I first started with a very invigorating de-tox body wrap that cleanses pores and draws out toxins and firms the skin, this was a great kick start prior to starting my diet, definitely will do this again. Secondly, I started with a couple of full session laser hair removal treatments to remove thick hair my chin and on the back of my thighs, I am very happy because the hair in these areas has not grown back. I've tried calling this place 3 times and even texted to get an appointment. When they responded to my text they asked for my availability for the following week. I responded and they left me hanging. I then asked what their next availability would be so I could take that and never heard back. Hi I've been using crystal to do my upper lip. I don't really recommend her. Have not seen any improvement and my appointments are any were from 5-7 minutes long. It always seams like she is rushing. Th first time I went there I thought I had paid for 10 treatments and it turned out it was only 6 treatments. So I tried asking her about this confusion and she snapped at me. So this is not new to me because some time back we were texting trying to book for my next appointment but she was out of the country. So she said she did not get my messages?? She has no flexibility what so ever and she appears to be nice at first but she has quite an attitude. Today she made me wait 15 minutes for a 5 minute appointment. I do not appreciate people who does not respect clients's time. When I showed up to the appointment the door was locked so I called, no answer. So I'm thinking she is with another client I'll just wait. 10 minutes later she replied I left I did not know you were coming. So I'm like well??? Any ways she asked me to wait she was on her way. So when she got there she said had gotten in a car accident, but her car was intact and she looked good. Anyway, she did not even apologize for making me wait out in this heat, did not even make any eye contact. Simply rude and no ethic what so ever. So I would recommend you look for another place where they at least give you paper work explaining your treatment and the cost!!!
