Unfortunately, I developed an allergic reaction on the second day -- this was my first time ever experiencing a lash/adhesive reaction. I reached out to Mai to let her know what was happening, and she was incredibly accommodating. She scheduled me the same day and carefully removed the lashes for me. Although I did have an allergic response, I really want to applaud Mai for handling the situation so professionally and taking care of me the best way she could. You start off by taking your shirt off afterwards and put on a robe before getting on the bed. She then starts off with a forehead, temple, neck, and shoulder massage. After that's finished, she puts on a heated eye mask and then begins all the hair things. My hair was washed with OLAPLEX shampoo about 2x, and throughout it all she is massaging my head nonstop. I love the head massage the most! There is a water ring around your head that waterfalls on vou to rinse vour hair multiple times as well. She also uses a head scratcher which gave me so many tingles! The treatment finishes off by washing your neck and shoulders. She ends it by using a DYSON SUPERSONIC HAIR DRYER to blow drying my hair.
