After about 10 minutes, she started trying to put a purple sugar scrub on my legs. When I asked if it was lavender, she looked shocked and said "oh my gosh yes I am so sorry" and switched it out with a Cherry Sage sugar scrub instead. The rest of the pedicure went fine, until we hit the massage part. She put purple lotion on my legs, so I again asked: "is that lavender" she said yes and started to rub it in as I jerked away and said: "I AM ALLERGIC!" she immediately grabbed some towels and water and got it off but by then I was already getting dizzy from the smell. She finished my appointment with no other accidents, but for my safety I will not return. The owner of this establishment really should have a talk with his staff about what the words "allergy" and "allergic" mean.

I called to make appt and whoever picked up was very friendly and I was able to get my preferred time right away. The location is super easy to find with a spacious parking lot. Moon is AMAZING with her service. I got the 90 minutes Herbal Hair Wash for the price of $155, but I only paid $100 because they were having a promotion going on!! My experience here was so pleasant and Moon would make sure that the pressure she applied when massage and washing my hair was exactly how I like it. Her techniques are amazing and even though it wasn't a part of the service package I chose, Moon went above and beyond and gave me a complimentary leg/foot massage and it felt incredible. At the end of the service, I was given a bottle of water to hydrate while Moon brushed and dried my hair. They even have sunscreen for me to apply before I leave. I stumbled upon Moon Beauty Spa on Yelp and quickly texted them to find their availability. Moon texted back very quickly and got me in within 30 minutes! This is not your ordinary head spa. She went above and beyond. Moon checked me in at the front desk and I was able to choose an essential oil scent from the large selection up front. She started off with taking me into the service room, instructing me to change into a robe and situating myself on the bed. She started off by cleansing my face, applying a warm towel, massaging my face and placed a face mask on. It was really a mini facial. She then proceeded to ask the pressure of how I wanted my head massage. She really did an amazing job massaging and had many different tools to help get a clean scrub of my scalp. The facial products were gentle and hair products had an invigorating, tingling sensation. She washed my hair two times, very thoroughly. She massaged my arms, neck, shoulders and legs while my hair was conditioning. She finished off washing my hair and blow drying. She is very thoroughly and gentle, it is an extremely luxurious experience. This is NOT your ordinary head spa. You will get a full experience of a facial, massage and head spa. She works very hard to make sure you are getting the best service. She went above and beyond my expectations and I hope you guys give her a chance like I did!
