I told her to stop applying the wax because my skin was burning and feeling broken. I've been getting waxes for 15 years now and maybe 2 years here. She sent me her policy which you can see clearly states below nothing regarding rescheduling prior to your apt day. She then argued with me, updated her policy and blamed me for messing with her income. This is not only unprofessional but distasteful. Anna continued to tell me that I shouldn't be canceling (which I wasn't doing) because it hurts her business. After I told her I won't be coming back she doesn't get the clue and will continue to harass you. I've never experienced anything like this from a business provider before. I also worked in customer service my entire life. I hope Anna can get a grip and learn how to run her business with more professionalism. Taking clients money without having clear guidelines about changing appointments is essentially stealing.
