She's expressed working with her worker on listening to the customers needs and has been kind enough to personally do my brows in the future. Review prior to speaking to owner: I specifically asked the lady not to make my eyebrows super thin and she said OK. By the time she was done they were very thin and I made a remark that it was super thin and she said yes it looks better on you which made me very upset because I specifically asked her not to do that. It's not for her to decide unless I asked her to do what she felt was best. I even had a photo to go off of and told her to just clean the single hairs. I will not be back at this spot. They charge $17 just for eyebrow threading and she was very pushy to get other work done such as hair on my face or my upper chin, etc..
