I highly recommend this nail salon. I first visited after my daughters gave me a gift certificate for services at the salon and spa. I chose a head spa treatment and absolutely loved how relaxing and enjoyable the experience was. After that visit, I scheduled a nail fill appointment, and I have been a regular customer ever since. I've been going there for months now and have always had a great experience. The salon is very clean, has plenty of pedicure chairs, and the staff is always friendly and welcoming. They even offer drinks and snacks while you're getting your nails or pedicure done, which is a nice touch. First of all, I love coming here. I usually get my mani and pedi once in a while or if I have an event to go to. I love how they clean my tools (yes, I bring my own) with alcohol after each use. As a dermatology nurse, I pay close attention to infection prevention and sanitation practices, so I was particularly concerned by what I observed during my pedicure here. The salon uses a disposable liner/bag for each customer, which is a good step, but the basin itself also needs to be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between clients. A new liner does not replace proper sanitation of the actual foot basin and surrounding surfaces. The basin can still come into contact with water, splashes, skin debris, and other contaminants. Pedicure services involve soaking the feet and can potentially create opportunities for infection if proper sanitation protocols are not followed. From a healthcare perspective, I would expect the entire basin to be properly cleaned and disinfected between customers, not simply lined with a new bag. For the price the customer pays - I hope the salon takes this feedback seriously and reviews their sanitation procedures. Cleanliness a nd infection prevention should be a priority in any salon providing services that involve soaking or treating the skin. read more

I just realized TN Unique Nails (formerly Unique Nails) created a new Yelp page so I'm sharing my original review here for transparency. The new owners purchased this location over a year ago. I had been getting my nails done here for over a decade so when I came in and realized not only had they purchased and renovated the location, they also re-hired the old owner, I was excited. Don't get me wrong. This location looked great. The issue I had was prices skyrocketed which was really disappointing, but with Tammy doing my nails I was willing to suck it up. Unfortunately, it wasn't long before she and the new owners parted ways. When I went in the next time looking for her, I was told she was out sick later I found out that was a complete lie. Honesty is everything. Bottom line is it doesn't matter how cute a salon looks. It's price for service and aboveboard business practice that speaks volumes. Unfortunately, being lied to numerous times then rudely addressed in private DMs by the owner has made me decide that this is not a business I want to give my money to. read more

For a nail salon, the head spa was the best experience so idk if that's a good or bad thing. I loved my head spa experience with Nikki - the massage felt amazing, my hair was soft for an entire week even after my gym sessions (I don't use special hair care or anything ), and overall she knew what she was doing. -$70 so you can't beat that price! I came back for a full body, one hour hot stone massage bc Nikki said she was available for that despite it not being on the service menu. Overall, it was just okay. As a frequent customer of massage therapists/salons, this was just alright. It wasn't terrible but it wasn't aligned to what Im used to / like. I also did my nails here - a new gel X set : milky white with chrome for $70. For reference, they used Apres gel x kit , one of the industry's best nail brand for gel X. My nail technician, was lovely, and did an amazing job for my nail prep. However, when it came to the application of my gel X nails, girly had to redo it three times. When watching the application, she didn't angle the fake nail 45 degrees to make sure the glue spread out evenly. I think it's because the older technicians are so used to acrylics.. I had to also be the one to signal to her to compare the lengths of the nails since she filed down one, she should file down the other. Same when it came to shape. Also had to remind her to drill away the glue underneath my nails due to the original application. You can't really go wrong with milky white and chrome so design is definitely pretty. Overall: 7/10 ; I'd come back for the head spa but maybe elsewhere for a gel x set. They seem popular more so for their pedicures in comparison. read more

I really wanted to like this place because the gentleman at the front was very sweet. He was offering fresh squeezed orange juice to all the patrons and walking around checking on everybody. The place was decorated very cute for the holidays. But unfortunately, my manicure was absolutely horrific. The woman had no idea what she was doing and did not listen to what I asked for at all. The shop is decorated nicely, very clean and comfortable. Too bad they did not change their shop name after the new ownership. Their reviews in the last year are glowing. I visited just a couple of days ago, I will definitely return and share their location with other people. They did a very nice job. My first time here and will not return. Paid 85 for gel pedicure. Then they also charge another 5 dollars because they took the gel off from my last pedicure. So it was $90 for a gel pedicure. That is crazy. I do my nails and toes every 3 weeks. Will not be coming back here again. I complained and it didn't matter to the receptionist that I would not be returning. I would expect 85 dollars for a pedicure would include removal of gel. I will be sure to tell everyone I know that gets their toes and nails done all the time not to come here. read more
