She talks you through the steps of what she's doing and always makes friendly small talk (which is a very helpful distraction)! The sugaring works, my skin was smooth and hair free for many weeks. As others have said, if you want someone friendly, it's not Neha. Dealing with her is stressful, she doesn't know how to talk to people at all. The vibes were not great but I gave it a try. The sugaring did work so I'll give 3 stars for that. I tried another sugaring place and wow what a difference. It was more relaxing, less painful, and the person doing my sugaring was very sweet. Plus it was way more affordable. I won't be coming back to this place again but I'm glad I gave sugaring a try much better than waxing. read more

Neha was very prompt in her responses from the start. Before I booked the appointment, I had questions and she answered right away. She was also able to accommodate my appointment time request. Upon arrival she was very friendly and professional. I had a bikini sugaring wax done. I will say that I walked out of there a little bit in pain.
