Julie did a great job of shaping my brows and  cleaning them up, my eyes looked lifted and my lip was smooth.  Her technique is almost painless. Then onto the Brazilian wax. I let her know that I had stopped getting waxes because I was getting many ingrown hairs and I wasn't getting the right information from my previous waxer at EWP on how to make them go way. Julie was again very nice and informative and let me know the different kinds of breakouts and ingrown hairs and the best remedies for them. When I tried to reschedule the day before due to having my car under maintenance (I even sent her proof of my receipt) she said she would take my deposit and charge me extra for a different day. She sent me her policy which you can see clearly states below nothing regarding rescheduling prior to your apt day. She then argued with me, updated her policy and blamed me for messing with her income. This is not only unprofessional but distasteful. Anna continued to tell me that I shouldn't be canceling (which I wasn't doing) because it hurts her business. After I told her I won't be coming back she doesn't get the clue and will continue to harass you. I've never experienced anything like this from a business provider before. I also worked in customer service my entire life. I hope Anna can get a grip and learn how to run her business with more professionalism. Taking clients money without having clear guidelines about changing appointments is essentially stealing.
