I went to this nail salon for the first time today to treat my mom and myself with pedicures for Mother's Day. The salon is very clean, and the staff were all warm, welcoming, and attentive. The service was excellent; although I can't recall the name of the person who did my pedicure, she did a fantastic job and I enjoyed the conversation we had. The parking lot can get quite crowded, but fortunately, my mom has a handicap card, so we managed to snag one of the last available spots. While I was there, I learned that they have a vegan facial, so I scheduled an appointment to try it out. I'll share my thoughts on that experience next time. read more

This was my first time ever going to this particular nail salon, and I was quite impressed with how clean and organized everything was!! A couple of my friends had suggested it to me a couple years back, but I still had my favorite pedicure place that also has organic items that I chose. This particular Monday, my pedicure spot was closed so I decided to venture out to this new location. Luckily for me I was able to book a 630 appointment 15 minutes before hand! Granted their website said they were booked for the night they were able to get me in and out in 45 minutes and I felt completely relaxed after the pedicure! I brought my own nail polish, but they did have a number of organic Zoya nail polishes as well as some other name, brands that I know. The lady that did my nails told me her name was Linda and she was very sweet, but didn't talk too much, I wasn't in a talkative mood myself, it was the end of the day, and I was tired, but I was very impressed with everything. This place is a joke and for the life of me I don't understand how they have such positive reviews. My nail tech, took a full 2 hours to do dip manicure, and mind you I had naked nails. It was abysmal. She cut me twice. And had to redo 2 nails several times. She also put my nails under UV light for a whole 30 seconds, that's it. Well, 2 days later the powder came completely off. Also not to mention the manicure color does not match the pedicure even though we looked at it twice and they were gaslighting me that it does. Fun fact, they also said the full price was $88 and then charged me 89. Aaaand they sat right next to me while I venmo the tip and low key yelled not to write manicure and to write something like 'pizza party'. What a shady place. I came into Natural Nails on a warm, sunny weekend morning. The salon had only two technicians, but one was engaged. The one that was available was an older woman (60+ maybe?), who very promptly set me up for a pedicure. After soaking my feet, she quickly cut my nails and then moved on to scrubbing them. I was waiting for her to do a thorough cleaning, filing of any rough edges, cuticle care, etc but she never did it. She moved on to two coats of nail color and then she was done. In total, she spent 15-20 minutes on me and moved on without ever saying a word. I'm hoping the other technicians are more thorough, but sadly this woman is not. If you care about quality and healthy materials, this is the place to go! I've known the owner Trang for around a decade since she worked at the Whole Body salon in Whole Foods. When that closed, she opened her own place in Willow Glen, then moved to a beautiful spot in Campbell. She values cleanliness, kindness, healthy and organic materials, and has created the only nail salon I'm interested in going to. She went above and beyond when I brought my 4 year old in for a birthday Little Miss mani/pedi, making her feel extra special - she epitomizes customer service! Gina did my daughter's service, and she is great. Vivian has done pedicures for me and she too is excellent. Trang stocks only the less toxic polishes and offers an amazing collagen/vitamin E manicure that will make you never want traditional gel again. It doesn't smell! This review is slightly delayed but I want to say how amazing they are. I had my nails done here last year for the holidays. The salon is small but cozy and smells nice inside, not like chemicals. I had never gotten a dip manicure before, and my nail tech was very accommodating and walked me through the process. I was so happy with the results, the mani lasted for over a month. I love this place!!! I think Van worked on me? She did an amazing job and I loveeee my nails!! The decor is so cute and the ladies there are so patient and nice and explain everything!! I got plastic tips for nail extension with dip powder in OPI Samoan Sand and a gel top coat for strength and extra shininess. (They use LED light to cure the gel) Van also removed my previous dip powder and plastic tips. It took almost 2 hrs and cost $69 (not including tip). Tip is cash only! So luckily I had enough cash!! Next door is Campbell Coffee House too and they have such bomb avocado toast and chai lattes so if you go get your nails done I also recommend checking out the spot next door! You know I hate to do this especially during a pandemic when small businesses are already suffering, but normal every day people are suffering as well. And if you're going to pay this much for a pedicure and manicure, you better get what you paid for! Here's the thing: the owner is nice and the workers are nice. But this review is about the service. The decor, ambience, and overall marketing of this nail salon makes you think along with the price level that this will be Marina neighborhood SF quality experience. I paid $78 including tip for a manicure and pedicure. I was being generous with the tip because I feel bad for the staff and I know they are trying to make ends meet. I have been to tons of nail salons in the bay area and NYC and for this price point I was expecting expert quality nail technicians. The nail polish itself was poor quality, not sure if it was natural or organic. The nail technician made multiple errors, and the overall result didn't look $78 quality. I've had $10 manicures higher quality than this. My recommendations: actually get natural and organic polish, either train existing staff at a higher level or hire higher level staff. This is Campbell, not even Los Gatos. If I'm going to pay $39 for a spa pedicure and almost 30 for a manicure, I need to be extremely happy at the end of the session. Again, I feel for the owner and the staff but in the end it comes down to results and this was not worth $78. read more

Got my temperature checked upon entry and was offered hand sanitizer. The manicure and pedicure stations are socially distanced with plexiglass. The salon is spacious, open air flow and was not crowded when I was there. I love that they offer all natural and clean ingredients. Unlike most nail salons, you don't get that chemical odor when you walk in. I always look forward to seeing the owner, Trang for brow waxing/maintenance and nail services. My old nail salon went out of business due to Covid, so I decided to try Natural Nails Boutique after reading all the positive reviews. Wow. I am so happy I did. First off, my nails were in bad shape so I opted for just a Spa combo with the French design. I gave Trang a picture of the French mani I wanted with neon tips. She made my nails look just like the picture if not better. Trang is so easy to talk to and so good at what she does, a real professional. Vivian was wonderful! She did a great job with my pedicure - gentle, perfect and a great color! We also had a lovely conversation and she made me feel very comfortable (I don't get pedis very often). The only reason I'm not giving the salon 5 stars is that my daughter's mani (by another tech) was not as good. Several of her nails were done very quickly (not very nice) and the tech barely talked to her. My daughter said that overall the tech just seemed to rush the job and couldn't wait to get out of there. I felt bad since this was one of her BD gifts. First they are taking many measures to ensure everyone's safety: questionnaire with self assessment upon booking, temperature checks at the door, masks, gloves, additional cleaning, social distancing, and plexiglass partitions. The shop is cute and well maintained. The pedicure spa chairs were awesome! They really give you a good massage. My service was excellent! Van took excellent care of me. I get completely pampered. There was really nice background music playing while I was there. It was both upbeat and soothing at the same time. It gave the salon a good vibe. My cuticles weren't trimmed very well (literally had to do it myself the day after) and the nail design I asked for isn't as I'd hoped.. she used 2 different red sparkle colors after I asked multiple times for no sparkles and showed a photo. So now I have 2 nails that don't match because they are a different red. I booked a spa manicure with Maria who, according to the website, had great reviews but ended with an old women, maybe Kim was her name. Her service was embarassing: she seemed not to know where things were, she pretended to file my nails and cut my cuticles (I could have done better by myself!) and then she tried to put the polish 3 times but she was keeping on putting it out of the nails doing a real mess.
