Growing up, I went to random salons and had enough bad experiences that I spent most of my adult years nervous to let anyone touch them again. Eventually, they would get so overgrown that I'd start searching for someone new, visit a place three or four times over a six-month period, and usually realize I still wasn't being heard -- or that once they became comfortable and trusted my business, the service no longer felt as thoughtful as it did the first time. Elaine was completely different. She did an incredible job listening to exactly what I wanted and executing it beautifully. She made me feel heard, comfortable, and cared for the entire time. She also has such a young, warm energy and loves to chat, which was such a nice touch since I was stressed, working, and getting a face wax and Brazilian at the same time! Unfortunately, the threading itself was extremely slow, which made the whole experience much more painful than it needed to be. She also asked if I wanted to do my chin when my service clearly only listed eyebrows and lips. I found that unnecessary and honestly a little rude. For the record, I really only have peach fuzz on my chin, so I'm not sure what prompted the question in the first place. Unfortunately, the actual result wasn't good either. I know I could have looked more closely in the mirror afterward and asked her to fix anything, and that's something I'll probably get better about doing. But it's hard to tell everything immediately without taking more time to inspect it. As you can see in the pictures, my eyebrows were not done well, and there were still hairs left on my upper lip. On top of that, the salon itself was not clean. The salon area looked dirty, and the bathroom was also not clean. Overall, the space just didn't feel well maintained. Between the long wait, how painful and slow the threading was, the poor result, and the cleanliness of the space, I wouldn't come back here. Edit: also worth noting that the woman who did my eyebrows walked in and didn't use hand sanitizer and obviously made me bleed. Just other reasons why I wouldn't come back.

I love this place. I have been a client for many years. I tried number of different procedures: facials, waxing, brows shaping. Lana is very professional and her European experience definitely brings some extra quality into her work. My face is always glowing after the facial. Her facials are so relaxing and include a neck and hand massage. She provides valuable information on her products, but doesn't push to buy them. I must say, the waxes are really not as painful as I have had in the past, and hairs grow slower. She keeps the natural shape to my eyebrows. Lana is also quite flexible and accommodating in helping me fit appointments into my often crazy schedule. The salon is beautiful and very clean, and her calls to remind me of my appointments are a big help. She is very nice and caring person. I am happy I found Lana. She is as good as it gets! read more

My mom has gone to Lana for as long as I can remember, even when she switched salons, my mom followed her. So when my sister and I were old enough we starting going to her as well. Lana's facials are amazing. It is so relaxing, with the music and the good smells. She cleans my face so well and afterward my skin is smooth, clean, and basically flawless. My sister and I both have acne so we go a couple times a year to clear it all out. Also, I get my eyebrows and brazilian waxes done with Lana also. I didn't have the best eyebrows before, but I starting going to her regularly and they became shaped well and beautiful. Same with brazilian wax. The first time I got one, she did it so well, I don't think anyone else could have done it as good! If you are thinking about getting a facial or waxing, I suggest getting it here! read more

Simply put that I'm so happy that I found Lana. I was looking for place in my town for facial before the holidays. After some research I decided to give her a try. I wasn't disappointed at all. Lana surely knows what she does and she puts me at ease right away with her warm and assuring personality. Her place is a little oasis and how I loves the warm bed and cozy covering. After my treatment I was satisfied enough to sign up the trio. And I am totally happy upon my second service too. Lana did a good job on my eye brow as well. My family witness how my face become radiant and young. I'm very happy to find someone in town with reliable service. I'm surely coming back again and again. read more

I've been a client of Lana's for over 10 years and she feels like family -- the kind you want to spend time with! When I'm at her spa getting treatment, I feel like I'm the only thing that matters to her at that time. She is completely dedicated to her clients and she knows her trade well. I go for eyebrow and bikini waxes and an occasional facial. All of her products she uses are top notch and she knows my skin so well that she is able to recommend products suited just for my skin type. This is a much better experience and value than some of the very overpriced fancy spas in our area. I highly recommend a trip to Lanas. read more

Lana's knowledge of skin care is what one would find at a dermatologist's office not your local salon. Her facials are specifically geared toward each customers needs and their skin condition that day. She has many different facials and they all make the skin feel and look great. Her most popular facial the Hydrafacial works miracles and is worth the extra price. While Lana is an expert with skin care I can't say enough about her waxing skills. I have my entire face waxed and have never seen a red bump or rash of any kind post waxing. I have been getting facials for over thirty years and Lana is the best I've found. read more

I just had the HydraFacial again. My skin feels so soft and healthy! This facial keeps popping up in celebrity magazines -- and it's the best thing if you want younger skin but don't really want to take that scary step into the world of needles and lasers! Lana provided an exceptional hydro facial experience--easily a 10/10. She tailored the treatment to my needs, involving extractions, exfoliation, masks, and red light therapy. The overall experience was incredibly relaxing, resembling a luxurious spa visit. The pricing is reasonable compared to other options, and Lana's kindness adds to the positive atmosphere.
