify my prescription number only to be hung up on. I decided to call back and got the same treatment. I asked again if my prescription was ready and the same woman said in these words: "The doctor only sends the information to us, you need to tell us when you want it." I told her that I wanted it ready for pickup as soon as possible and in her condescending tone told me it would be ready in 40 minutes. I can only hope somebody from the Walgreens pharmacy is reading this as this behavior was very unprofessional. This happened on Feb 4 @ 8:30 pm. I honestly doubt anything will change, but at the very least there is 1 more horrible review to add to the pile. read more

Welp....I just had one of the most bizarre, awkward experiences I've EVER had. I realize that prob makes me a pretty privileged person...none the less...I think anyone who experienced this would agree. I go to this location all of the time as I live in the area and never had any issue of any kind with any employee. That's why this felt like I'd slid through a wormhole into the twilight zone. I was next in line to check out and there were several people behind me. An employee walked up and was opening a second register. I was told I could come to that one but then this lady looks at me, rolls her eyes...and says to me "you can't be in here". I looked around cuz why tf would she be saying that to ME? I ALWAYS wear my mask, I'm polite, I'm not a thief...I literally have NO IDEA why this lady is saying this. I say.."me?" She says "yeah, you need to leave right now". I say..."who do you think I am?!...seriously you must think im someone I'm not". She deadpan looks me in the eyes and says "leave now". I asked her why multiple times because this was SO FCKING WEIRD! Seriously....imagine this happening to you randomly in the middle of nowhere in a place you've never had an argument, disagreement, run in of ANY KIND. She just kept repeating the same thing and I managed to remain calm even though I was shaking and trying not to cry cuz I was SO CONFUSED and wildly embarrassed. Again...I know that I live in a world where people are treated horribly (even fear for their very lives) because of the color of their skin and no one physically hurt me etc. Still....put yourself in my shoes. I set myvstuff down and left because wtf else do you do in that circumstance? I HATE confrontation, I'm not a Karen, I wasn't going to throw a tantrum but I've not been that humiliated in YEARS.
