Maryam has been incredible as my provider for fraxel laser, microneedling, and RHA redensity treatments. I've also received diamondglows here. It's a great refresher for your face. Maryam also provided tips on maximizing results and always takes your opinion in her recommendations. Altogether, my face has vastly improved. You can argue the treatments are pricy, but buying packages will get you a discount. I just think that's how the industry works so always get packages if you can. This place has a variety of treatment options, though they don't offer something like subcision, which is a more-involved procedure. But I'll just get that somewhere else and continue to come here for other treatments. Of course, they've recommended fillers and such for me. Rha redensity is like one. But they've been respectful that I prefer treatments like fraxel laser and such. There is a reason why they recommend filler though, because it does show faster results than others. The rha redensity provided the most improvement in a shorter time. They also have the skincare you need to purchase with ease. You're going to say those are expensive but they're not selling you products like La mer cream for $400. There is a parking lot, and there's always been space when I went, but the traffic getting there can be a bit much. All in all, I recommend doing at least one treatment here to see how you like it. I looked at her IG page to do a little bit of research and saw that she offered things like cryotherapy and hydra facials. Her location is inside a hair salon where she rents a room in the back. The room itself is quite tiny and simple/ no frills. Yuni herself was personable and easy to talk to. She addressed my skin concerns by having me fill out a questionnaire upon which she had me lay on the table for her to take a look at my skin. Stating what I already knew to be true (my skin was super dry), she went to work. My time spent with Yuni was exactly what my skin needed. Yuni was able to get my skin hydrated and dewy + plump feeling (not an easy task). While you can't expect a miracle in just one session, she is more than willing to recommend a package deal customized for your skin. Another reviewer also mentioned that she's not pushy at all and won't try to upsell you to buy her products. At one point she even recommended a moisturizer that I could easily find on Amazon. However, the moment I got to my appointment, I knew this place and Yuni was special. She took the time to discuss my troubles and get to better understand my skin type. My very first treatment was the hydrofacial and it was so relaxing (other than the pimple extractions). And then the appointment ended, and she never tried to sell me on anything. Told me to think about it and if I wanted to, I could come back. There was no pressure at all! And here we are a year later and I go back approximately every month! Yuni is so detail oriented and really tailors the facials for her clients. And not only has she helped me with my skin, she also helped me better understand the types of skincare products I should and shouldn't be using and helped me identify which products I was using at the time may be contributing to my troubles. You shouldn't have to tip for services you ended up performing on yourself. I'm very unhappy with the manager's attitude. The constant stream of calls and texts has become a real nuisance. So she ended up using a tool to extract the pores off my nose. It was a painful experience that my nose was red until the next day (We had a 6 p.m. appointment). I've had facials done before and this was the most painful one yet. I know I spent more than half hour with this tech, but felt rushed and left hanging when her next client arrived. Was handed the skin regimen, post care instructions, took my payment and that was that. I know during the treatment we had talked about post-care, but wasn't sure if we were to go over it again so they could potentially sell some of their products to me that were neatly aligned on the wall?
