I've always been hesitant to go to a medspa because of what I've read and heard about how pushy some businesses can be with new clients. I also felt intimidated that I would be talked down to because I have only researched treatments and have had no prior experience. I'm really thankful to say that my experience at Skin Refine Medspa has been extremely positive. I felt seen, heard and understood. Most of all I felt safe! I've been going to Skin Refine since January of last year and I absolutely loved my experience so much, I've been returning since and recommending them to my friends! In fact, I just went in today and felt confident to schedule a new treatment for myself. Thank you to the Skin Refine staff for making me feel safe and secure in my own skin. I am grateful for the ability to ask questions without committing to anything until I'm ready. I feel beautiful and so happy with my results!

Maryam has been incredible as my provider for fraxel laser, microneedling, and RHA redensity treatments. I've also received diamondglows here. It's a great refresher for your face. Maryam also provided tips on maximizing results and always takes your opinion in her recommendations. Altogether, my face has vastly improved. You can argue the treatments are pricy, but buying packages will get you a discount. I just think that's how the industry works so always get packages if you can. This place has a variety of treatment options, though they don't offer something like subcision, which is a more-involved procedure. But I'll just get that somewhere else and continue to come here for other treatments. Of course, they've recommended fillers and such for me. Rha redensity is like one. But they've been respectful that I prefer treatments like fraxel laser and such. There is a reason why they recommend filler though, because it does show faster results than others. The rha redensity provided the most improvement in a shorter time. They also have the skincare you need to purchase with ease. You're going to say those are expensive but they're not selling you products like La mer cream for $400. There is a parking lot, and there's always been space when I went, but the traffic getting there can be a bit much. All in all, I recommend doing at least one treatment here to see how you like it. She greeted me warmly and even recognized me from visits years ago at the Mountain view location.. That level of attention made me feel valued as a long term client. Her professionalism, knowledge, and customer service stand out. She explained the new treatments clearly, including Potenza and Rejuran Pro, and answered all of my questions with confidence and care. Because of her, I purchased a new treatment package and look forward to getting started. I now live in San Mateo, and that location is less than ten minutes from my home. Even so, I am willing to drive to Mountain View for the level of service Janeen provides. LaserAway Mountain View is fortunate to have her on the team. She explained the entire process of the chemical peel and even told me about Diamond Glow which would only enhance my chemical peel and explained that process and benefits as well. After thinking about it ( for about 30 seconds) I decided to add the Diamond Glow to my Chemical peel. I'm so glad I did because it was so relaxing and I could just feel myself falling asleep because Jassi was so gentle and would always make sure I was doing okay. The chemical peel process was as expected, it burned but that had nothing to do with Jassi, she gave me the fan before the process and turned it on the highest setting. Overall, I will be back for another treatment and I'll bring my family with me!

Le Mon Spa has truly earned my five-star rating, prompting me to write a rare review. I began to notice my skin wasn't in its best condition, and following a friend's suggestion, I decided to give Le Mon Spa a try. The experience exceeded my expectations. Upon my initial consultation with Nurse Dillon, I opted for the Helios 785 pico laser treatment for dark spots removal and skin rejuvenating. Despite some initial nerves, Dillon's professionalism and his clear explanation of the process immediately put me at ease. Dealing with dark spots for years, the Helios 785 pico laser was introduced to me as a new treatment by Dillon. Targeting various pigmentation issues and brightening the skin, the process remarkably requires no anesthesia due to Dillon's professional technique. I experienced no pain during the procedure, only a slight tingling sensation. A week post-treatment, my skin noticeably brightened, maintaining its radiance throughout the day. Two weeks later, dark spots had lightened, small ones vanished, and previously deeper areas were easily concealed with makeup foundation. The entire procedure, lasting only 10 minutes, is convenient enough for a lunch break and has no impact on makeup application. I rarely write reviews, but this spa truly deserves the time for a five-star rating. Approaching my forties, I noticed my skin wasn't in the best condition in recent years. Upon a friend's recommendation, I visited Le Mon Spa. After consultations with Nurse Dillon and Esthetician Nicole, I decided to try Hydrafacial and Fotona4D. Immediately after the first Hydrafacial, I noticed my skin was surprisingly clean and radiant. It felt like years of accumulated impurities were thoroughly cleared. Nicole was incredibly attentive and professional, providing skincare advice without pushing any products. The entire skincare process was very comfortable. Following that, I underwent Fotona. As a first-timer to medical aesthetics, I was quite nervous. Nurse Dillon patiently introduced every step in detail. After completion, I observed a significant tightening in my jawline. I had my first hydrafacial by Ari here at Le Mon Spa and it was an amazing experience! To start, I was running close to 20 minutes late to my appointment. I called the spa to let them know ahead of time and they were incredibly nice about it. I really appreciated their flexibility with squeezing me in. Upon arrival, they didn't make a big deal about my tardiness and escorted me into the room for my treatment. Being so late shouldn't be a common practice and I was really thankful that the staff was really understanding. With this being my first hydrafacial, Ari was really great at explaining every step, checking in on how I was feeling, and overall making sure I was comfortable with the treatment. The entire facial went wonderfully - I feel like my esthetician thoroughly cleaned and hydrated my face while explaining each step and product that was being used. My mom even came out smiling and happy so take that for a win. Parking is all along the streets for 2 hours and there is a decently sized parking garage within walking distance.

The front desk woman was kind and very communicative. But, it didn't seem like the machine was gonna be offered to me if I didn't explicitly say I would want to use it to scan my face. So am I not sure if they don't offer it unless you ask. It's no extra charge but definitely make sure to tell them just so they know. I waited around 10 minutes past the appointment time due to another client being in the room but I didn't mind as they had beverages and snacks. Quickly after I got in the room and started my facial. Everything was great, the woman doing my facial was kind and was making sure I was comfortable in every step. She also made me aware of what was being used. But overall, it was a good way to treat myself.

Booking was easy on Groupon which was a 10/10 for me. No need to call and see if dates match with what I need. I knew the general area this place would be at and found it tucked behind a boxing gym. Had its own parking lot out front so it was easy to park. Walked in was greeted and asked to take a seat. The lady up front let me know my aesthetician was running behind. Once she arrived she greeted me and got me ready. Once I had my gown on and got under the warm blanket and Rachel began. She let me know what she was putting on my face and checked on me throughout to make sure I was doing good. The whole experience was restorative to my face. I felt my face was well taken care of specially because I have very sensitive skin. I could feel the dead skin lifting off my face. Rachel did an excellent job and noted next time I'd like to use Groupon to call the business and they will match the price which is even better because the money goes straight to the business. She let me know the business has been there for 20 years nestled in the ever growing city of Mountain View. Everything was clean and the room was comfy and tidy. It was not made clear beforehand at all that I would be charged for it. Edit: To be clear, my "outrageous" comment is in regards to the original appointment, NOT the consultation I seemingly received AFTERWARDS. I feel that the services are overpriced, but that is not the reason I am making this review. Nor am I arguing whether or not it was a consultation, or what is the correct term to use for the regimen handout. I am stating that it was NOT made clear that that was what was happening or that I would be charged for it. The whole point is that I was unaware it was a "full consultation." I highly recommend improving communication at this establishment. In summary, I never booked a consultation, nor did I ask for one, and there was most certainly miscommunication on the part of the employees. I did not make the realization until I was charged for it, and at the time did not know how to advocate for myself, so I simply paid and left, but that was not fair to myself. Hence, this review.
