My job also has me going all over the South Bay so it's kind of hard for me to commit to a wax location. I was due for my monthly wax on Friday and decided to look up the closes and earliest wax place available near my work location. European Wax Center in Mountain View popped up and they were open at 8am. AMAZING..I booked the 8am appointment to wax my upper lip and eyebrows. Jennifer was my specialist. She was super nice and did a great job on my eyebrows and upper lip. If I'm back in the area and it's time for me to get my eyebrows and upper lip back I will definitely book with Jennifer. Another thing..I loved how clean the entire place felt!!!

Growing up, I went to random salons and had enough bad experiences that I spent most of my adult years nervous to let anyone touch them again. Eventually, they would get so overgrown that I'd start searching for someone new, visit a place three or four times over a six-month period, and usually realize I still wasn't being heard -- or that once they became comfortable and trusted my business, the service no longer felt as thoughtful as it did the first time. Elaine was completely different. She did an incredible job listening to exactly what I wanted and executing it beautifully. She made me feel heard, comfortable, and cared for the entire time. She also has such a young, warm energy and loves to chat, which was such a nice touch since I was stressed, working, and getting a face wax and Brazilian at the same time! Thank you, Elaine -- I will definitely be back.
