Quality place with easy parking; friendlier than Fantasy Salon. My mom and I received excellent pedicures & calf/foot massage that included heated rocks for $40 each. Very clean facility that looked well cared for, comfortable massage chairs that seemed very new, and peaceful background music. Upon leaving, we declined the flip flops (didn't need them) but accepted the candy and bottled water. read more

Hands down the worst pedicure I ever received. It took 25 minutes for my pedicure to start and there was no one else in the salon. After 2 hours, the quality of the pedicure was extremely terrible - every toe was smudged after drying, and when I brought up my dissatisfaction with the pedicure, they told me it was my fault because of the polish I picked. I asked for a refund and they would not give me my money back. The lady who did my pedicure said she called her sister and said no refund could be given, even though she was standing in front of me the entire time and did not make the call, but then contradicted herself and said she was an owner. Worst $60 dollar pedicure, do not go here!!! I wish I could give a review without leaving any stars. read more

I was referred to this salon by my friend and I really enjoyed my experience. The team is very detailed oriented and super attentive to your needs. I did a gel mani and pedi and the included massage (hands and feet) was really long and relaxing. I got gifted some flip flops assorted to my pedi (red) and small give away bag: so cute. read more

I have fugly nails and foot fungus and just nasty feet in general. I got a pedicure here though and the difference really showed, my feet had never looked that clean before. I would post before and after pics but I might get banned in yelp if I posted my before pics. read more

I drive across town to come here because it's always worth it. They do quality work, have reasonable prices, and take good care of you.

They did such a good job. Haily was so sweet. Very thoughtful. Worked very hard and took her time to make sure the nails looks great. She also gave me water and candy and a little massage on my arms. So nice Highly recommend read more

We discovered this nail salon, recently opened, in our neighborhood. My mother and I made manicure appointments and we LOVED everything! The appointment arrangement was easy, and the staffs, Tina, Hailey, and Leann are incredibly kind and friendly! The attention to details and warm atmosphere made our visit truly enjoyable. The price is also very reasonable. I recommend Expose Nails for pleasant nail care experience. read more

The service was really good and the people there were super nice! I would totally go again and I appreciate the effort they put into doing your nails. The only thing that wasn't amazing was that they said they had 3 nail techs but only 2 were working. One of us needed to wait an hour before they started on her, although we had an appointment . Other than that I would say that it was a nice experience. read more

So, Paulina is no longer the owner of Expose Nails. She sold it from what I understand due to the pandemic. I was in town and needed a pedicure so bad, so I thought I would still go visit Exposé Nails. I would like to introduce you to Ann, she did an amazing job and I would truly recommend her. She took really good care of me. My feet looks great and she was able to fit in a mini mani. The only thing I wish was that they did not pair the place white...it looks to bright and not that warm spa color it use to be, other then that I had a great experience! Thank you Ann for a job well done! PS all other images of my feet on this Yelp page apart from thread where done my Paulina. read more

I made an apointment. she took down my name & phone number. When I arrived for my appointment, she at first said I don't have appt., later looked in the book, and said she messed up and took other clients in place of mine. How rude, didn't apologize. Irresponsible, I have never experienced this, after making an appt. read more

Wow! There is new ownership at this location and they are really striving to give 5-star service and succeeding. Very eager and kind hearted staff work here. I was really blown away by their kind hearted spirits and their strong work ethic from handing me a pillow, to getting me cold water, and proving great smelling exfoliating scrub, and making sure my nail color was the right one I had requested. Just super! Not to mention they got new pedicure massage chairs Thank you Lord. I really needed a pick me up today and Exposé Nails made my day and fixed up my toes too! Above and beyond. Feeling so special- thank you! read more

Literally worse nails I've ever had. Not the shape I asked for or the color. And when I said something she said "oh well" arrived at 1:45 for my appointment and was not helped until 2:10. Will never come here again. read more

Came by last week for a last minute manipedi; Luckily, they were able to accommodate to my busy schedule and even stay open until past 8!Convenient location and very clean! Amazing service and such a friendly staff; This place is under new ownership and they have been here about 4 months; Going to start coming here from now on! read more

Sad experience...please be sure you aren't in a hurry if you make appt. Gals do a pretty good job and other appts were only off by 20 mins or so... They were very accommodating when the bought the business about 8 months ago. Not so the other day!! Had appt at 1:00 pm called and running late come at 1:30, arrived and both gals busy. waited till almost 2 pm...took me till almost 4 pm to get out of there...very poor business...felt disrespected as previous yelp post said. My gal did give me fairly good service just kept getting sidetracked with other customers, finally apologized...But after being a good customer and bringing others here...I won't go back unless I find the same issue at the next nail shop!!! read more

Pauline is absolutely the sweetest and most talented eyebrow and lash professional I have come across. Had to make sure I wrote her a review because I've never had so many compliments on my eyelashes and eyebrows as I have when I go to her. Julie is the best! Impeccable Gel manicures and pedicures! The nail salon has a very clean and pleasant vibe.

The ladies at Expose are wonderful. The salon is small, but this gives the clients a neighborhood feeling as there are a lot of regulars that come and go while I'm there. Pauline and her assistant always ready with a smile and wanting to make sure her clients are very happy. All tools are sterile, they wear gloves and are very polite. read more

This is 1st nail place I went when I moved to Los Gatos and have not stopped coming back. Pauline is wonderful! The first time I came here it was because I wanted acrylic nails. Before, I visited several shops to see which would shape and complete the process the way I preferred. However, it was difficult to. When I visited Expose Nails, Pauline very nicely helped me pick which shape I wanted as well as colors to fit the event I told her I was going to attend. Not only Pauline but her other technicians also helped paint my nails and they always do a great job. I live far from the Bay Area so I'm glad I don't have to keep coming back because they always work meticulously to make sure my nails are durable. Great shop overall!!! read more

So glad I took a chance and came here. I've gotten my nails done by Anne and waxing by Julia on a few occasions and each time I've gone in the ladies working are inviting, professional and great at what they do. I appreciate their hard work and time they put into their work. The prices are reasonable and the environment is welcoming and relaxing. My favorite local neighborhood business to get waxed and my nails done :) read more

Excellent. Good people and great service. My feet are much happier for having met Pauline.

Pauline is the new owner of this new salon. I am an old time customer who has been following her for a few years. She is great with remove in-grown hairs. new floors, a new waxing room. Everything is septic. I am in good hands when I see her. read more

I just had a very emotional reunion with Pauline. She is hands down my all time favorite manicurist to go to and one day she just wasn't at her old location and I was heart broken. At the point where I haven't been keeping up with my mani-pedis (it's hard to find someone you can trust and be honest with). I'm from Mountain View (her old location) and work in Los Gatos (her new location), and as I was driving in a small shopping center, the nail salon caught my attention and I decided to see it's yelp reviews and THERE SHE WAS! Her smiling face all over the yelp page! I ran in and we hugged as if we were old friends! Her attention to detail and outstanding costumer service is what will keep me coming back to her. I'll be transferring to a different work location in a couple weeks (back to mountain view), but will DEFINITELY be coming back regularly. read more

I was already hesitant to go to this place because of the horrid yelp reviews, but i'd had a groupon gifted to me and really didn't want it wasted. Two different times I came during their posted business hours and they were closed. Lame. read more

This owner made me feel guilty about using a Groupon I purchased. She said she did not want to charge $5 for the Groupon for manicure and pedicure. She wanted to charge $25 instead so I said why not tell Groupon to retract the sales and re advertise it. She said no. She would decline Groupon participants if she is busy. She admits it's her fault she did not review the terms of the sales. She only found out afterwards when customers come streaming in. Then she goes to say how some people don't bother to tip her and how people from San Jose are bad tippers than Los Gatos. I felt bad going there, so I left her a $15 tip. She didn't even thank me. This is no way to run a business. You goofed up and put the guilt on customers instead. Way to go. read more

Why isn't there a no stars option?? I bought a groupon special for Mother's Day. I called today to make an appointment for tomorrow and the lady I talked to asked me which groupon I purchased. I told her the $5 special. She told me "no, I won't take that" after arguing with her for a couple minutes and telling her that's no way to run a business, I hung up and looked at the yelp reviews for this place and am actually thankful I didn't come!! To whoever I talked to: WORST customer service ever. To the business owner: don't allow groupon to post these specials if you don't want people using them. Too bad because this place is close to my work. read more

I did NOT have a good experience here. The only positive thing was that the lady got me in when I needed to come. I used one of their deals, which would have been great had I actually received a manicure & pedicure. She soaked my feet in cold water, then put a little lotion on them. Nothing else. As for my manicure, it was the same thing. She didn't cut my nails or do my cuticles. In addition, the polish was very cheap and chipped right away. When paying at the end, she told me that my 10 yr-old daughter's paint ONLY would be $10. Then when I presented her with my certificate, she increased my daughter's price to $15 (she said because she put a few dots on ONE of her nails, NO design). I am very disappointed with this salon. I will not go back, and I do NOT recommend. read more

Just got done soaking my infected big toenail in hot water and pouring hydrogen peroxide on it. Wasn't worth the Groupon.
