A hit or miss. I've been here a couple of times and had time to think over the service. I'd say I'm not content. My first visit I waited over ten minutes after said appointment without being acknowledged. The times that I've paid extra for eyebrows mapping (to avoid uneven eyebrows) I wasn't showed the map. The most recent time I went with mapping and when I saw my eyebrows in the mirror I was stunned at how she thought my uneven eyebrows were acceptable. My partner and friends saw the eyebrows and could immediately tell how uneven they were. Unfortunately, I will not be coming back because sending a customer out with two different eyebrows isn't acceptable. read more

I was looking forward to my appointment with Lidia, but unfortunately, the customer service experience was disappointing. I arrived early at 2:20 p.m., thinking my appointment was at that time, but it was actually scheduled for 2:40 p.m. I stepped out to grab something to eat, but since I'm not familiar with downtown Willow Glen and traffic on Lincoln was busy, I ended up running a few minutes behind. Lidia texted me at 2:30 p.m. saying she was ready, and I let her know I would be about 7 minutes late. I arrived at 2:47 p.m., but instead of a warm welcome, she simply told me to lay down. As this was my first time getting eyebrow tinting and lamination, I would have appreciated an explanation of the process and a discussion about my color preferences beforehand. Instead, it felt rushed, as if the focus was just on getting the service done. After the appointment, she gave me the post-care instructions, which felt overwhelming -- especially as I am 7 months pregnant and my memory isn't as sharp. She mentioned I could text her if I needed a refresher, but when I reached out the next day with questions, I never received a reply. While the quality of her work was good, the lack of communication and friendliness unfortunately overshadowed the results. read more

I am so glad Lidia is a stone skip away from SJSU! When I have presentations, deadlines, and meetings to navigate throughout the academic year, Lidia is a short walk or even a bus ride away. Her business is spotless, she has soft hands and works swiftly! I went in the first time to get my eyebrows threaded and came back for henna eyebrows to prepare me for the next couple of weeks of business. Thank you for your hard work Lidia; I look forward to returning again and again! read more

Brow lamination is something I had contemplated for a few years but was skeptic on whether it would be right for me, I would like the outcome, and finding someone I could trust that knows what they're doing. Lidia is awesome she not only listens to your concerns and what you're aiming for but shares her expertise and educates you on proper care for healthy well groomed brows. I am so happy with the service I received and appreciate her flexibility with scheduling. Looking forward to my next session and thankful I found Lidia! read more

It has been almost 2 years since I've been coming to Lidia and every brow appointment has been satisfactory. Lidia is very fun to talk to, understanding, flexible, respectful and I enjoy every visit. She takes her time to make sure to give you the best service she can and I'm just so happy she knows how to work with my brows. She applies a product on my brows and it helps so much with not having breakouts after threading. Overall, she's very talented and such a great soul. I really love and enjoy her vibe. Came here with my friend for a quick eyebrow threading for each of us. Lidia was fast, efficient, and very gentle with the threading. Usually I wince when eyebrow artists need to apply a little pressure, but I was totally fine and it felt like a breeze. My brows are so cleaned and Lidia definitely shaped my brows according to my eye shape, giving that lifting appearance I need. The waiting room and inside was very clean and looks new. Find the office upstairs, you won't miss it. Definitely recommend Lidia for all things eyebrow care. read more

Lidia was very professional and did my eyebrows perfectly. It was hard to find someone that I trust to do my eyebrows in the past. This was my first visit with her and she was able to fix my eyebrows and get them back on track after growing this for 4 months I will definitely continue to go to her moving forward. The shop was nice and clean and it's located in a nice area with street parking off of Santa Clara. Highly recommend and I will be returning :) Thank You Lidia. read more

I would not recommend because the person Lidia is not professional I had my appointment for today that I made earlier this week and I showed up on TIME and she never answered my calls nor my messages.0 read more

First time here and had a great experience. :) I plan on coming back. I appreciate the attention to detail and Lidia did a great job shaping my eyebrows which has always been a struggle for others as my eyebrows are a little wild. She also has a really gentle hand as this was the least pain I've ever felt during an eyebrow threading. read more

Edit: Lidia reached out to me and explained that she did not hear me at the door and the door is always locked. Please note that there is no signage on the door. She was able to do my threading immediately and did a fantastic job. I so appreciate her customer service and quick resolution. --- I made an appointment online which was confirmed via email and text. I arrived at my appointment time and the door was locked with no one there. It was also within the hours displayed on Yelp; and the business was marked as "open" online. read more

Long overdue review. I got so lucky finding Lidia on Yelp. I used to have to drive far to get my eyebrows done so i decided to find someone near my area. I have a hard time trusting people to do my eyebrows but Lidia nailed it the first time. I really loved my eyebrows so much! The best eyebrow work I've gotten done in my life. I came back for a lash lift as well and really appreciated all the after care resources she provided. Lidia is very friendly and her work is very efficient! Thank you Lidia! read more

I don't leave reviews but It was my first time with Lidia, and I LOVE my results she's so kind and her threading is very gentle and easy on the skin, I wasn't even that red after. She gets very detailed with what hairs to take out and let's you know what she thinks is best. I used to go to threading parlors in the mall but i would never leave happy or satisfied and they messed them up , but after today with Lidia, she fixed them and they finally look even and great! First time in a while I feel really happy and walk out her studio with a smile. I 100% recommend coming to her even if it's your first time you won't be disappointed! read more
