When I booked with a different lash artist, I saw this technician in the salon and felt uncomfortable when they stared at me without any greeting or acknowledgment. I think there could be more emphasis on professionalism, courtesy, and customer service. If she doesn't like early appointments and if it's inconvenient, it may be better to change your availability rather than make clients feel unwelcome for booking open time slots.
