I went in the middle of the day without an appointment and I had to wait for less than 10 mins. Rima was very efficient, friendly and had a very cheerful demeanor. She was very gentle and very thorough. She offered to put a gentle soothing lotion on my eyebrows and it felt great. Thank you, Rima for my amazing first experience with you. TL;DR: Would recommend the threading if you're short on time and short on cash. Would not recommend the waxing, regardless of your time or cash. I have lots of thoughts. The place is kind of hard to find if you travel through the parking lot but it's next to the barbershop. It's a no frills experience for certain -- but you know, you get what you pay for. I've never had my legs waxed and figured it was worth a shot. The hair on my lower leg wasn't incredibly long so I asked explicitly if I should wax or wait (was totally fine to wait) and she said we should try. The hair on my upper leg has been growing for a month so there was ample opportunity for removal. I'm very disappointed in the amount of hair left behind (photo collage included). There's hair in all sorts of places (behind my knee, the side of my thigh, no rhyme or reason) and a little more time and meticulous effort would've likely made a big difference. The attached photos are post-shower - I have wax everywhere and it's proving incredibly challenging to remove (sugar + honey, stick application, cloth/strip removal). I wish she'd said to wait, especially when the hair wasn't pulling, instead of waxing both of my legs entirely, and perhaps she could have waxed the top half more effectively. On the plus side, I don't appear to be having any kind of skin reaction like other patrons... Just hair and sugar all over... The threading was very fast and, as someone else mentioned, it's a no fuss experience. Are my brows perfect? No, but they're meant to be sisters not twins (or so I'm told). Plus, it's a far better job than I'd have done myself! For full legs + bikini line wax, eyebrows, lip, and chin, I paid $65 before tip. She was incredibly nice and friendly (and didn't lecture me, like a lot of folks do when threading). All in all, I might be back for threading when I'm in a bind, but it's not going to be my top pick. read more

Rima was nice, quick, and no-nonsense. I got my eyebrows threaded on a Wednesday afternoon, and as I was leaving she looks at me again and tell me she wants to fix it a bit more. I like that she can say what the wants to do, and do it. She's straightforward- asking me who does my brows now. I said, no one, I just pluck sometimes, and she laughs and says "Don't do it yourself, just come to me". Which is, you know, fair, because threading is so much faster and it's affordable here, so why not! Eyebrow threading does not require an appointment, and they have a stamp card, if you so choose to purchase one. read more

There was only one lady there, and she had 2 other girls who came in after me. I'm not sure if they were walk-ins or appointments. This place is very fast. You are in and out very quickly. Which I like. However I have gotten my upper lip threaded here about 5xs now. And every time they leave hair behind. They don't get all of the hair off. I've gotten serviced by two different women. They are both pretty rough and have made me bleed before. I decided to clean up my eyebrows this time. And I told the woman helping me to not shape my eyebrows and just clean it up. She didn't listen and thinned my eyebrows and also got some of my skin because she was too rough and doing it very fast. They don't take their time and aren't as friendly. The price is pretty cheap but overall service is not so great. read more

Been going here for a little over a year now. Service is extremely fast and efficient. Sometimes there will be one or two other customers waiting, but the time goes by. If you purchase a $90 stamp card, you can get the 10th eye brow threading for free. Rima had a feather touch and had me out in less than 5 minutes at my visit today. I come here every month on the dot for eyebrow and upper lip threading. They always do a phenomenal job, and the price is the best I've seen around ($10 for eyebrow, $5 for upper lip). There are two people running this salon. - Susheela is great - she sanitizes her hands before she touches my eyebrows, takes care to minimize pain, and leaves me with great eyebrows. The 2.5 stars are for her. - The other person Rima never sanitizes and just goes from client to client without cleaning her hands. She's also quite grumpy, doesn't take care to minimize pain or deliver consistent results. Often she thins my eyebrows due to negligence but blames the shape of my brows instead. I've come here a few times with my friend and really like the result of threading my eyebrows (much easier than tweezing them on my own!). I will say, however, the wait is inconsistent. The first time, we had to wait quite a while to get our eyebrows threaded, even though no one else was at the salon. I don't appreciate trying to provide feedback around my threading experience and then being told what Im clearly seeing is not real. Got my eyebrows threaded and ended with them completely uneven- one was higher and thinner than the other, which is not how they were initially. This was further evidenced by the fact that my tan lines were showing parts of my brow that have never been threaded, now exposed. When I tried explaining this to S, she kept repeating that how I'm seeing it is wrong. She even took the thread to try to show me they were even, and just lined the thread from one brow to the other and even the thread was crooked but she wouldn't listen or try to understand where I was coming from. I understand that threading is not always going to be ideal, but to not feel heard or listened to, and actually be gaslit made the experience so much worse. read more

I'm so happy I went to this place! I had been procrastinating on getting my eyebrows done before a wedding and found this place (thanks to Yelp). I walked in and less than 8 minutes later I was out. There was one person in front of me but she is quick! They also cleaned well in between people which made me feel very comfortable. She cleaned up my brows and they now look amazing! Decided to come here as the reviews were so good. HUGE MISTAKE! Firstly she didn't even acknowledge me in anyway when I entered the salon. Secondly, she made my eyebrows too thin. All i needed was a clean up, natural looking brows. Thirdly, i had asked her to thread my whole face. After she was done, i looked and there was still so much hair left on my face. I had to ask her twice to finish my eyebrows. She is fast but doesnt get the majority of the hair out. Complete waste of time and money.
