Just got my fill done by Anthony and was pleasantly surprised by the wispy look and more full volume than what i normally get. He is the owner of the lash lounge and seemed very experienced with the way he filled my brows, alot of dexterity. Love them so much! KATHY is an incredibly talented lash artist. She is precise and understands how to best recommend lash type, size and style based on your facial structure. She is calm, attentive, caring and a positively bubbly presence. I get volume lashes but she makes them very natural and beautiful while keeping them full. I've been going to her for the past 4 years and have recommended her to every close woman I know. My sister, who recently moved here 6 months ago gets the Classic style and also swears by Kathy's precision and ability to make lashes look natural. I am now seeing Bella. I'm finding that each artist has their own style. Sometimes it takes a couple of times to convey your personal style. I find that the artists are so talented that they figure out what you want. Since I'm older, I don't want people talking to my eyelashes. I would like them to be very subtle. Kind of like a couple of swipes of mascara look without the raccoon eyes mid-day or at the end of the day. I am so happy I found this business. read more

It's a very cute studio, and theyre expanding their business for more services. For lash extension, Ive been seeing my lash tech Hailey for half of a year already, and I don't trust anyone with my lashes except her. I've been getting my extensions done by Amy for the past couple of months and I love her work! I went to a different lash place previously, which I did like, but I felt my lashes fell out too quickly and their adhesive didn't agree with me. Lady Lash Lounge is tiny but I love the quiet spa vibe they have going on. The large reclining chairs are so comfortable. Their staff are all super kind and friendly. Amy has done an excellent job each time, and I'm able to go 3 weeks without major fallout and the lashes staying in good condition. Definitely recommend! read more

This place is super unprofessional and is honestly the last place you want to go to get your lashes done. I first made an appointment at this location, looking to do my lashes with Kathy. Texted Anthony about the appointment and he booked it for himself. I called to confirm that my appointment was with Kathy and he said no Kathy is busy and wouldn't book me appointment with Her. It took me so many tries to go back-and-forth with him to explain that I already paid $26 for a deposit to book my appointment with Kathy, even if that means rescheduling for another day. He then sends me a list of reviews of his other Lash text and tells me that others are just as good. Again, not what I wanted. Long story short, he booked me an appointment with some girl named Haley And then they canceled my appointment again and charged me $30 without confirming with me Or acknowledging the charge. So far, I paid $56 for no lashes And no way to get my Money back After I asked them to refund me for the service that I never received. Girly save the time and the headache and go to another spot in San Jose that provides good service And is professional about booking appointments. Stay far away from here If it's your first time getting your lashes done. Super unprofessional and rude!! read more

We use premium synthetic mink which close to human natural lashes and can hold the curl for a long time.

How long do the lashes usually last?

It really depends on how well you take care if them. I went in for a fill at 2.5 weeks, but could easily have gone another week. They like you to go every 2-3 weeks so you always look fresh.

How much for refills on a classic?

They have all the prices on the website. If you have never been there you just book a appt with a 10 or 20 dollar deposit. I can't remember but that gets credited when you go. I did 2 week wispy refills for 85 and then 3 week refill for 95. But… Read more

I get a lash lift and they typically last about 8 weeks, but I'm always excited for my next appointment. Her studio is so cute, and it's clean and comfortable. She has created such a great atmosphere that allows you to really relax while you're there. You can tell that she genuinely cares about her clients and her work. 10/10, Highly Recommend!!

Lash lift is much lower maintenance as well (only no-no is using a curler, which I have no need to do so at all now xD). The initial couple of days my lashes looked a little more dramatic than I expected, but after a couple weeks they look more natural while still lifted. Hopefully they last a good while, I can definitely see myself making this a routine thing ^-^ I've never had my lashes lifted before so I have no point of comparison, but I think Annie did a great job. The room is right next to the main entrance, and the doorway faces it so you're pretty visible to everyone coming in and out if she keeps the door open. Otherwise am happy to come back for my next session!
