Brow Addicts By Elle - Eyebrow Services Near Me - Campbell, California

I booked a eyebrow shaping service based on the great reviews and before/after photos. unfortunately I regret this decision as I left with a skin tear/cut below my eyebrow. I have no issue with paying top dollar for an expert when it comes to beauty services. I do not feel the attention to detail was there. I do not like leaving such reviews but I have never got a skin cut at other comparable eyebrow salons. I also do not use any retinol products so I feel it was more about the skill/technique. read more

Brow Addicts By Elle - cut below eyebrow - Eyebrow Services Near Me - Campbell, California

Elle is incredibly friendly and professional! I got a brow wax and tint and before that, I never really thought I could achieve nice brows just because my brows are naturally more sparse. She worked miracles with what I had and I loved them! read more

I've been getting my brows done with Elle since I was 13 (I'm now 25!), and she has truly transformed my brows. From the most detailed yet painless waxing, to beautifully done laminations and tints, Elle is a true expert and always knows the best products for your brows. I leave every appointment with the biggest smile on my face. After 12 years, I can confidently say she is the best and I wouldn't trust anyone else with my brows! read more

My brows turned out great! Convenient location near a parking garage. Very quiet and relaxed environment.

Very quick reply when I reached out via Yelp and I was able secure an appointment for the next day. She took a lot of care to shape my brows and I'm really happy with the final look. Plus she was very friendly and parking was super easy. read more

Been going to Elle since 2014 and no one knows my brows more than she does! Ever since I found her I've never been disappointed. She's accommodating and extremely understanding! Her prices are WORTH IT because of many factors. 1. Cleanliness of the studio 2. Everything is sanitized and hygienic 3. Friendly and easy to talk to 4. Very understanding with appointments 5. She's the best in the brow game If you don't like her service, that's a shame because clearly it takes a lot to be an established esthetician who has to book your appointments months in advance to ensure you are taken care of you. NO shows are not tolerated. Oh yah, she does send text message reminders and you're more than welcome to cancel on square app or reschedule if the time doesn't permit or just cuz you don't want to go. Beauty is pain, time and it costs money. Don't like it? Go get you brows waxed elsewhere where you might get an infection cuz they're not sanitizing their tools properly. I personally am in favor of how clean Elle is and the fact that she still wears a mask because she cares about safety and health. Keep it up Elle!!!! read more

Let me start this off by saying that I rarely write reviews but Elle's character really pushed me to write this. I had my first appointment with Elle last year for eyebrow waxing and got my skin burned. I decided not to write a review because accidents happen and it wasn't worth writing a bad review about. This year I decided to give it another chance and booked brow lami with a two week wait given her popularity. The morning of the appointment I get a text from Elle 2 HOURS before my scheduled appointment at 10:30 am saying that she has to cancel because her kid caught a bug and would have to reschedule. I replied back as soon as I can letting her know that it was ok, I understand, etc. and hope her kid gets better and yes to rescheduling. She replied with a thank you - with no effort, lack of accommodation to reschedule me back in. 24 hours later, she replies to me with an opening a week out. I was asleep (I work nights and sleep most of the day) and missed her text, and 5 hours later she highlights her message with a question mark, prompting me to text her back. And waking me up. Attached is my conversation with Elle. I have been very flexible and genuinely understanding of the situation but the lack of communication and accountability was very unprofessional as a business owner. read more

Elle is a brow genius, and it's not debatable. I followed Elle to her business since her days working at a brow counter in a large beauty retailer. I've tried other brow "artists" in the past, but they were not qualified to be called that and botched them. Elle's execution is consistently precise, and I have never, in the 6+ years of seeing her, been disappointed in the end result. Elle's studio is impeccably clean and she holds herself to the highest of sanitation standards. Elle always remembers what kind of brows I like, but if I want a little adjustment, communication with her is very comfortable and easy. Rescheduling appointments over text/DM is also seamless and quick! Thank you Elle for not dropping me, even when I'm dumb and touch the tweezers when I'm not supposed to! read more

I got pretty hateful messages after this. My friend goes to her for eyebrows and lamination and another that goes for tint, and for that I say it's worth it (in my opinion). I did call and I didn't confirm the appointment. I worked with small businesses in the past and have given great reviews. I was disappointed to hear from my friend that this review was being slammed on instagram. This gives me testimony to someone's character. read more

Been going to Elle for about 2 years now and my brows have never been better. I spent years with terrible eye brows messed up by so many places. I had to wait nearly 2 years for them to fully grow back out. I looked on yelp and so thankful I found Elle! She helped guide my awful arch in a better direction and I finally get compliments on my brows now! Her studio is clean, she is always masked, and sends reminders. I've never once had a bad experience. If you're looking for cheap 20 dollar brows, then this place isn't it. If you're looking for crafted and meticulous brow service, Elle is your girl! read more

Elle is both talented and passionate when it comes to her profession. Prior to finding Elle, I had dealt with giving random eyebrow artists a chance which always left me feeling dissatisfied. Finding a good artist in any beauty profession is always anxiety-driven. My eyebrows are naturally very full and can be hard to maintain. So I always was afraid, what if they mess up? Will they know what I'm looking for? I hope they don't over-wax/over-pluck, etc. Not once had I felt those negative feelings with Elle. I've been going to Elle for my eyebrows for almost ten years now, which is one of the easiest commitments I've ever made! Eyebrows really change your appearance. You want them clean, tidy, even. Every single time I've gone to Elle, she's put in the same effort that she put in on our very first visit. Never a mess up, never a bad job. Always a positive experience from the minute you walk in the door. If you're complaining about prices/ cancellation policies/ etc. here's a word of advice: humble yourself a bit. We're in the most expensive area in the whole country, and she's operating ON HER OWN. This is how she makes a living, and she does a dang good job at it! You really can't name a better eyebrow artist in the Bay Area, let alone with their own private studio (cute & always very clean, too!). Look no further, you've found the best eyebrow artist around! read more

Elle is by far the only person I trust with my brows! I've been going to her for the last 7years now. Not only is she extremely talented but her place is extremely clean! She is so knowledgeable and very kind. I recommend everyone to her! If you don't know what to ask for as far as shaping goes, she will show you and recommend what would look best! Trust me, book with her!!!! read more

I just want to give Elle the praise she deserves. It had been years since I'd gone to a professional to do my brows, but I had really let mine grown out and didn't know how to get them back into shape on my own. Elle was friendly and made me feel really comfortable. When she was done and handed me the mirror, I was so happy and satisfied. I truly don't think I had ever had my brows look so good. She really knows how to find a flattering, natural shape. I honestly feel she is very well priced and well worth the visit. read more

Let me start by saying that Elle is sooo kind, knowledgeable and just over all such an amazing spirit! From the moment I walked in, she was so welcoming and didn't waste any time on getting started and ensuring I was happy with the outcome. I have seriously not seen my natural shape since I was a child and she managed to get my furry/butchered caterpillars into the brows of my dreams!! There's a reason she is so highly rated and you can tell she has taken the time to perfect her craft!! You will not be disappointed!! read more

First time ever getting anything done to my brows and Elle did AMAZING! I've been a customer of Elle's for at least 7+ years now and there is a reason I won't trust anyone else with my brows except her. She always takes her time to discuss what desired look we're going for and never disappoints. I've always gotten the standard wax and shape but when she introduced the henna I was hooked! The "holes" and blonde strands I have in my eyebrows really need the color tint and look amazing when henna is applied. It lasts a few weeks and I don't need to apply any product in-between services. Prices are very reasonable and she is flexible with different payment methods. Her studio is always extremely clean and well-kept. Parking is convenient in the attached garage which is great for a busy downtown Campbell location. Exceptional customer service, sweetest person, talented in her craft, and so easy to work with. I'm a customer for life! read more

Messaged Elle on IG for an appt and she responded so quickly! Booked a lamination, tint, and wax. It was my first time and I didn't know what it would be like for me and it was GAME changing. Her studio is clean and cute. Elle is also the sweetest! I've already been back for another tint/wax and go back in a few weeks for the next lami (lasts about 8ish weeks between). Adding my before and after. Love! read more

I have been coming to see Elle for the past 7, almost 8 years, and followed her once she opened Brow Addicts. Although I am no longer local, I still drive close to an hour to see her because she is THAT amazing! Not only are my brows always looking absolutely stunning (I have gotten MANY compliments) but her studio is very cute and always clean. Elle always has great communication as well and scheduling is always a breeze. Her cancellation policy is fair and what you would expect from a business I highly recommend Brow Addicts to anyone looking for perfect brows! read more

So grateful I found Elle! Now there's no one I'd trust more with my brows. Added bonus she's so sweet & fun to talk to!

Had to come on here and show Elle some love. For the three years I lived in in San Jose, my eyebrows were in the best shape they'd ever been in. Elle is an absolute expert when it comes to shaping/tinting/lamination. Her work space is super clean and she is truly talented at her craft. I moved back to LA almost two years ago and have yet to find anyone who measures up to her skills. Book an. appointment with her, trust me your brows will thank you. read more

I normally don't write reviews but feel like I need to after having such a positive experience here! I normally get my brows threaded but I've been loving the fluffy brow look and after seeing all the amazing lamination results on her IG page, I decided to go for it! I messaged Elle via IG to see if there were any last-minute open spot for that week. Even though she was initially fully booked, she was very accommodating and found a way to squeeze me in. I'm so glad that it worked out because I absolutely LOVE the result. I was impressed by the whole process. First off, the studio is accessible (there's street parking right outside) and it's impeccably clean. Elle is also so friendly and took the time to explain what to expect, which I really appreciated since it was my first time. The result exceeded my expectations and I'll definitely be recommending this studio to all my family and friends! read more

Elle is amazing! I have been going to her for over a year now, and she always makes me feel so pretty and confident w my brows! When I first went to her i had no shape & missing hairs due to overtweezing. Now I have fuller brows w a nice shape. She draws out your shape and takes in to consideration what you're looking for in a brow. Wax, then cleans it up more w a trim & tweezes the stubborn hairs. I recommend her 100%!! Elle is AMAZING! I haven't had my brows waxed since high school since I used to always thread them every 2 weeks. It wasn't until the pandemic that I finally let my brows grow out for the first time since I was 14- and boy did I need some brow maintenance after 1 year of not doing them! Due to the pandemic, it has been hard to find a place and person who would bring my brows to life as well as feel safe in. With the help of Yelp, I found Elle and checked out her Instagram. I LOVED all of her work & knew I needed to DM her immediately. She was quick to respond & the rest is history! Her place is in Campbell & is neat, cute, & clean. She always confirms your appointment time & makes sure you are ready for a great appointment experience. I am NEVER disappointed with my brows & I wouldn't want anyone else to touch them. She has great conversation & helps you understand what she is doing with your brows. Trust me, I've been to many brow places in the SJ area throughout the years & she is the best! Thanks Elle for making me feel fabulous! read more

I recently moved to the area and have been in search of an amazing brow artist. After lots of research, I came across Elle. I'm so happy I found her! The whole experience was relaxing and easy. Elle is very knowledgeable, her space is so cute, and she gave my eyebrows the best shape they've ever had. I have thin eyebrows and after Elle laminated and tinted them, they look so much thicker. Elle did exactly what I asked for! And she even gave me a thoughtful brow care kit to take home with me. I will definitely be back! read more

Been going to Elle for brow waxing for over 5 yrs-ever since her Benefit brow bar days. Before her, I wasn't loyal to anyone for my brows. I'd go to anyone, anywhere. Then I found Elle. She's a pro at what she does and when I leave her studio, I come out feeling beautiful. Side note for mamas out there who have to take your kids with you: she's super accommodating and doesn't get annoyed when my kids get fussy. In fact, on 2 occasions, she gave them little toys to help calm them down. read more

Elle is the holy grail of brow artists!!! For years mine were over-plucked and misshaped. And after just my FIRST appointment with her, I knew she would be stuck with me as a customer forever! My brows have never looked better! She does a phenomenal job at everything, tint, wax, shaping, and lamination! After each lamination I get so many compliments and most people assume they're microbladed. Also her little studio is always so cute, so clean, and smells wonderful.
