I came here at 6:20 PM, and the salon was already empty and getting ready to close. Hannah did my nails, and understandably, it felt rushed since the place closes at 7 PM. The salon itself was so dirty that I almost wanted to get up and leave. The floors and equipment were unclean. When I placed my hand inside the blue light to cure, I ended up with clear nail polish stuck to my fingers, leaving my hands feeling gross. They also charge an extra 2.5% for paying with a debit or credit card, so keep that in mind. While my nails did turn out looking nice, there are definitely cleaner, more relaxing places to go for better service. I would not recommend. read more

My nail tech, Kim, was kind and professional without being overly chatty. I am a little hard of hearing so I missed what she was saying at the end and just nodded..turned out it was a hand/shoulder massage. Ooopssss! The total came out to around $71, which felt a bit pricey for a simple design. HOWEVER, it was worth it. She did an amazing job cleaning up my cuticles. I'm so disappointed with the nails I got here today. I just came in wanting a manicure and pedicure. It was super busy today but I called and they gave me an appointment so I figured it should be fine and that I wouldn't be rushed too much. I was so wrong. I came in with long natural nails and they were almond shaped but I asked for them to be cut down a little bit and made into a natural square shape, they cut my nails all the way down like as short as they could go and they filled them super roughly. Then they also switched the girl who was working on my nails to a different girl and then she filled them even more. Now I have short nubby nails. Once she started painting them she just kinda slapped them together and I saw her getting paint on my fingers and I figured she'd clean them up well before I was done but no, I still have gel polish on my skin. Also she didn't paint all the way close to my cuticle so they already look grown out. Once I was done and I looked at them the manager saw that I was disappointed and offered to file off some of the excess gel in between my nail and my skin, she tried to file down the goopy gel on the tip of my middle finger but it was no use. Just a plain sloppy application. Finally, for my toes I just wanted regular polish so that I don't have to commit to gel if I want to change out the color. But the lady said I need to do gel so that I could get my shoes back on to which I replied, "Maybe next time." but she started doing gel. I guess she also charged me for callous removal so my stupid gel pedicure that I didn't even really want cost $70 when I wanted a basic regular pedicure. When I went to pay my total was $120 before tip. And I left with a sloppy SHORT manicure and gel toes that I didn't even know I was getting. I'm so disappointed I never want to get my nails done again, I think I need to just do them myself from now on. I'm also just so sad about my nails being cut so short when I wanted to keep them long. I really wanted to like this salon, but my nails had other plans. It's only been a week and they're already lifting. The base of the nail wasn't prepped right, so everything is popping up like they're trying to escape. One finger doesn't even have full coverage--like the dip just gave up halfway through and called it a day. On top of that, the texture is... creative. Some are lumpy, some dented, some just plain confused. Consistency clearly wasn't on the menu. And then my toes. No, I'm not providing free foot pics, but my polish chipped within a day. A day. I never have issues with regular polish on my toes lasting, so that was a real surprise. End result: nails that look like they've been through a construction site and toes that already need redoing. I chose this place because I saw they had an exceptional amount of positive reviews and they did not disappoint. I was able to make an appointment for the same day and texted them to confirm that they were able to do the type of nails I was looking for. I was quickly seated as a walk in for my requested pedicure. Nice and clean salon - just moderately busy which was nice - so calm environment for a Friday midmorning. Definitely tried to upsell me for the $69 pedicure a few times claiming it will make my skin really soft lol Just wanted a bit over the basic - mostly for the massage and getting some color done. I would come back with a few reservations - I had a parafin plastic bag added to my feet just a few minutes into my 10 min on a timer massage starting - which was odd - and she massaged my feet through the plastic and goo - definitely unpleasant and not fun - no way would I let that happen again. Ended up cutting my toe nails too short especially on the big toes so now's a bit uncomfortable wearing closed shoes but hopefully the nail growing out soon will alleviate that - I did request barely a trim since i just had cut them all recently. Anyhoo... And checking out was really really weird - no where was I told that I was going to get hassled about using a credit card - first I was told by my technician that the card payment wasn't working...I didn't have enough cash on hand to pay and leave a tip - owner came into help - she said well you could Zelle? I don't have that I answered - well we have a ATM here - I don't carry a debit card around normally - and then she asked me how much cash I have - I told her and then she said give me that and I will charge your card the remaining...totally confused - I replied I would rather charge the whole amount please. Miraculously she has a phone where she could tap my card and voila - credit card payment done...sorta of ruined the whole relaxing spa vibe I was aiming for.... Also not offered any water/tea etc as mentioned on their site. read more

This review is long overdue! Hanna always has impeccable attention to detail and creativity when recreating/embellishing design requests for me. She is very gentle with my hands and always goes above and beyond to improve designs where possible: e.g. using an airbrush (I didn't even realize this was possible!), mixing a new gel color, finding an accent shade of gold that is just right, finding pearls of the right size/color, etc. I always leave very happy and relaxed, and my nails do not chip even with extra pearly designs added on. My nails are quite strong and the gel x rarely breaks off (only after 5-6+ weeks); I am happy to let my nails grow out for a very long time because the designs are so beautiful/resilient and I don't want to remove them yet! Every pedicure I've received here is also very nicely done. I don't get gel on my toes, and yet they do not chip for many weeks! I'm very impressed by the quality of services I've received, and recommend Iconic Nails Studio to anyone looking for a beautiful and refreshing experience. read more

This is my second time coming here and I am obsessed with Jamie's work. She is both quick (~2 hours for both sets, blue had new Gel-X, red had fills) and really detail oriented. Normally I do my own nails and stick to one color but wanted to do something fun for the holidays. Her work is so good that I've decided to keep coming back. by far the best service i've experienced at a nail salon. i initially had booked an appointment with Fara but due to time constraints had another nail tech, Jamie, work on my nails. i was really disappointed by the end result and reached out to Mary to express my dissatisfaction. the nails did not look anything close to what i had shown her and i was in disbelief how they turned out. i wished she had told me if my nail inspo photo wasn't detailed enough. some of my nails were also not glued entirely well and so they were also beginning to lift. i also told her that i would be out of town for a month and that i only had a few days to get them redone. I was able to make an appointment two days after my initial visit. Fara inspected the nails and removed two so that they can be redone. She also went above and beyond to do a hard gel fill so that my nails last longer. she took her time to make and asked me every so often if my nails were what i wanted. i was so happy by the end results! i'll definitely be coming back. please note that Fara is a very very skilled nail tech so she is a bit pricier than others. in terms of pricing, I had to pay an additional $40 (before tip) on top of the $90 (before tip) that I had paid for the nails Jamie did. read more

After getting Gel X at another salon that I absolutely hated, I walked in and asked if I could get them removed and replaced with a set of acrylics (my nails were trashed at this point). Ly was amazing. She not only took the time to remove the Gel X as delicately as possible, gave me a fresh, classic "normal" manicure and she took the time to clean up my cuticles.
