This place is awesome! Father Daughter Time! My daughter and I went here last Tuesday for a pedicure after we got our haircut. She asked if I wanted to do a pedicure and since I had only had one done ever I said "why not!" So we walked into this very inviting place and was met by some of the most friendliest workers and patrons! Everyone was smiling watch me get into a chair alongside my daughter for a pedicure. The starter is a nice soak for your feet in a nice hot water bath while seated in a massaging chair. I wanted to fall asleep so bad since it was so comfortable there! Let me tell you the foot massage, the toenail cleaning and trimming felt so good. Even the hot wax treatment on the feet felt great! Poor service! Ugly nail job! La Bella Nails used to be the best, but now Hannah will let you leave with an awful nail job whether you tell her you are disappointed or not. Doesn't matter how long you've been a customer here. Doesn't matter if you tip at least $20 for a full set without a pedicure. Hannah will suggest you pay FULL PRICE for another full set after only a week of getting one. If you push back, she will tell you that you need a refill even though there's not much new growth. This happened to me after having to return to fix chipped nails TWICE after getting a full set from a new tech, Lily, and WAY before needing a refill. I can never EVER come here again. I work too hard to waste my money. read more

I had an appointment at 9:30 with one of the nail techs, which was scheduled one month is advance. I arrived to the place a couple minutes early and by the time it was 9:30, my nail tech was not there. I had to wait until 10 for her to come. When I tried to inquire about why this was happening, they said "it was out of their control". They said not many people can do ombré nails. I had an event i be at right after, which was why I made my appointment way in advance. For the future, I encourage them to have more people who can do various nail types. read more

Had a 230 appointment today and was seated by Hannah who was very nice. I ended up waiting 20 minutes for someone to get started. Tiffany did my pedicure and I chose the mini pedi ($30) because I was in a rush. The big toe is a bit crooked and honestly the paint job is a bit sloppy. I wasn't very happy with the service. Once I was done, I was waiting for my nails to dry and she told me I had to get out of the chair so she could get other customers in. ... I was having my car detailed at the car wash next to the little center where La Bella is, and I was desperate for a pedicure, my winter nails were bleak. I had an hour to kill, and I remembered a friend had recommended La Bella. I'm so glad she did! This is the best pedi I've had in a long, long time. Obviously I was a walk-in, and they were on the busy side, but I was greeted very warmly and seated in the COMFY chair right away. The shop is very clean, and the hygiene was excellent, pedi sink covered in new plastic, etc. Also, the techs were all in masks, which I really appreciated. I happened to get the technician that my friend loves, Kim, and wow she is good. She was friendly, and professional, and my feet look great! I will be making this my regular pedi spot for sure! They take time on the shape and are honest about whether they can do the design you want unlike most places I've tried. They also give you feedback on your nail designs and give good suggestions. The owner is extremely greedy! I used to go to this salon every 2 weeks and spent hundreds of dollars here. I tipped very well. The last time I went in- it's the first time I had a broke nail. And it happened 1 day after my fill. I texted my nail tech and she assured me it would be no problem to fix. She made me an appt and I went in to have it fixed. Before I left I asked her if I owed her anything and she said no. After I left I get a text from my nail technician informing me that the owner wants me to come back and pay her $5. I was in shock. I quickly sent my nail tech $5 via Venmo and told her to cancel all future appts. The owner is such a money hungry lady. And I should have known this.... Very often when I would be sitting and getting my pedicure I would see the owner make appointments for multiple callers. When they came in she would put them into a pedicure chair and have them wait 30 min plus for a text to finish up. She didn't want to lose out on any money and have them go elsewhere. I am surprised this lady is still in business. She has zero customer service and all she cares about is money!! Do yourself a favor and go to a nail salon that values loyal customers. I was doing some errands at Westgate Shopping Center and needed to find a nail place close by out of convenience. I called at around 11:20 am on a Saturday and they told me they were available right away. I didn't end up showing up until around 12:10 and was able to find parking in the small shared lot. I needed a polish change for my toes & gel manicure but didn't want a whole pedi because I was on limited time. The polish wall was expansive but most of them looked old. A nail tech got started on my feet and to my happy surprise, another tech started working on my nails at the same time. I loved and appreciated the efficiency! The gel mani was a little sloppy and she trimmed my nails shorter than I asked. The color looked totally different on my hands than it did on the nail color sample but what are you going to do?! It was $50 total and I was in and out in an hour. Fastest I've ever experienced. If you need something quick & convenient, this is your place! read more
