I went to this med spa for a Sculptra treatment and clearly asked to start with one vial only. During the appointment, the injector decided to use two vials without asking for my consent first. I only found out when I went to the front desk to pay and was charged for both. I felt very uncomfortable because I was not given the choice or informed before the second vial was used. With cosmetic procedures, patients should always be asked and give clear consent before additional treatments are performed. I later went back to the spa to try to speak with the manager about what happened. Unfortunately, the experience did not improve. I was given three options to move forward, even though I never agreed to the second vial in the first place. The options were essentially to continue treatment with the same injector, see a different injector, or just move on. None of these addressed the fact that I did not consent to the second vial. Overall, the management and communication were very poor. When concerns like this happen, there should be clear communication and accountability, but that was not my experience here. I recommend that anyone considering treatment here confirm exactly how many vials or treatments will be used before the procedure begins to avoid surprises. I hope the spa improves its management, communication, and respect for patient consent in the future. read more

Great location too. There's a parking garage nearby, next to a target, that has plenty of parking. The only thing that gave me pause during my visit is the tipping prompt after treatment. I've never experienced that at any other place I've gotten Botox. The issue is I was mistakenly charged for a membership... fine typical human error... but after letting customer service know this, they continue to ask me if I wanted to continue with a membership. How can I be asked if I wanna continue with a membership I never even gave consent for? What membership? I've had several issues with virtual appointments / consultation... rapid text that I kind of gave benefit of doubt to the business but now I see there is truly a disconnect somewhere within the organization.
