Made an appointment with Anthony at 9am. Was asked to wait for a few minutes. Waited till 9:30am! No show. Lady in the office offered to do it for me? No thank you, I did not book for her. Then she asked me to call/text him for deposit refund? Why should I be the one chasing him for the deposit? Shouldn't he refund + wrapped with an apology? Total disregard for customer's time. Just got my fill done by Anthony and was pleasantly surprised by the wispy look and more full volume than what i normally get. He is the owner of the lash lounge and seemed very experienced with the way he filled my brows, alot of dexterity. Love them so much!
