I came back without specifying a technician for a second time. I didn't get the lady's name. Massage was rough. She cut my nail so deep that I told her it hurt. She said she needed to remove my in-growth (which i didn't know and had no problem with). My toe was bleeding the entire time of cutting and nail polish. She put alcohol on my bleeding toe and used acetone removed nail polish right next to my bleeding spot. I thought I had an in-growth that I didn't know , so I tolerated it. However , it's been 7 days and my infection at my toe isn't going away even after I put Neosporin for a couple of days.

There is no clear menu or service guide explaining what each pedicure includes, so it's difficult to know what you're actually paying for. Never once did anyone mention $60. Only $50 was mentioned multiple times. When I questioned the charge and explained that I had been told $50, they refused to honor the price I was quoted. That was incredibly frustrating and left me feeling taken advantage of as a customer. The pricing is also hard to justify overall. Gel-X with cat-eye polish is $120, which is quite expensive considering there are other salons offering comparable or better prices with much more attention to detail. I wanted a swirl with the cateye but their magnet isn't strong enough. Just looks like glitter, no movement at all with the cat eye. It's a shame because the salon is very clean and the overall experience was fine. And I'm looking for a new nail place and this would be perfect location wise because the one I used to go to is just a little too far and I can't get there with my schedule. But as they say you get what you pay for. When I tried to reschedule the day before due to having my car under maintenance (I even sent her proof of my receipt) she said she would take my deposit and charge me extra for a different day. She sent me her policy which you can see clearly states below nothing regarding rescheduling prior to your apt day. She then argued with me, updated her policy and blamed me for messing with her income. This is not only unprofessional but distasteful. Anna continued to tell me that I shouldn't be canceling (which I wasn't doing) because it hurts her business. After I told her I won't be coming back she doesn't get the clue and will continue to harass you. I've never experienced anything like this from a business provider before. I also worked in customer service my entire life. I hope Anna can get a grip and learn how to run her business with more professionalism. Taking clients money without having clear guidelines about changing appointments is essentially stealing.
