Tried this place because they are one of only a few nail salons in the Bay Area with the Dazzle Dry nail polish system. Had a mani and pedi. Both came out great! Each service took longer than I'm accustomed to, but the technicians were extremely thorough and detail oriented. I also want to plug Dazzle Dry because it's amazing! It lasts as long as gel but comes off as easily as standard nail polish with ordinary acetone. Gone are the days of taking off two layers of my natural nails trying to remove a gel manicure that's peeling. read more

After painstakingly growing out my real bails every single one of my nails broke off the next day, not just broke 0ff, theyre still pealing away because she grinded them all the way up to the cuticle. I wish I had said something at the moment. Dumb me, I didn't. My DIL is a manicurist is LV for the last 8 yrs, she said the tech used poor technique and was too aggressive. Yeah, she seemed unhappy. The lady did a wonderful job with my pedi & she cut my ingrown toenails without hurting me & no bleeding too. Felt like adding a cute flower because why not, it's summertime! Also it's been awhile since I've done French tips, plus they go with most outfits & it turned out better than expected. I have been very loyal to this salon even with the higher prices for service but sadly I won't be back. I walked in today and specifically asked if there was time for a same time gel pedicure and manicure. I was told yes. Pedicure was going fine and the towels were set waiting for the manicure. A couple of ladies finished and I thought I would be getting the manicure. Then 2 walk-ins came in. Then one more for a pedicure. A manicurist came over and started to set up to give my manicure and one of the other ladies said something loudly to her and the manicurist took her supplies without a word to me and went to give a pedicure to someone who had just walked in. This woman instructed them all to take the 3 walk ins and she wouldn't even look at me or ask me if I could wait. 90 minutes later, she still won't acknowledge me and the sweet gal doing my pedicure was very apologetic but she was being over ridden but the other woman. The gal sitting by the register just said "we're busy, did you even have an appointment". Nope. But you said you could perform the service and then treated me poorly and now with disrespect. So, this is not the usual salon I go to just because of location, but I just needed to leave a great review! It's located in the plaza with Trader Joe's so super convenient for other errands. When I went before dinner on a weekday it was essentially empty. I mainly came over since I saw from an IG post that they had a kid's pedi chair! My daughter had been requesting a pedi, but most chairs are too high for her short legs. She was sooooo happy to it in the pink/butterfly kid's pedi chair. Kids' pedi was $25, which is a lot for such tiny toenails haha, but they massaged her feet, scrubbed them and made her feel like a princess! Meanwhile, I had a gel manicure. Omg I've never had someone be so meticulous! It took her 80 minutes to remove my gels, and place new ones, with nothing fancy on them... so was so careful! I thought I was going to pay an arm and a leg, but the removal + new gel manicure was surprisingly only 38. I feel like the going rate is 40 these days without the removal. It's not the newest spot but all the seats and tables are clean enough. I'll definitely be back when my daughter begs for another pedicure treat! read more

I booked an appointment over the phone to make sure that I had a spot when I got there. Parking wasn't hard to find and once I stepped through the doors, I was seated immediately and Kathy got started. (I believe she's the store owner). Kathy/Thi did everything so carefully and speedy. I have been going here for gel mani and pedi for a few months. Service has been quite ok. This time however, the manicure was very shoddily done, three nails of my right hand were really bad. I went back a couple days later to get it fixed and Rose re-did it for me. She did a great job, she just removed the gel from all nails and applied a new color. She was very professional and kind and made me feel comfortable. She told me she works only Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. My friend went to this nail salon, and it was such a bad experience for her. She came home, and her nails that she got done, chipped! She went back, got it fixed, and then came home just to see it get chipped again! When she went back once again, to get it completely removed, they didn't clean up her nails once it got taken out. Came at 10:00 made an appointment the previous day for three people. The customer service was great! Each nail tech took their time and were not chintzy with the product. Some places only use one small drop of oil and rub you dry. I picked delux mani $35 and delux pedi $40. You get a good massage, can pick between paraffin wax or mud mask. Went here for the first time with my sister a couple weeks ago to get pedicures before my wedding. So glad we found this salon. Made an appointment and had no wait once arrived. We decided on the green tea pedicures and the products they used smelled good and felt high quality. Salon was clean and all sanitary measures were met during our pedicures.
