Her bedside manner, including a thorough consultation and discussion prior to any treatments, helped me feel like I was fully aware of all the options of the treatments and which is the best suited for me. I was pretty adamant from the start that I did not want any traumatizing treatments given that previous hydrafacials I had done caused PIH due to aggressive extractions. Kimmie was very kind, understanding and reassuring with my concerns. The facial was also great, and she talked me through all steps of it. As an esthetician, Tina is very caring towards her clients and the process of the treatment is as clear as the outcome of your skin. She explains each step along the way, along with its credentials, and truthful effects of each product/device. She only uses the newest and best skincare technology and the results are not only immediate, but long lasting. Sometimes I even wish that my skin could not be as radiant so I could visit L'AMI more often than needed. Tina is very knowledgeable about dermatology and medical aesthetics, so she explains all the biological and chemical process of the skincare routine, which makes the treatment all the more reliable. I'm usually quite picky when it comes to anyone treating my face or my hair, or anything on my body for that matter but when it comes to Tina, all I need to do is lie down and relax. After my nap, it's a big VOILA!! And although there are good skincare clinics around the Bay Area, I always still have to wait a day or two to go out due to the residual redness. After my facials with Tina, I can just hop out and enjoy the rest of my day. She makes sure to apply the right serums and creams if you have work to continue in the daytime as well. No red marks and no swelling with her delicate hands. A big plus, her voice is so soothing and sweet! This is a facial experience in which you WANT to talk to your esthetician instead of napping because of her beautiful voice and skills.

Be very careful when paying! It's ridiculous that they expected a full tip for self-service. Usually, applying sunscreen is the final step of a professional facial, but they told me do it myself. You shouldn't have to tip for services you ended up performing on yourself. I'm very unhappy with the manager's attitude. The constant stream of calls and texts has become a real nuisance. Be careful and double-check your receipts here. I been here do my facial for 3+ years, I've been paying for three years, and this is the 'service' I get? I would definitely come back for future treatments and recommend this clinic to others. Thank you so much to Nurse Heejung and all 17Medspa staff!!

Nursing staff is amazing, specifically skilled and most all the recommendations by Vicky the intake coordinator have panned out! She's great at assessing your face. Listen to her! Where do I start? I started with facial treatments like Morpheus and Softwave. I've ventured off into Rejuran and Oligio. I've even had a bit of PRP for hair. They take lots of photos before treatment. So observing your progression is really quite exciting and gives motivation to continue on with Vicky's recommendations. My results have been amazing! If you want to speak to the doctor, he is readily available also. All the nurses know what they're doing. If it doesn't work for their clients, they get rid of it. Lots of the procedures have been done on the staff themselves! Everyone is so kind and open to questions. I can't think of a better place to fight aging!

Louise has been an absolute angel through all of it. She actually listens, validates every single insecurity, and takes such incredible care of me. I've done 2 sessions of Sculptra and 2 sessions of fillers with maryam and jamieson. Sculptra is so gradual and looks completely natural. It's not about changing your face; it's just rebuilding what you lost. I know it's an investment, but it is so worth it.
