Usually do good job but take lots of breaks while it's busy. Wait time is like 30 minutes when busy, and they take about 15 minute breaks in between clients while the waiting room is packed. Everyone deserves a break but if you can not get to all clients, maybe hiring more staff would be helpful. Customer service is a bit bad. read more

Wish I could say they did a good job but I had to tell them what to fix and they didn't fix it in the outcome it looks terrible. She kept stopping mid thread to talk to her coworker . Kids running all around . Going to have to get this fixed by a professional unlike them . Hard to find and when I asked where is it located they laughed on the phone . Would not recommend. I used to go to Deepa's Threading in Santa Clara, but it's become too long of a wait with a minimum wait time of an hour. I stumbled upon this place via Yelp. This is in an indoor Mexican shopping plaza. The facility itself is clean, but I definitely feel like a minority coming here being a Chinese person. It's the Bay Area so other parts of the area are diverse and no one can really tell with the mask on anyways so maybe I'm being insecure for no reason. Pros: This place is reasonably priced for threading at $8. There's also usually only one or two people before me so it's not that long wait. You arrive and put your name on the list. Quality: It's hit or miss. I think getting my eyebrows threaded here is better than what I would have if I didn't get it done let's be real, but as far as technique it's not as good as some other places I've been to. She spends maybe 5 minutes on it and it doesn't seem she tailors towards every person. I wish she made my eyebrows with a little more arch. I'm still on the fence whether I want to continue going here. I've been here 3 times. My eyebrows look okay, but not like WOW when I've walked out of Deepa's threading salon. I may be on the hunt for another place... eyebrows after all are IMPORTANT especially when we just wear masks these days it's the only thing people can see that shows expression. Lady at desk was drinking coffee when I walked in and told me she would help me when she finished. Told me to have a seat in the empty chair and ended up helping me right away. My absolute favorite place to go for my threading experience! Mina is a goddess and can shape any brow that walks thru the door! It's next to painless and the prices are low. Wonderful customer service and super clean! Be careful of showing up to the plaza on Fridays or weekdays, it gets pretty crowded. But other than that totally worth it! I've been getting my brows threaded for over a decade. This is my first time here. Prices are quite reasonable and the person who did my brows was unbelievable gentle. I went in today to get my eyebrows threaded and the woman there left my skin super red with 20 bumps. Darn, I forgot to get the lady's name who did my eyebrows! But I was pleasantly surprised, she did a great job. I honestly hate going to someone new to get my eyebrows done. This time I haven't gotten my eyebrows done since probably February and of course I waited until the last second before I wanted to get them done and my regular eyebrow threader was not available. Held my breath and went into this place, there was one person in the parlor, one customer in the chair and one waiting, but I was in and out in 15 mins. She sanitized each chair in between customers and was wearing a mask. Their sign says cash only and i think that's the preferred method of payment but customer before me paid through Venmo so they may accept other methods as well. read more

I went today and the lady I believe her name is meena did my eyebrows... Mind you I'm 25 and have been going since I was 18, they used to do really great. Now they aren't worth it . The lady is rude and on her phone the whole time doing the your eyebrows. I had to ask her to fix my eyebrows more then 3 times because she made them uneven, left a lot of hair, barely even trimmed them. She said it was my eyebrows fault .... I said well the lady before didn't have a problem doing them, then she said "then you should of went to her" I said "if she was here I would" I asked what her name was and she replied "No" I said "why can't I have your name" she replied "Why do you want my name" the other lady that was always there was Great! I'm really disappointed by my visit today and sadden that I'll be looking for a new threading spot. My friend found this place a while back, and I've been a repeat customer because they usually do a good job and the price is amazing. Unfortunately, that was not my experience this visit. First, the lady who threaded my eyebrow asked if I wanted just my eyebrows. I told her yes, just a clean up. She continues to thread and what felt like she man handled my face. My eyebrows were a little redder than usual, and she also poked me a little with the scissors when trimming my eyebrow. Once, she gave me the mirror to look it over, my initial shook was how thin they were. I mentioned to her in shock that my eyebrows are really thin. She ignored my comment. But this time, my friend who went with me had time to thoroughly examine her eyebrow threading job. She realized that her eyebrows weren't only thinner than usual but crooked. One arch is clear more pronounced than the other. We tried asking her about it, she immediately became defensive and instead of trying to resolve this issue she blamed us for the way our eyebrows naturally were. I understood this excuse may work if I have never gotten a threading job before. But, I've gotten my eyebrows threaded for years and this has never occurred or an issue of my eyebrows being a certain way. Once I gotten home and the more I look at it, I realized my eyebrows are not only too thinned but crooked, and loop-sided. I paid full price for this and I think my eyebrows are worst shape than before I walked in. Honestly, it's not the price because it's a bargain compared to other places but based on the principle, I shouldn't have been charged. Now I'm left with a challenge on how to even disguise this lopsided, crooked, one extra raise arch and super thin brows... Oh! Worst part was that she attempted to give us a fake name too. I've been going to this place to get my eyebrows threaded once every two months for the past year and I can safely say this is my go to place. They have different workers here but most of them do a really good job ! The only reason why I'm not giving it 5 stars is because one time one of the ladies cut me and didn't even say sorry :( also I brought my boyfriend here and they cut him bad too. But most of the time they're really professional and I come out feeling like a new woman with my fresh brows LOL! Also it's hidden inside of a shopping building but it's easily found in the back. I do not recommend. The first time I went here months ago there was a nice woman who patiently and gently worked on my eyebrows. I believe she may have left because the women who have done my eyebrows since have not done the same job. I kept giving it another chance due to the price. But its really not worth even $10. The last time I went there, the woman roughly rushed through my eyebrows in less than 5 minutes. I'm a regular here and used to love coming in every 3wks for my brows since it's affordable ($7 eyebrows) but lately this place is on my pass-list unless it's out of connivence if I'm passing on Story which it's located inside the La Placita plaza across Target. They got rid of the appointment option where you could call ahead which was why I use to come here so often and though they have a stamp card(buy 6 eyebrow only threading, get 7th threading free) the girls I've come to love have all just come and gone. I'm pretty picky with my shape and only need a clean up - the two ladies whom I love and only came in for are gone but knew what I like and helped cleaned up my brows after a bad threading job from my old spot which is why this spot gets a star. As of late though because of the change in women working, they don't really take the time to style and clean you to your preference. The last two times I've come in they've have trimmed either too much or thinned out my brows without my permission. It's frustrating which is why I stopped going as often and opt'd for microblading so I didn't have to deal with the regrowth. What made me write this review was that I recently came in on Monday, 05/07/18 @ 10:30am and sat there for 25mins to be helped because there was no one there though their doors and open sign were on. When the girl finally arrived, there was just another woman who had walked in 5mins prior and she was kind enough to start on me right away since I had signed up first. No fuss, I asked for a clean up, but she throughout threading me kept asking how long I waited and why didn't her other coworker come to help me. Well... Your phone was going off, no one was there, and I patiently waited to be helped before heading off to work. If I had been on a tight schedule I would've left but I had the extra time to wait. It just made me way too uncomfortable sitting in the chair as she went on threading and asking the questions. Sigh... I really did liked this place but lately it's been more of an inconvenience than a convince for me... Two stars for the price and stamp card system. This is my usual threading spot, but lately I feel as though they have been lacking. It seems as though they're more so in a rush to get me out of there, and don't do as well of a job as they could have if they had taken more time, or they end up threading off the actual skin from my face from threading too quickly/aggressively. The last 2 times I've gone, I've had to go home and pluck all the spots that were missed. Ask for Rosy (Rosie?) when getting your brows done here! She's been consistent with my brows since day 1. She also gives me advice about my brows as she threads them. During my recent 2 visits, I had to get my brows done by a different lady since Rosy wasn't available. On both visits, I asked her to keep my brows thick but I came out with thinner brows. I appreciate that she was patient with me though. I just wished her work was as clean as Rosy's. All the ladies here are nice. They even offer to apply gel on your brows & upper lip too. I think the prices right now are $7 brows + $3 upper lip. After 5 brow visits on your stamp card, you get your 6th one for free! I recommend coming in on a weekday because they seem to be really busy on weekends, especially when other customers ask for henna tattoos which take more time to get done. With their consistent 5 star reviews, we figured this place would be promising. We did not make any appointments prior to coming in, but were seen right away on a Sunday around noon! Sravanya was our eyebrow lady and she did an awesome job. She cleaned up my brows and kept the thickness. I really liked how she explained what parts of my brows I need to grow out so she can make them more even the next time I visit. She also offered to apply aloe to my brows after she was done threading! $7 for pretty, threaded brows and awesome service is a great deal. They also have stamp cards! After 5 visits, your 6th is free. I haven't had great eyebrow service in a very long time, so I'm really glad I tried Vogue Threading out. Finally found a new go-to place for my eyebrows! read more

This place is kinda hard to find, hence, the 4 stars. So I called the store and even tho there was a line and only 2 workers, she answered the phone which was nice. I wouldn't be found it if It wasn't for her help. There's lots of parking spaces but the spaces aren't wide so it seems crowded. It's located in La Placita which smells like restrooms. It's a bunch of small stores in one and Vogue is all the way in the back. The seats aren't stable so unless the girl is holding the chair, be careful not to fall off. Lol . Great price. Great service. I only went here bc they were open and close by and I really needed the service but I think I'll stick to my girl in Morgan Hill. She does it from her house and also threads in a way where it's less painful. This lady did it in sections that were more painful. read more

Totally came here on a whim since I was waiting for traffic to die down. Once you walk into the double doors for "La Placita". There's a bunch of shops inside. You'll get weird looks, like you're out of place. But it's cool. Just make a right, walk past the shops and then take the first left. Walk all the way to the end of the hallway like you know where you're going. If you still get lost with my directions, look for Vogue or the suite #113. This place takes walk-ins only and are really quick and efficient. First time getting my lips threaded and I wasn't crying my eyes out! My eyebrows are fresh and clean now! It wasn't overly threaded. She just cleaned it up for me and a quick trim. $7 for eyebrows and $3 for lip, which is a steal! Don't forget to tip!! read more

My first visit here it was crowded and lots of people were waiting but they saw me at once and greeted .. they said 3 people are working we can take you in 10 to 15 mins and they did ..i got my eyebrows done it came out amazing ... i have visited many places but this place was just wow .. Its inside a mexican complex ..you can see a big signage with eyebrow pic on building LA PLACITA .. parking are lots its a huge complex .. this place seems renowned for their work .. everybody were asking for Rosie or Sandy.. i got it done with Sandy .. she was super sweet soft handed no pain at all and such a great job .. Prices are SO CHEAP. The salon itself was a bit hard to find but I followed the instructions of a fellow yelper and finally got there! Parking is super easy to find and the salon itself is super small and cute. I have a big scar on my left eyebrow and one of the ladies were very attentive and concentrated on how to avoid making my eyebrow too thin. She really seemed to care about my eyebrows and I really need a person to do just that! read more
