TLDR; the location is convenient and staff at the Fremont office are fantastic! They have been so patient with me and have shared so much wisdom about skincare in general. Every product they have recommended has worked shockingly well for my skin. I was skeptical about it all at first but that has been proven otherwise. I've gone through a complete transformation and I was once one of those people who used Nivea and a soap bar for my face. It worked while it did but after 30, not so much. I looked in the mirror and my face was so dry and my budding cracks so... prominent? Obviously no longer good enough. I did research on many places in the east bay and chose here because of its boutique-like charm and upfront prices. I wanted a personalized experience and that's exactly what these ladies delivered! I got treated with sculptura (two vials) after consulting with Dr Sethi. Since she decided sculptura would be right for me I wanted her to inject it. There was a reason I was going to renew md and not some other place where aestheticians inject you. Ruby had told me when I paid (1750) that I would walk out after the injection seeing the preview of the results that were to come after a few months. On the contrary I was heavily bruised on my cheeks for a week. I called 2 months later and spoke to Ruby again. Told her about the bruising and that any further treatments sounded scary to me. She did not ask me how I was doing now? If my bruises had gone. Was I seeing any difference from sculptra? If I wanted to see the doctor again (even though on the day of injection she had told me that follow-up is in 2 months) Overall I am left less that satisfied with Dr Sethi's capabilities to inject, Ruby's attitude to not care about the patients, and the results. read more

I had my first lip filler experience at RenewMD, and I'm so glad I did! The atmosphere is incredible as soon as you walk in with a great scent that instantly puts you at ease (it smells like a spa!). My provider, Annie, was amazing from start to finish. She carefully guided me through the entire process, making sure I felt comfortable every step of the way (even through the pain! My experience with Renew MD started off so well, but the quality of the service and the professionalism steadily declined as my time at location went on. I want to be clear that I did get results and I love the work that was done. However, I felt like when certain spots on my face didn't clear up and they offered free additional sessions to get it clear, but at that point I was no longer viewed as a valued client. I did appreciate the free sessions, but also thought with the amount I was paying that that was very reasonable since the spot wasn't clearing up In my last 10 visits or so, I'm pretty comfortable saying eight of them. I had quite a delay in being seen to the point that I had to ask the front desk what was going on. One appointment I had to leave because I had waited so long and they weren't able to tell me when they'd be able to take me back. At that point Ruby called me and explained that they were waiting on the Doctor and that there's emergencies that pop up and it's just like a regular doctor's office. again, totally fine, but it seemed that the issue was that they were opening an additional location and it was pulling the Doctor away from business at the Fremont location. even after I was assured that things would be prompter, after one on-time visit the next one I had to wait 20 minutes. I asked what the holdup was, and they just said that the tap was running behind, so it didn't sound like an emergency but rather a scheduling problem. in the end, I had an evaluation to check up on things, which was an endeavor in itself. I'm supposed to meet with Dr. Sethi, but they called and asked me to reschedule. I reworked my schedule to have an appointment the next week, and then was called the day before that appointment to tell me that she again needed to reschedule. At that point, I asked if I could just meet with Ruby, and Dr. Sethi called in. I just don't have a good feeling about continuing to do services there when appointments are delayed or rescheduled entirely without a whole lot of regard to the client and their schedule. I totally get that things come up, but this seems more like expanding a business to quickly without the resources to accommodate the original clients you had so unfortunately I don't think I'll be back anytime soon. read more

I want to give another updated review after having a series of micro needling with PRP done back in 2022...I have updated pictures included so people can see what my experience was and has been with Dr. Sethi and RenewMD staff. They are amazing and I have noticed that my hair has come back a bit thicker and I have more of it. I was really shocked at how good the micro needling and prp were for my scalp and face. Ruby has always taken the time to speak to me about all of my options regarding my skin care and has also taken the time to make sure I understood what I was getting. Stefanie, Iman and Joy were some of the staff that helped me during my procedures and they were always so patient and lovely with me. I had to have multiple sessions and some of the time it was very hard to find my vein. they were patient and kept trying and stayed with me the entire time to make sure I was comfortable. Dr. Sethi as always is a pleasure and delight to work with. She always has a smile on her face and is very gentle in her working on me. Dr. Sethi has always listened to my questions and concerns and has always answered in a kind, warm, but educational manor. Always asking me if I had any other questions. Even after my services, I have asked questions and she is happy to take the time to answer them and make sure she explains what I need and might not be aware of. I appreciate that. Jazmeet is the office manager and I have nothing but wonderful things to say of her. She is always going out of her way to see if I need anything or simply just to make sure I don't have any questions. So as of today 2024, My hair is still there and a lot of it has come back in a bit fuller looking.. I will always have thin hair but thanks to Renew MD I am so happy that I can actually be confident that my hair doesn't look so "see through" on the top anymore. It looks really good. ABSOLUTELY AVOID THIS CLINIC AT ALL COSTS! PLEASE DO NOT COME HERE TLDR: Dr. Sethi is NASTY. You will not see any results from Pico Treatment if you have a Skin Type III or higher. This clinic is a cesspool of greed and incompetence. Dr. Sethi is a NASTY beast. She interrupts you and boasts about achievements in her practice as a way to scam others. She likes to market this clinic and her brand as suitable for darker tones but in fact elements of her practice prove otherwise. The machines offered in this clinic are suitable for light skin tones. Her tone is condescending. She speaks over you. She literally told me over the phone that "her clinic is not in charge of your satisfaction" - which means she feels entitled to your money regardless of your experience at her clinic. I had multiple consultations with Ruby, the clinic director, and she informed me I would have drastic results after my 4 treatments. I paid 2550 for the Pico treatment plan. On my treatment day, I consulted with Ruby and the nurse to make sure I would see good results. They reassured me I would. My nurse was very kind. However, after the treatment, my skin was only slightly pink, which faded by the time I went home (10 minutes). I compared my post-treatment process with images online for Pico as well as my previous experience getting a Pico treatment as another clinic. You are supposed to be red for at least 24h and also peel. This did not happen for me. My skin was not affected by the laser at all. I learned later with more research that a 755nm laser will not work for darker skin tones. Instead, you need a YAG laser. It's true that I should have done more research before choosing Pico - but it should also be the responsibility of the bussiness to recommend the best laser for my skin type and not market treatments that are just not suitable for your skin type just so they can make money. While Ruby may present a friendly facade, her lack of substantive knowledge in skincare is glaringly apparent. Her recommendations serve the clinic's interests rather than those of the clients. I wanted a full refund because I was under the impression I would experience a red face and peeling (signifying my skin was affected by the laser and is discarding the acne/acne scaring) after each treatment. My skin looked exactly the same as before: not red, not peeling, nothing. I ended up having to pay $850 for one pico treatment that did nothing for me. When I called to explain my desire for a full refund, Dr. Sethi was NASTY. She is a NASTY women that talks over you, that doesn't listen to you, that is money hungry. This establishment is a SCAM. Dr. Sethi literally does not give a F about you. Entering this place is like stepping into a trap, with its staff lurking like vultures, ready to feast on your wallet with their talons of lies and false promises. Dr. Sethi, with her tongue sharpened by years of guile, is a maestro of misery. Her greed, disdain, and manipulation knows no bounds. Their grotesque pricing, coupled with a blatant lack of efficacy, makes every transaction here a masterclass in daylight robbery. The supposed skincare solutions they peddle are nothing short of gimmicks, packed with pore clogging ingredients under the guise of care. In summary, this clinic is a beacon of how not to run a healthcare establishment. From its scam-like operations to its utter disregard for patient care, it stands as a testament to the importance of thorough research before entrusting your health to such charlatans. **I implore you, do not waste your time, money, or health here. I underwent a Pico treatment at RenewMD, and the next day, I experienced redness, swelling, inflammation, pain, and a burning sensation all over my face. I called the clinic, and they explained it was just because I have sensitive skin. After several days of burning pain and being unable to go to work, I had to visit a dermatologist for treatment. I feel Extremely Disappointed that I spent $800 and got nothing in return. Update 6/28/24: I'm back doing PRP with my previous doctor, who REMINDED me that they require a blood test to review your current health AND ask for your medical history before doing the PRP treatment. They won't do it without that. He injected the plasma, and it was as painless as I remember. They also cleaned my scalp with a spray, something RenewMD did not. RenewMD is such a scam of a business that they never did any blood test on me, never asked for it, nor any medical history. This place only wants your money and does not practice real medical practices. I'm currently in the process of complaining with the CA Attorney General, BBB, FTC, and dept of Consumer Affairs. The staff and nurses are very friendly and professional. I've been coming to this location for the past few months for some skin treatments, and each time the appointments have been quick and concise, which is great when you have to squeeze them in during a lunch break. This will vary based on the treatment, but I've always been in and out in a timely manner. I'm happy with the results, and am planning to continue with RenewMD. I usually make my way to sunnyvale for my Botox. I found out that my preferred nurse moved locations and that just did it for me. I was on the search for a new location and came across Renew MD. I was drawn to their availability of being open until 7pm. THATS perfect for this WFH mama and kiddos with busy schedules. I made my way to their Fremont location, they have three! (Stockton, Folsom & Fremont). I apparently misread their hours of operation. Their 7pm is only on select days. Whoops! They were soo soo soo kind to take me in super last minute as I had walked in. They didn't have to, but they did. That alone showed me that they go above and beyond. The check in process was quick, some paper work, then digital forms. I was blessed to have my Botox done by Dr. Sethi. This woman is gorgeous, and her profound knowledge is displayed in the conversation we had. I always get 30 units, I'm very expressive which causes 11's between my brows and lines on mu forehead. she off the bat said yes that is the perfect amount for you. No upselling, no you need this and that. WHICH I LOVED! She listened to my concerns, I asked for recommendations and all of them aligned to what I had in mind. Botox takes 3-5 days to take full effect, I'm on day 3 and it's already taken effect on my forehead. Just waiting for the 11's to go away. Maybe by day 5? Hopefully it kicks in soon. I took up the microneedling treatment here which was a package of 4 sessions. My primary concern was to get rid of under eye wrinkles and old acne scars and marks on my cheeks. Of course this was also suggested to me after doing a thorough consultation my renew md. My opinion on this is waste of money and time. Extremely disappointed to a sense I have more acne and scaring now i personally feel. I was told my complexion has lightened but I don't believe so and definitely not at the cost of more scaring. I have attached my pictures and added description of what my skin looks like now versus before. I wanted to see what they recommend after my 4 sessions and they wanted me to take another 4 session. To be honest I was happy doing my monthly hydra facials and yes it's not gona get rid of my ice picked scars but at least I was prepared of that. This treatment was told to me that it will get rid of the scars but instead I have now more acne scaring on my forehead than I had before. Also if you observe the acne scaring on my before and after, I sometimes I feel I had less of the scars before. Ultimately I just feel it didn't really remove which is what made me very disappointed. And the fact they still suggested to go through with another 3-4 :/ Verdict: It didn't get rid of my scars. Personally I felt mislead and extremely hurt that it cost me so much. read more

I have seen several doctors regarding my joint and throat. There is no other explanation besides this. Everything happened right after the Botox injection. Throat was hurt for a week after your Botox injection. One month later joint had an issue. This will last me for life and stop blaming on patients.
