A hit or miss. I've been here a couple of times and had time to think over the service. I'd say I'm not content. My first visit I waited over ten minutes after said appointment without being acknowledged. The times that I've paid extra for eyebrows mapping (to avoid uneven eyebrows) I wasn't showed the map. The most recent time I went with mapping and when I saw my eyebrows in the mirror I was stunned at how she thought my uneven eyebrows were acceptable. My partner and friends saw the eyebrows and could immediately tell how uneven they were. Unfortunately, I will not be coming back because sending a customer out with two different eyebrows isn't acceptable. read more

I was looking forward to my appointment with Lidia, but unfortunately, the customer service experience was disappointing. I arrived early at 2:20 p.m., thinking my appointment was at that time, but it was actually scheduled for 2:40 p.m. I stepped out to grab something to eat, but since I'm not familiar with downtown Willow Glen and traffic on Lincoln was busy, I ended up running a few minutes behind. Lidia texted me at 2:30 p.m. saying she was ready, and I let her know I would be about 7 minutes late. I arrived at 2:47 p.m., but instead of a warm welcome, she simply told me to lay down. As this was my first time getting eyebrow tinting and lamination, I would have appreciated an explanation of the process and a discussion about my color preferences beforehand. Instead, it felt rushed, as if the focus was just on getting the service done. After the appointment, she gave me the post-care instructions, which felt overwhelming -- especially as I am 7 months pregnant and my memory isn't as sharp. She mentioned I could text her if I needed a refresher, but when I reached out the next day with questions, I never received a reply. While the quality of her work was good, the lack of communication and friendliness unfortunately overshadowed the results. read more

Came here with my friend for a quick eyebrow threading for each of us. Lidia was fast, efficient, and very gentle with the threading. Usually I wince when eyebrow artists need to apply a little pressure, but I was totally fine and it felt like a breeze. My brows are so cleaned and Lidia definitely shaped my brows according to my eye shape, giving that lifting appearance I need. The waiting room and inside was very clean and looks new. Long overdue review. I got so lucky finding Lidia on Yelp. I used to have to drive far to get my eyebrows done so i decided to find someone near my area. I have a hard time trusting people to do my eyebrows but Lidia nailed it the first time. I really loved my eyebrows so much! The best eyebrow work I've gotten done in my life. I don't leave reviews but It was my first time with Lidia, and I LOVE my results she's so kind and her threading is very gentle and easy on the skin, I wasn't even that red after. She gets very detailed with what hairs to take out and let's you know what she thinks is best. I used to go to threading parlors in the mall but i would never leave happy or satisfied and they messed them up , but after today with Lidia, she fixed them and they finally look even and great!
