I've been a repeat customer here for a couple months now and every time i've gotten a Brazilian sugar wax. Neha is quick and thorough and very professional. She talks you through the steps of what she's doing and always makes friendly small talk (which is a very helpful distraction)! The sugaring works, my skin was smooth and hair free for many weeks. As others have said, if you want someone friendly, it's not Neha. Dealing with her is stressful, she doesn't know how to talk to people at all. The vibes were not great but I gave it a try. The sugaring did work so I'll give 3 stars for that. I tried another sugaring place and wow what a difference. It was more relaxing, less painful, and the person doing my sugaring was very sweet. Plus it was way more affordable. Neha is very good at what she does. She's efficient, thorough and has a calming demeanor. Since I found her, she's been my go to person for sugaring services. The best way to contact her is by text and she is good at responding in a timely manner. She has very loyal clients so sometimes finding a specific timeframe might be difficult but she works with you based on your availability. I have been fortunate enough that she's been flexible and has availability whenever I reach out. Upon arrival she was very friendly and professional. I had a bikini sugaring wax done. I will say that I walked out of there a little bit in pain.
