If I could give this place zero stars I would!!!! AVOID THIS PLACE. I came here and trusted them because I seen they had a lot of good reviews on social media. I just want to say I've gotten my lashes done and understand there can be some redness but nothing compares to the pain I experienced getting my lashes done here. I went and everything was okay noticed my eyes where super super red but thought that it would go away a couple hours later I started to get horrible eye pain. I texted her and let her know and she told me come in the next day to get them fixed. That night I was looking at some of my natural lashes underneath the lashes they put on the next day I went in to get them fixed they seemed okay while I was there and when I came out the pain started again as well as with some burning this time. I got home and checked my lashes just to find out they cut my natural lashes with scissors.... Later that night I couldn't bare the pain in my eyes and decided it was enough I started to take them out and that's when I noticed some of the lashes where glued onto my eyelids. I communicated with her what was going on via text messages she tried to give me a gift vouchers which I declined because I will never be back. She started to be petty when I told her I wanted my money back stating that I had to pay her back for the FREE GIFT she gave me she first wanted $30 then $15 I brought her gift back to her and got my full refund of $200 back. This experience cost me a visit to the emergency room along with finding out I had a mild cut in my eye... read more

I was under the machine for about 20 mins, and the lash tech stopped it and finished the work on her own - took another 30-40 mins. My appointment was at 3:45pm, and I was out the door by 5pm. One thing to note: there is no privacy. You are on display for all to see. I didn't have an issue with it, but I'm used to traditional eye lash extension salons where you're in a quite private room. All in all, I had a wonderful experience and will be back again for a fill. You have 24 days to get your fill. If you don't get it done before that 24th day, you will have to pay for a full set.

Update on my previous review: I only did the review because she offered me a lash fan (to dry lashes) for free. Also it did look really good at first but 4 days later my lashes were clumped together as if each lash fan were put too close together with the bonding glue. I've been getting my lashes done for over a year and wanted to try someone new bc my normal tech lives too far. Moral is stick to what you know and works for you. Plus i never ever had so much fall out in less than a week. Keep in mind that i had to go back bc it seemed like the lash was too close to my skin poking my lids... I've had many lash lifts before, but this was honestly the worst lash lift experience I've ever…read morehad. After the initial service, my lashes were very uneven. One side was lifted much higher than the other, some lashes were sticking straight up, and others were bent, crossing over each other, or pointing in different directions. By the second night, I realized that one of my actual lashes was pointing downward and poking my eye, causing discomfort. I took close up photos and texted Thi to show her what was happening. Her response was simply, "No problem I can fix." There was no apology or acknowledgment that something had gone wrong. I was disappointed by the response, but I still decided to go back because I wanted to give her a chance to correct the issue. I have a busy schedule as well, so returning meant taking additional time out of my day to have a problem from the original service corrected. Still, I made the time and went back hoping she could fix it. After the correction, my lashes looked somewhat better, but the result was still uneven. Some of my upper lashes were still bent and going in different directions. What upset me even more was that after the correction, some of my lower lashes became visibly crimped and wavy, even though my lower lashes were not supposed to be treated. I also began noticing approximately 2-3 lashes falling out almost every day. When I went back for the correction, I was also disappointed by how the situation was handled. I still did not feel that there was a proper apology or accountability for what had happened. I WAS TOLD THAT I COULD GET A REFUND AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE TO HAVE MY LASHES FIXED,, but I had already taken time out of my schedule to come back specifically to give her a chance to correct the problem. I also want to clarify something regarding my next appointment. Immediately after my initial service, I had booked another appointment for 8/17. I have a busy schedule and generally prefer to book appointments well in advance, so I scheduled it before I realized the extent of the problems with my lashes. After everything that happened, I had no intention of returning. However, I later received a message saying that my 8/17 appointment had been canceled even though I had never requested the cancellation. Although I wasn't planning to go back, canceling an appointment on my behalf without any communication still felt unprofessional. What disappointed me most was not only the result of the lash lift, but also the way the situation was handled afterward. I understand that mistakes can happen, which is why I contacted Thi directly and gave her the opportunity to correct the service rather than immediately leaving a negative review. Unfortunately, even after returning for a correction, I was still left with uneven and bent upper lashes, crimped lower lashes, and ongoing lash fallout. I've included photos and screenshots so others can see both the results and the communication for themselves and make their own judgment. Thank you for your response. I would like to clarify a couple of things. When Thi and I scheduled my next appointment for August 17 immediately after my initial service, I was never told that a deposit was required or that the appointment would be automatically canceled if a deposit was not completed within a certain timeframe. Had that been explained to me when the appointment was booked, I would have understood the cancellation. I also understand that English is your second language because English is my second language as well. For me, this was never about perfect English or the wording of a text message. A language barrier was not the issue. Empathy and accountability do not require perfect English they can be communicated through tone, actions, and the way someone responds when a client comes back with a problem. When I showed you what had happened to my lashes, I was not expecting perfect words or a perfectly worded apology. What mattered to me was feeling that my concern was genuinely acknowledged and that there was some understanding and regret about what had happened. Unfortunately, I did not feel that through our text communication or when I returned in person for the correction. I appreciate your apology now and your offer of a refund. However, my review was based on my actual experience: the original lash lift, having to take additional time to return for a correction, the condition of both my upper and lower lashes afterward, the ongoing lash fallout, and how the situation was handled. My intention in sharing this review is not to criticize anyone's language ability or intentions, but simply to provide an honest and factual account of my experience. UPDATE: After my review, I received repeated messages from 7:00 AM throughout my workday asking me to remove it. I felt pressured and uncomfortable all day. First of all, Van is amazing, sweet and puts you at ease. In fact I even feel asleep during my treatment! The environment is a very clean and relaxing spa atmosphere. I was so impressed with Van's attention to detail. The way she created the right shape to match my face and bone structure. They came out even better than I expected. My daughter also comes here to see Ivy for eyebrow tint because she is a red head and her eyebrows are barely there. Ivy does such a great job creating a bold yet natural look. Photos to come

I was loyal to another lash studio for over 8 years until there were some issues that came up with some of their personnel. Following those incidents, I was on a hunt for a new lash home and tried a few other places that didn't do it for me until I landed here. I inquired for a lash appointment after reading some prior reviews and ended up getting booked with Gianna. When we first met, I told her how I generally like my lash extensions -- she listened, added her own twist, and the rest is history. I have been seeing her religiously since -- and, I think we are going on 3 years. On average, I see her every two weeks but sometimes more if I have a special engagement or travel plans in the horizon. Now, on to her skills of this trade. Some people acquire a particular skill set through rigorous training and certifications and while that may be true in this case -- I would argue that she is simply gifted. I often tease her that she's a perfectionist because she doesn't cut corners and never settles for just the average. She focuses on ensuring that each lash extension really matches her client's lash line because as we all know, no pair of eyes are ever the same. I appreciate how she makes the style of the extension work to bring more of a dramatic and elevated look without making it overbearing to the face. And overall, I always remind her how sweet and kind of a person she is. She's down to earth and speaks from the heart when we talk about life, family, travel, relationships, etc. -- I'm so lucky to have found her. Now, if you want a talented and very sweet artist added to your beauty team then Gianna is your girl. Book in advance though because she doesn't accept walk-ins. Cash only.

So many photos of just the style I wanted! Today was my appt and I was BLOWN AWAY!!! You can tell quickly just from the prep how it was going to be. Thorough prep and quick delivery BUT attention to detail is the proof an experienced lash artists! After my nice nap woke up to BEAUTIFUL lashes just as like I wanted them!! I have no issue with paying top dollar for an expert when it comes to beauty services. I do not feel the attention to detail was there. I do not like leaving such reviews but I have never got a skin cut at other comparable eyebrow salons. I also do not use any retinol products so I feel it was more about the skill/technique.
