Priti did such a fantastic job on my eyebrows and upper lip! I hadn't gotten my eyebrows done in a while and they were definitely very messy when I came in. She made them look super natural with a nice and defined shape. She also goes quickly so it doesn't hurt for too long or too badly. I was nervous to get my upper lip done because that's usually a lot more painful than eyebrows, but she did it so efficiently and it hurt a lot less than I thought it would. Came in for whole face hair removal. I have several very sturdy hairs randomly on chin and cheeks. Gave me cuts all over my face. Missed hair that should've been taken off which I pointed out multiple times but she couldn't understand. Finally did get that hair taken off when I pointed out twice. My whole skin, my whole face is scarred from her threading. She has no idea what she's doing! I've been to many threading places and this is the worst place I've been to! Plus my eyebrows are misshaped and look bad. She didn't even know how to trim them at the ends without removing all hair pretty much. I explained multiple times which areas not to do and she kept focusing on those areas such as my neck where I have deep cuts. And all of that $65?! As a good customer I tipped her but will definitely never come back here again. If you want your face and eyebrows to be done here don't bother unless you wanna come looking like you just got monkey pox all over your face. I rarely post reviews but I figure people should know what to expect. Not to mention it took her half an hour which was so long! Just terrible. Nice lady.
