If I could give this place zero stars I would!!!! AVOID THIS PLACE. I came here and trusted them because I seen they had a lot of good reviews on social media. I just want to say I've gotten my lashes done and understand there can be some redness but nothing compares to the pain I experienced getting my lashes done here. I went and everything was okay noticed my eyes where super super red but thought that it would go away a couple hours later I started to get horrible eye pain. I texted her and let her know and she told me come in the next day to get them fixed. That night I was looking at some of my natural lashes underneath the lashes they put on the next day I went in to get them fixed they seemed okay while I was there and when I came out the pain started again as well as with some burning this time. I got home and checked my lashes just to find out they cut my natural lashes with scissors.... Later that night I couldn't bare the pain in my eyes and decided it was enough I started to take them out and that's when I noticed some of the lashes where glued onto my eyelids. I communicated with her what was going on via text messages she tried to give me a gift vouchers which I declined because I will never be back. She started to be petty when I told her I wanted my money back stating that I had to pay her back for the FREE GIFT she gave me she first wanted $30 then $15 I brought her gift back to her and got my full refund of $200 back. This experience cost me a visit to the emergency room along with finding out I had a mild cut in my eye... read more

I wanted something natural looking and she totally got it, nothing too heavy or fake, just soft and pretty. Also the retention has been really good. It's been years since I had lash extensions and I forgot how nice it is to get a little glammed up, especially for the holidays and a couple of parties. The studio is open and not private rooms. Do not come here! I found this place through social media. I booked with Susan and that was a mistake. She caused me to have extra irritation, swelling, redness and a chemical burn on my lash line due to placing glue on my eyelid. I booked with her to remove them and she had another colleague remove them. She had the audacity to ask if I wanted to check the lashes when I repeated said I wanted them off. DONT COME HERE!
