She is incredibly efficient -- I'm always in and out quickly, but she never rushes the quality of her work. Ankita is also extremely professional. Update since chatting with owner: I raised my review from 1 to 3 stars for now. Owner is incredibly kind and was very sympathetic towards my unfortunate experience. She's expressed working with her worker on listening to the customers needs and has been kind enough to personally do my brows in the future. I've always been keen on second chances so I'll check this place out again one day. Review prior to speaking to owner: I specifically asked the lady not to make my eyebrows super thin and she said OK. By the time she was done they were very thin and I made a remark that it was super thin and she said yes it looks better on you which made me very upset because I specifically asked her not to do that. It's not for her to decide unless I asked her to do what she felt was best. I even had a photo to go off of and told her to just clean the single hairs. I will not be back at this spot. They charge $17 just for eyebrow threading and she was very pushy to get other work done such as hair on my face or my upper chin, etc.. read more

If zero stars was an option that's what I'd be putting. That one start is just kindness ig. She messed up my eyebrows. I went and told her this is what I want and explained exactly how I wanted them and she said okay. At the end when she showed me them. My left eyebrow was perfect but my right eyebrow was just a straight line she gave it no shape. So, I told her if she could fix it and I explained where and she said okay. And she showed me again and I thought girl what did you fix because it looks the same. I explained to her please can you fix this part and she caught an attitude and I was like ? because I was being nice I was just explaining what she needed to fix and she goes "I don't know how to do that". At this point I think to my self why do you do this for a living if you don't know what to do? BTW I have a cowlick on my eyebrows that she got rid of on her second attempt to "fix it", so now my right eyebrow starts further away from my left and she kept the cowlick on my left eyebrow. GIRL BE SO FOR REAL RN. My eyebrows look like cousins twice removed. So beyond irritated. So, I'm just like okay thank you let me pay. At the register she has the audacity to ask no tip? Oh mama you better be joking. Mind you she bought her kids into work that day one which is maybe a couple months old and another one around 7 years old and she asked if I could hold her baby while she worked on my eyebrows because it was crying. Eyebrow and upper lip- horrible experience - i had explicitly said my skin is sensitive but they were extremely rough . After coming back I checked again and the eyebrows weren't even on both sides, so they didn't even do a good enough job. The upper lip had red spots too. I've tried out a few threading salons around South Bay... but I have to say this place has consistently been my favorite. It's a small shop, but it gets the job done. I've never had to make an appointment in advance, and at most I had to wait maybe 10 minutes (at least they have chairs). The lady who's taken care of me has been very quick and efficient in her work, hence the short wait times (there is usually another person onsite as well on busier days). I'm really inconsistent with threading and she is always kind to offer petroleum jelly to put on my brows and upper lip after a threading session. Price wise it's very affordable for the service - my eyebrow threading was $17 and upper lip is $7. Best part is that they take Venmo... which makes payment so much easier instead of running to an ATM or remembering to carry cash. Totally recommend if you're looking for a threading salon in the area! PS They sell some pretty cute earrings on the side. read more

1st time getting my brows threaded. I usually get it waxed but I haven't had a good experience with waxing my brows b/c it usually gets super red and sensitive. I passed by Brow Threading Studio a few times in Willow Glen and decided to stop by after work at 5ish on a Friday. I walked in and the the lady said she can take me and I just sat for a few mins and then I was in and out in maybe 10 mins! Super quick and easy! I didn't get the lady's name but she was super friendly. I told her it was my first time and she told me where to place my fingers to help her thread. It hurts just a little bit but it's just a few second of being uncomfortable. It was only $17. Idk if that's cheap or not but it seems like a decent price. Btw venmo or cash only! I went in yesterday to get my eyebrows done and was unhappy with the result as my eyebrows were uneven and my upper lip threading was done poorly. I am not sure the name of the lady who did them. Ankita reached out to me to come in the next day and have them fixed. She was able to reshape my eyebrows and rethread my lip. FINALLY! I found this amazing place! I do apologize I did not grab the gals name who threaded my eyebrows but OMG was she quick! At first I said what the fudge! $17 for eyebrows?! But it was worth it! I felt like I sat down for a minute and she said okay done. I even questioned her! But yes she was done and I love it! I will definitely be coming back and referring friends.
