I have been going here on and off for years. Since moving, it's a bit of a drive, but I still come back because I haven't found another nail salon that does my nails the way Tee does. I'm self conscious about my nails because they're imperfect, but Tee does Japanese gel on them and makes them look so natural and beautiful. I always leave feeling much more confident. He takes his time, pays attention to detail, and clearly takes pride in his work. I also get pedicures here frequently and have always had a great experience. I've had pedicures from several different staff members and would recommend all of them. I also like their pedicure menu, many options for different budgets. The manager/owner is also incredibly friendly. He always greets customers warmly, checks in to make sure everyone is doing well, and genuinely seems to care about the experience people have there. I've been here a couple of times for a pedi. Overall it's good work . I paid $150 today for a fill and pedi. I feel disappointed because I didn't get to relax I got manhandled the whole time. Future tip if you book for nails and pedi ask if you can do them separate. It definitely uncomfortable having to twist your body and hands for two hours. read more

Jessica and Annie saved my wedding day nails!! On Wednesday I went to a nail salon in Campbell with inspiration photos in hand and I left with nails that were nothing like the inspiration pictures. I wanted nails that were unique while also being able to match my many dresses for my 4 day Indian wedding. The other salon gave me French tips that I felt were nothing like the aesthetics of any of my photos. I was so upset and needed to find a fix. My partner's groomswoman found Jessica to help us rescue the day so we made an appointment with her for the next morning. Jessica delivered beyond what I even had on the inspiration pictures. Based on Annie adding rhinestones to my toes, Jessica added those elements to the design she was doing on my nails, creating a cohesive look across my hands and feet. My pre-wedding events start on Thursday evening and fortunately Jessica and Annie had availability Thursday morning!! They pointed out that the other nail salon cut too deep into my cuticles on both my hands and feet and treated me with so much care and compassion as to not irritate those areas. Today I decided to bring my daughter here to her a manicure with little designs based on my previous experience here. They are welcoming when you first walk in and greets you with a smile. You sign in on an iPad and then you sit down to be called. Our wait was short even though we did not have an appointment. I appreciated Will, who made my daughter's manicure experience a fun and positive one. He asked why we did not want to get tips and I explained she isn't allowed to have long nails at school, he immediately respected that. He was friendly and chatted with my daughter during her manicure experience. He was patient and ensured my daughter got the exact design that she was hoping for. Am I ready to tell my story? Of how I ended up with glow in the dark nails for my Paris trip? I had the most insane week at work and in my personal life. I'm about to go on vacation, but I have 0 time to visit my usual manicurist. He is closed on Sundays, that's the only day I have available. I look up promising nail spots on Yelp, and really like how OMG Nails looks. Make an appointment on Sunday. First impressions... beautiful salon! I get a pedicure... all goes smoothly. Now time for the nails. An acrylic fill with powder... easy enough. I ask for a nude color. Nails take 2 hours!! 2 hours for a fill!! Insanity. I was annoyed, because I could tell they were thick and not really well done, but I just wanted to get on with the rest of my day. It wasn't until later that day.. when getting into my dark car... I realized. My nails were glow in the dark.... bright purple. Might have been cute if I was 20 years old going to a rave. Not 30+ corporate worker trying to blend in with the locals in Paris. Honestly, the whole thing was comical. For $100+ a set, and 2 hours wasted... how could no one mention that I was given glow in the dark nails?? Anyways.... a really cute salon. Came here for a manicure but was pretty disappointed by the service I received. Mostly due the points listed below 1. The cuticle filing was overdone to the point I was bleeding (no acknowledgement) 2. Unclear pricing (especially if you want any sort of design) 3. My interactions with the nail tech felt rushed and rude 4. Techniques could have been more professional (ie cleaning edges with acetone rather than with your own finger) For the first point, my thumb started bleeding a little bit as she was working on filing my cuticles. My thumb was perfectly fine when I came in, but i could tell when she was using the tool, she did it too hard / too long and I started obviously bleeding a little bit. So much so, that even after my nails were done, I could still see the marks. There was no acknowledgement from either of the nail techs I worked with, despite the fact that I could clearly see blood (which also seems unsanitary???) For the second point, I was EXTREMELY frustrated with the pricing model. If you come with a design, expect to pay more (obviously), but I felt the pricing model is highly variable from person to person and sometimes they won't even tell you until the end. My partner and I were getting our nails done at the same time, and they gave me a quote beforehand, but only gave him a quote at the end. I had a nail tech switch midway through, which is not a big deal, but there was a lot of communication mismatch when they switched. For example, my first nail tech initially promised me rhinestones on all fingers and designs on 8 fingers (since I have contacts I like to have 2 fingers without gel x), but the second nail tech refused to add rhinestones, which seemed like a simple ask when the extra fee is already ~70% extra on top of the base service. Super disappointing. The third point mostly applies to my second nail tech. She consistently rushed me and mostly communicated with me with gestures. I would be more understanding if it was a language barrier, but I don't think that was the case because she would scold me in English a lot. For example, she'd hold out her hand and continue gesturing to give her my hand. Since one hand was in the curing machine (which she already yelled at me once for removing it too early since she asked me to unlock my phone to see the reference photo), I gave her my other hand. She looked annoyed at me and said no tersely and gestured to my other hand in the machine, as if I was supposed to know all along that's what she wanted. She continually rushed me to put my nails in / take them out and when I got flustered and accidentally hit the machine, she yelled at me for that too. The last point kinda speaks for itself. I'm not saying all staff does this, but for the 2 techs I worked with, they would both clean edges / mistakes with their nails. In ALL of the other places I've gone, they use acetone with a brush. Whenever they did this, it would kind of hurt because their nails were sharp and they used a lot of pressure I rarely write negative reviews but I am just so disappointed by the service I received here. read more

I haven't done airbrush in 15 years, what a throwback! They turned out so cool and now I think I'll be coming back to Vicky for more airbrush designs in the months to come. read more

3-4ish stars for me. I've been here a handful of times for a pedicure. I'd walk, not run, to come back. I'm a classic pedicure every-few-months kind of nail girly. My main gripe is the bait-and-switch pricing. Their website advertises a $49 classic pedicure, but once you're already in the chair, you're handed a physical menu with only more expensive options. The $49 classic isn't listed at all. I only know about the website price because I overheard another customer push back twice asking for the price advertised online. The technicians acted like they didn't know what she was talking about. :\ As for the actual pedicures: they've been fine, nothing mind-blowing. The classic pedicure doesn't last as long as others I've had. Parking can also be a challenge since the salon is right across from San Chen. I've been here 3 times now and every time, I've had a less than ideal experience. I am always told a different price on the phone than what the nail tech tells me. The last time I visited, I mentioned to the nail tech that the price she's mentioning is much more than what I was quoted for a regular gel builder fill. She quickly changed her tune and said oh sorry sorry, you're not getting a special shape so it is cheaper. Made me feel like I was being scammed. In a previous visit, my nails tech kept going between people and doing other things instead of finishing my pedicure. I was sitting there for ages! Went last week 30 minutes before they closed with, if you can believe it, a nail emergency. I went bowling and ended up partially ripping my thumb nail. Cutting it wasn't really an option unless I exposed my cuticle for two weeks which I wasn't willing to do to avoid the pain. Since it was partially attached, they were able to keep the reattach the detached part by applying gel polish on. The flexibility they provided in taking me in immediately and only doing the one nail since I'm usually a naked nails type of person really saved my day. I chose this salon to do my nails for my wedding. I started going here in July for GelX and polish for my civil ceremony, and then coming in for a fill in every 3 weeks until I left for Italy. I'm writing a review because Queen did one HELL of a job bringing my vision to life!! I brought in 2 inspiration pictures for her and told her I wanted to do a combo of those two, with blue nails and a bow on my finger and thumb, and then delicate flowers with gold dots on the other nails. They ended up being so beautiful!! She made sure I was happy each step of the way, and then put on multiple layers of top coat to make sure that my nails were protected and beautiful because I was going to be traveling to Italy for my wedding.
