I came here to get a professional haircut and ask the opinion of someone who knows hair better than I do, but the stylist couldn't give a straight answer on any of the questions I had. She barely cut anything off and couldn't decisively answer any questions on what would look best for my face shape or different cuts or styles I could try for my hair type. I was looking to get answers, but everything was noncommittal, so not very helpful. Not a great experience. Definitely a waste of money. Follow up to the response: I would argue that I don't know what I don't know. And if I ask a question and get noncommittal answers, then I can't make an informed collaborative decision because I wasn't given the information I needed to do so. And if I seemed unsure, it's because my stylist wasn't giving me very much confidence in her answers. But if that's how this business runs, then my advice to other women would be to only come here if you know exactly what you're looking for already. Don't expect strong opinions or input. read more

I've grown to completely trust him because the dude seriously knows what he's doing. After he works his magic, the end result is a masterpiece! Sounds funny to say that but it's so true. The stylists all seem professional and unpretentious, skilled and well trained. There are still some of the same stylists from the old salon, all of whom do a fantastic job. I mean the girl that I had do my hair was great at what she does, don't get me wrong. I just wanted simple layers to have volume and I showed her some pictures. But after when I got home, did my usual hair treatment process and styled it, it just wasn't close to the amount of layers I wanted, it was no different from the hair length I had going into there.
