There was only one person working when I walked in, with about four people waiting. A second person eventually came in, and I was able to get started with her. Unfortunately, the threading itself was extremely slow, which made the whole experience much more painful than it needed to be. She also asked if I wanted to do my chin when my service clearly only listed eyebrows and lips. I found that unnecessary and honestly a little rude. For the record, I really only have peach fuzz on my chin, so I'm not sure what prompted the question in the first place. Unfortunately, the actual result wasn't good either. I know I could have looked more closely in the mirror afterward and asked her to fix anything, and that's something I'll probably get better about doing. But it's hard to tell everything immediately without taking more time to inspect it. As you can see in the pictures, my eyebrows were not done well, and there were still hairs left on my upper lip. On top of that, the salon itself was not clean. The salon area looked dirty, and the bathroom was also not clean. Overall, the space just didn't feel well maintained. Between the long wait, how painful and slow the threading was, the poor result, and the cleanliness of the space, I wouldn't come back here. Edit: also worth noting that the woman who did my eyebrows walked in and didn't use hand sanitizer and obviously made me bleed. Just other reasons why I wouldn't come back. read more

TL;DR: Would recommend the threading if you're short on time and short on cash. Would not recommend the waxing, regardless of your time or cash. I have lots of thoughts. The place is kind of hard to find if you travel through the parking lot but it's next to the barbershop. It's a no frills experience for certain -- but you know, you get what you pay for. I've never had my legs waxed and figured it was worth a shot. The hair on my lower leg wasn't incredibly long so I asked explicitly if I should wax or wait (was totally fine to wait) and she said we should try. The hair on my upper leg has been growing for a month so there was ample opportunity for removal. I'm very disappointed in the amount of hair left behind (photo collage included). There's hair in all sorts of places (behind my knee, the side of my thigh, no rhyme or reason) and a little more time and meticulous effort would've likely made a big difference. The attached photos are post-shower - I have wax everywhere and it's proving incredibly challenging to remove (sugar + honey, stick application, cloth/strip removal). I wish she'd said to wait, especially when the hair wasn't pulling, instead of waxing both of my legs entirely, and perhaps she could have waxed the top half more effectively. On the plus side, I don't appear to be having any kind of skin reaction like other patrons... Just hair and sugar all over... The threading was very fast and, as someone else mentioned, it's a no fuss experience. Are my brows perfect? No, but they're meant to be sisters not twins (or so I'm told). Plus, it's a far better job than I'd have done myself! For full legs + bikini line wax, eyebrows, lip, and chin, I paid $65 before tip. She was incredibly nice and friendly (and didn't lecture me, like a lot of folks do when threading). All in all, I might be back for threading when I'm in a bind, but it's not going to be my top pick. read more

Rima was nice, quick, and no-nonsense. I got my eyebrows threaded on a Wednesday afternoon, and as I was leaving she looks at me again and tell me she wants to fix it a bit more. I like that she can say what the wants to do, and do it. She's straightforward- asking me who does my brows now. I said, no one, I just pluck sometimes, and she laughs and says "Don't do it yourself, just come to me". Which is, you know, fair, because threading is so much faster and it's affordable here, so why not! Eyebrow threading does not require an appointment, and they have a stamp card, if you so choose to purchase one. read more

This place is very fast. You are in and out very quickly. Which I like. However I have gotten my upper lip threaded here about 5xs now. And every time they leave hair behind. They don't get all of the hair off. I've gotten serviced by two different women. They are both pretty rough and have made me bleed before. I decided to clean up my eyebrows this time. And I told the woman helping me to not shape my eyebrows and just clean it up. She didn't listen and thinned my eyebrows and also got some of my skin because she was too rough and doing it very fast. They don't take their time and aren't as friendly. The price is pretty cheap but overall service is not so great. read more

If you purchase a $90 stamp card, you can get the 10th eye brow threading for free. Rima had a feather touch and had me out in less than 5 minutes at my visit today.
