Wonderful experience with Mobile Order Today was my first time using Walgreens' mobile order, and I wasn't sure how it all worked at first. I stood by the pharmacy for a while until a very kind young lady noticed I looked a bit confused. She came over, guided me through the process step by step, and made everything so simple! Her patience and professionalism truly stood out. Thanks to her, I learned how easy and convenient mobile ordering can be -- prices are even better online, and pickup was a breeze! Ah, Walgreens. I don't think anyone truly enjoys going to the pharmacy to pick up medications--definitely not my son and nor do I. My advice? DO NOT go between the hours of 4 PM and 7 PM because the lines are long and very frustrating. You probably already know this, so don't expect much if you visit during those times. However, there is a silver lining. The manager of the pharmacy, Daniel, is not only knowledgeable and pleasant, but he's also incredibly resourceful when it comes to recommendations. He goes above and beyond his duties to help, and it's worth noting that he is actually a doctor of medications. In fact, pharmacists in general are often far more educated about medications than many doctors--which I've experienced firsthand. I was saved twice by a pharmacist who stopped me from taking medications that had been prescribed by my doctors, which could have led to serious health issues. Another standout is Ji, a pharmacist who works alongside Daniel. She is also amazing--knowledgeable about the system, and at times, she can resolve issues with insurance coverage. I can't explain how she does it, but she just does! I recommend THIS Walgreens without any hesitation. I'm confident that you would appreciate it as much as I do. Very rude employee! Me and my friend we went to pick up some specific thing. I looked around and couldn't find anyone to ask help I also looked if there was a close by button to call for help. I only saw one and it was just on the other side of the isle. It was not like too far away from. Then a lady came with an attitude asking I could literally use the one on the other side of the isle and I asked where is it she said never mind. Then we asked for an item if it was the same with other one, she answered all you gotta do is to tell me which one you want. It was a disgusting attitude. been here for years and walgreens never fails. well, when you need your medicine prescribed by your doctor it'll take a while. but overall it's a good place to get some small groceries or snacks depending why you're at walgreens. the only downside is that most splints or body recovery equipment like thumb splints or waist straps will rack at least 20 bucks for one piece of fabric that stretches. deals here are decent. a bag of chips that are 2.50 for one and 4$ for two is about the same when you buy without bundling. the only weird think here is they sell kool-aid in bottles which isn't found in other stores? read more

i came in yesterday and asked to used the restroom and got the code from the manager since it was after hours. i went in and this asian guy with glasses was yelling at me that restroom is close and i'm not allow to used it. I was trying to tell him i got permission from the manager cause it was an emergency but he looked straight in my eyes and told me to get out i don't care. Terrible employees!! i have been coming here for years and there's not a single visit where I don't encounter the employees being argumentative and rude and racist to costumers. ESPECIALLY the old Asian gay guy up front. I've had multiple family members be treated rudely because he can't understand English properly. There's also a very rude Filipino lady always seems to be in a rush or annoyed by costumers and her own employees... The cashiers seem afraid and annoyed to have to ask for an override from her. Are you curious to know what rude people are like? Visit this Walgreens. From the pharmacy to the front desk they're just awful. First visit: Had to dispose of some old meds and didn't want to drive to Kaiser so I thought I stop there. They told me to take my meds anywhere but there and that they don't care what I do with my old meds. Last visit: I needed cold meds and had a question. They were so bother by my question and I was able to witness the way they talk to other people waiting in line for such long time. This was my last visit to this store. read more

I used to come here for my medications until the pharmacy wait times became unbearable and didn't make any sense. So today I came here because they had something the other Walgreens didn't have that I needed to get as a gift for my relatives when I fly down to visit them for thanksgiving. After I finished paying for my stuff the lady took my receipt and ripped it up. I was really shocked when she did this so I took my stuff and the ripped receipt to the other cash register to ask to return everything and repay for it so I could get a new receipt since they didn't have a way to reprint my original receipt. The guy he huffed and puffed at me when I asked him to help me with this but proceeded to scan my things anyways and printed out a voided transaction slip. I didn't trust him but let him rescan my stuff anyways. So he mishandled my Ghirardelli chocolate snowman bag and I wasn't happy with that and told him I was gonna get another one that was going to be less damaged. So when I came back he handled my chocolate bag a little more carefully this time when he scanned it but now my issue was with my $4 that I already paid with the previous cashier. I said I wanted to pay for my items with the $4 cash I had plus the $5 cash reward I slip I had received from the other Walgreens that said if I spent $15 I could get another $5 but didn't understand why they couldn't just use that $5 and deduct it from my total. Eventually the store manager came and just gave me $5 so I talked to her and asked how come I couldn't get that deducted in my total? So to my understanding I only get the $5 as a rewards credit and not a cash reward or something. And I got $5 cash anyways but didn't know why it couldn't just be taken out of my original total so I wouldn't have to pay for basically everything twice since my refunds usually take a long time to be put back into my bank account and felt like I was losing money because of this. And I needed all the money I could get to use for my trip because I haven't had any money to go on any trips anywhere for several years and now that I finally do I felt like I was just losing money. The manager lady who gave me the $5 pretended to be kind and said sarcastically, OKAY GOOD BYE and HAVE A GOOD DAY when we were finished talking but I also wasn't at all happy about the way she talked to me either but I just felt disrespected and left and began writing this review. I knew I wouldn't find better customer service here but at least I still wanted to give them a chance to make things better. I guess they have a right to be rude and provide hostile and unfair customer service after making mistakes and I don't have a right to better service if they don't feel like it. They're unprofessional and can't even fill a prescription. Don't go here. First they claimed the prescription wasn't approved by my doctor. I called my doctor who confirmed that they had approved the medication. When I called the pharmacist back to check again they accused my doctor of lying to me about the approval. Update: I transferred the prescription to another Walgreens and it was filled in less than an hour. I think it's safe to say that it wasn't my doctor who was lying. read more

The utter lack of respect from one particular staff member of the pharmacy was very deeply hurtful and shocking! Respect for your customer, as long as they behave reasonably (like me being in the store at 8:55PM to pick up a prescription at a pharmacy which closes at 9:00PM) and as long as you dare tell them what you think they are doing wrong (which is a horrible and counterproductive customer management practice, anyway) is an axiom of good business. All in all, she basically and undeniably discouraged me from collecting my prescriptions today, which is the absolute worst a pharmacy employee can do to people who do need pills. I want an explanation from management as to why she felt entitled to behave with this unbelievably rude and regressing attitude, and an explanation as to why she should keep this job, and I want them ASAP. read more

It's frustrating that the pharmacists at this location are not familiar with rules for selling insulin and insulin supplies. Or telling me she cannot sell a box of a 100 syringes without a prescription (which is what I gave her before). She told me the prescription wouldn't be ready until later and to come back at 5pm. I did and nothing was ready because they were out of supplies. They claim to have called but no answer-come to find out whom ever did the data entry failed on the phone number. I was in pain and looking for a TENS pain therapy machine that showed was in stock. The pharmacist kept saying that they didn't have one. She then asked one of the workers on the floor to help me find it. The other girl couldn't be bothered to help me. She took me over to the diabetes section and said that if they had it, it would be in that section. She said that it probably wasn't in stock because people steal them and I should just order one online. I found 5 of them in a different section of the store. Crap customer service. This is the worst pharmacy I've ever been to. They've screwed up refills so many times by saying my insurance doesn't cover it (but then it magically gets filled no problem a week later). Suggested that I let my diabetic cat not get insulin because he was 'too old'. In reality, They didn't know how to enter my pets info so I just left and got my prescription filled elsewhere. The store itself isn't any better. The cashiers and pharmacists talk down to customers and send them on a wild goose chase rather than find out information themselves. I switched to a different Walgreens and haven't had any of the issues this location has. read more

i went here to pick up my son's medicine. So,the pharmacy technician name Cecilia had to reconstitute the medicine with water. So she had to open the bottle. Prior to that, i saw her picked her nose and didn't wash her hands right after touching her nose or before opening the medicine bottle. She should know better. One gave me a vivid shot and half the medication squirted out of my arm because she did it too fast and I asked her if it would be an issue and she said "no, they always put more in then needed." Incredibly slow service for photo pickup. I walk up to the unmanned counter and pressed the service button. The only employee I can see is a lone cashier with a line of three customers. I wait. Another customer and his small child line up behind me. We confirm that I have pressed the service button. "Guess they're just ignoring us." We wait some more. A third customer lines up behind us for photo pickup. We all continue to wait. The cashier finally finishes his chat with the last customer in his line and looks over at us. "You need some help?" "Yeah, photo pickup." "Oh, photo..." He announces over the PA that customers are waiting in the photo area. We wait for someone to arrive while the cashier stands around idly. A couple minutes later, a woman walks over, disarms the service button (which has been entirely ineffective), and lets us purchase our photos. Blech. Update: A return visit. I see that they sell 4x4 photos... a little pricier than 4x6 photos, but saves me the trouble of cutting them for my square frame. I pick them up, and they're still cut 4x6. Each has a 4x2 white bar on the right side... I still need to cut them myself. Ugh. read more

This is for inside the store. They have a decent selection of items and some good deals. I like how they have a coupon book for the whole month that seems tobe different for each month, plus the regular Walgreens ad you get either with ur paper or in the store. The outside however was very dirty with the trash can overflowing and trash almost everywhere near the front of store parking towards the optometrist side. read more

There is absolutely no system in place between google photos and Wlagreens and your order will not be there for pick-up even though they send you an email stating otherwise. Very RUDE pharmacy service. I came here with a bloody mouth after teeth extraction. My mouth my hand even my face is all bloody. The desk lady had no sympathy. i asked for some tissue to wipe the blood, she act like i have AIDS or something when she handed over me the tissue. I felt very offended from how she look at me. she let me waited for 40 min to get my medicine and by that time i had to spit out the blood 5 times and suffering extrem pain.. by the end, she looks like finally she get rid of me.... i was not able to stop bleeding after 1 hr after i got home... yes it is all because of her. read more

Had a bad experience again today. I ordered a cough syrup online to be picked up from this store. I didn't receive any update for 2 hours so, I went to this store to enquire about my order. Jarred whom I saw at the photo counter said he had to cancel it because item was out of stock. This was at 9:45pm. I went to find the alternative cough syrup and on searching I found the same cough syrup that I had ordered online and there were so many of them that it cannot be missed. So, when I came back to photo counter with the same syrup and showed it to them, the other guy started making excuses and said they can honor the prices. But when I reached the main counter to check it out, they guy gave me a tough time to match the online price. I just don't understand why Walgreen is not doing anything to improve the service of this store. Such a big brand but hiring incompetent employees is making this store go downhill. I hope someone from Walgreen reads this and makes changes or at least train their employees. read more

I wish I can rate it 0 star. This issue is regarding the pick up order. I got a call from Walgreens to pickup. When I when there with the photo I'd and email confirmation they refused to give me the parcel which I bought from Walgreens website. Pathetic. The account is my wife but I have her identity card including the pick up email. The Chinese lady at the photo counter didn't respect the fact that I do have those id proof. On top of it, initially she said she won't give if I bought from Macy's or other site but this is bought from Walgreens. Not sure what kind of customer service is this. read more

This store located in a nice area but unfortunately it ruins the whole plaza because of employees' big attitudes I can't believe it they have issues with coupons from the machine. I came in yesterday to purchase oral products and I got some in store coupons printed from the coupon machine and the cashier lady asked me how I got those. She looked at me like I stole those coupons or what? Today I came back and use those coupons for other products and another cashier lady her name is Choong (if I remember correctly) refused to redeem my coupons. She said "you have a lot you can use one only." I haven't purchased a lot from Walgreen my whole life but I know how coupons work because I've been to different WG stores in the area and I know how manufacturer coupons vs. store coupons vs. cash rewards and all stuffs. Then I told her okay if I can't use all off them then just do my purchase in separate transactions and each transaction I'll use one as she wished. And she said No she couldn't do that!!!! She told me "you figured it out yourself." Excuse me???? I have legit coupons from the same store and I have to figure things out how to use it? I quite didn't understand what she meant by saying I had to figure things out on how to use coupons.
