She asked if I wanted to do a pedicure and since I had only had one done ever I said "why not!" So we walked into this very inviting place and was met by some of the most friendliest workers and patrons! Everyone was smiling watch me get into a chair alongside my daughter for a pedicure. The starter is a nice soak for your feet in a nice hot water bath while seated in a massaging chair. I wanted to fall asleep so bad since it was so comfortable there! Doesn't matter if you tip at least $20 for a full set without a pedicure.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Hannah will suggest you pay FULL PRICE for another full set after only a week of getting one. If you push back, she will tell you that you need a refill even though there's not much new growth. This happened to me after having to return to fix chipped nails TWICE after getting a full set from a new tech, Lily, and WAY before needing a refill. I can never EVER come here again. I had an appointment at 9:30 with one of the nail techs, which was scheduled one month is advance. I arrived to the place a couple minutes early and by the time it was 9:30, my nail tech was not there. I had to wait until 10 for her to come. When I tried to inquire about why this was happening, they said "it was out of their control". They said not many people can do ombré nails. I had an event i be at right after, which was why I made my appointment way in advance. For the future, I encourage them to have more people who can do various nail types. read more

I was having my car detailed at the car wash next to the little center where La Bella is, and I was desperate for a pedicure, my winter nails were bleak. I had an hour to kill, and I remembered a friend had recommended La Bella. I'm so glad she did! This is the best pedi I've had in a long, long time. The owner is extremely greedy! I used to go to this salon every 2 weeks and spent hundreds of dollars here. I tipped very well. The last time I went in- it's the first time I had a broke nail. And it happened 1 day after my fill. I texted my nail tech and she assured me it would be no problem to fix. She made me an appt and I went in to have it fixed. Before I left I asked her if I owed her anything and she said no. After I left I get a text from my nail technician informing me that the owner wants me to come back and pay her $5. I was in shock. I quickly sent my nail tech $5 via Venmo and told her to cancel all future appts. The owner is such a money hungry lady. And I should have known this.... Very often when I would be sitting and getting my pedicure I would see the owner make appointments for multiple callers. When they came in she would put them into a pedicure chair and have them wait 30 min plus for a text to finish up. She didn't want to lose out on any money and have them go elsewhere. I am surprised this lady is still in business. She has zero customer service and all she cares about is money!! Do yourself a favor and go to a nail salon that values loyal customers. I called at around 11:20 am on a Saturday and they told me they were available right away. I didn't end up showing up until around 12:10 and was able to find parking in the small shared lot. I needed a polish change for my toes & gel manicure but didn't want a whole pedi because I was on limited time. The polish wall was expansive but most of them looked old. A nail tech got started on my feet and to my happy surprise, another tech started working on my nails at the same time. I loved and appreciated the efficiency! The gel mani was a little sloppy and she trimmed my nails shorter than I asked. The color looked totally different on my hands than it did on the nail color sample but what are you going to do?! It was $50 total and I was in and out in an hour. Fastest I've ever experienced. If you need something quick & convenient, this is your place! read more
