I was a model for lash extensions on multiple occasions (my go-to is hybrid or classic style) and I completed two sessions of powder ombré eyebrow tattoos (including one touch-up session). The ambience is calm and relaxing, with instrumental music playing in the background at all times. The service was amazing and results were always beyond my expectations. VA is present during the sessions to supervise and provide touch ups at the end. I always get compliments wherever I go about my eyebrows because they look so natural! In fact, it was such a different experience than when I'd get my lashes done by a different lash tech in the past (not from here). Sophia was so sweet and really took her time making sure to try her best to create what type of lashes I wanted and they came out absolutely perfect! She was upfront about my bottom lashes and how they could be done but it wouldn't be as many as I was probably hoping because I don't have a lot of lashes there--they still looked amazing! I loved that she checked-in with me at the end to make sure there wasn't any discomfort in my lashes (which I didn't know you could fix it--I thought it was normal and I just had to deal with it) Overall, lash retention has been pretty great for the upper lashes.
