I always get them threaded and tinted and I like that I don't look completely crazy right after they're done; some places add too much dye and I can't go out in public for the rest of the day! I called last minute on a Wednesday afternoon and Puja was able to accommodate me for a walk-in appointment! RB Threading Studio is along El Camino and has a parking lot in the back, which is a huge plus. Puja was very friendly, kind, and professional and did a great job shaping and cleaning up my eyebrows. I went with the brows + lip combo for the first time which is a deal (usually $15 each but $28 as a combo) and she was very gentle since I hadn't gotten my lip threaded before. Overall a very seamless process, from checking in on the iPad upon arrival, to paying with Apple Pay / credit card at the end. They do offer packages with holiday discounts as well if you are interested in becoming a regular customer! read more

Amazing service from Pooja! My main threading spot isn't open every day and I needed my eyebrows threaded ASAP. I did a quick search for nearby threading studios and this was number one on the list. I booked an appointment online the night before via their website and received a confirmation email within minutes. I arrived 5 minutes early for my appointment and was guided straight to the chair to begin. Threading took a few minutes and it was over. My daughter was surprised at how quick the appointment went. I've been here twice and had a pretty good experience both times. The service is good and the woman working there is super fast. It only took her 4 or 5 mins to clean my brows up. She asks if you want aloe after and I usually say no so I can go home and wash my face really well after. I've never had a problem with breaking out. Would go again. -1 star I still have to spend a few mins plucking out stray hairs when I get home. read more

Brows came out fine & only cut up a bit, hence 3 stars. The place I like was closed on the only day I could make it in, so I tried this place. First comment was, "wow! Your eyebrows have gotten very thin!" Yep. 90s over-plucking did that to a lot of people. Thanks for noticing. I asked for brows. She asked if I wanted my upper lip...Nope. Eyebrows. Didn't think my upper lip needed attention, but thank you. She pushed her fingers into my closed eyeballs while threading. Ouch. She put something on my brows after completing without asking if I had allergies or wanted anything after. Then she told me castor oil would grow my brows (it hasn't worked in years). But thanks again. It was overall an insulting, annoying & painful experience, but at least my brows turned out ok. read more

This place is honestly a hit or miss. I visited during the soft reopening of their Belmont location, and unfortunately, it was a terrible experience. The lady who did my eyebrows completely messed up the shape, and I could immediately tell she wasn't very experienced. She claimed to have been doing brows for 6 years in Nepal, but honestly, it felt more like she was new to it. I've been getting my eyebrows done for over 20 years, so I can usually tell someone's skill level just by the way their hand moves, and hers didn't give me much confidence. When I asked if she was finished, she said yes, but she had completely overlooked several areas. I can't believe RB would allow someone so inexperienced to be working during their soft reopening, especially after all the heavy advertising they did. It was a huge letdown! read more
