PERFECT LASH and BROW! Wow! I've been getting my lashes and brows from Cindy for a while now after several attempts to find someone who can do lashes that can last for a while, easy to maintain, and brows that look natural. After being recommended and hearing about her from my co workers I decided to give her a try and I'm so glad I did after serval places in San Jose I've tried. Lashes- after two weeks I still have my full set on and they maintain they're form with simple combing. I never got an eye infection or irritation from the lashes Cindy uses. I love how they last for a while even after several face washes. Price is fair and lesser than your average places. She's easy to contact and schedule but need to do in advance (especially if you have any special event to attend) because she gets booked in advance. Eyebrows- I was hesitant to try because I got it done from somewhere else...I looked angry all the time so I decided to stick to the pencil and a lot of people I see say it's painful....But Cindy said she can do it so I trusted her and she definitely Delivered! I still have a lot hair on my brows (I heard you loose some). I don't look angry all the time more natural look like I She numbs you so it feels like a minor scratch and the shape of the brow is perfect. I booked an appointment with Cindy after finding her on Yelp. I've had lash extensions done before but they were too dramatic for my liking. I decided to give lash extensions another chance and I don't regret it at all! I texted Cindy for an appointment and she was able to accommodate my schedule. I was getting my lashes done for a concert/birthday week and she fit me right in. Her studio is clean and she is so kind. Cindy is so incredible. She's really clean and her work is like art. I don't think I'll ever go to someone else as long as I'm in the Bay Area. Her lashes don't hurt or irritate at all during and after application. I fall asleep while she's doing it in all of my appointments. The music is always nice. After a couple of minutes once application is complete, I completely forget I have fake lashes on. They feel like they've been part of my eyes all along. read more

Cindy is the best eyelash technician in all of California. I've started seeing her in 2019 back when I still lived in the Bay Area. I have now moved to Los Angeles and still see her for my eyelash extensions! I get so much compliments on my natural looking eyelashes that look so much like I just got mascara on with no effort. I first went to Cindy's a bit hesitant about the outcome. I had several lash extension experiences that resulted in my eyes getting extremely swollen and irritated, and no one had given me a valid reason as to why. I had nearly given up on extensions until I visited Cindy. During my first visit I explained to her the issues I had been having with my lashes. To my surprise she immediately knew what I was talking about - contact dermatitis, it's a rash and inflammation triggered by allergens or irritants. In my 3 years of wearing lashes no esthetician had ever informed me about this, so hearing this from Cindy brought me immediate relief. I went to the doctor to double check and they confirmed everything. However, ever since visiting Cindy my contact dermatitis has been reduced and nearly disappeared. She's explained to me that she uses high quality products that work with sensitive skin, and she wasn't kidding. I no longer have to deal with extreme swelling and irritation after a new lash set. I've gotten my lashes done elsewhere and they have fallen out quicker and my natural lashes were also more damaged. Cindi is the best when it comes to eyelash extensions. It can be a lengthy process because she is very precise and makes sure the job is done correctly. Eyelash extensions aren't the look I want any longer but if I did, I would go to Cindi. Prices are reasonable as well. Pay in cash if possible. Highly recommend. read more

I wanted to try eyelash extensions a few months ago after being curious for a year, and after trying Cindy's lashes, am officially addicted! I get the natural lash set, which looks full yet still very natural. Cindy takes her time to meticulously put the lashes on, and they are so worth it! After 5 weeks, my lashes still look great and better than my normal lashes, but I miss the fullness so much that I get another set again. These lashes save me so much time every day as I don't need to do any more eye make up, and I can just leave the house as is! A couple reasons why I love her work so much is: I've always been looking for natural but volume and no one does it better than Cindy. Where do I begin?!? Cindy is amazing at what she does! I was a little hesitant at first about eyelash extensions because of upkeep and cost. I randomly decided to treat myself and through recommendations from friends, I visited Cindy for my first-ever full set. Lemme just say..... I am SO obsessed. The first few minutes of the appointment is considered a mini consultation where Cindy shows you pictures of different styles to feel out what you want. She then customizes it to your liking and eye shape which I really liked. I have to admit, the process is longer than I expected but this is definitely a process that you cannot rush. She takes her time and you'll be able to tell because it has been a full 2 weeks since my visit + my lashes still look full. (Picture included). Cindy is truly a PRO! Found her through someone else and she lives up to her reputation. I got two services from her: microbladed eyebrows and lash extensions. Microbladed Eyebrows (healed in the picture): I told Cindy I wanted my eyebrows to look like they're filled in and natural without being too dark. She did exactly that. She communicated with me throughout the whole process so I was completely aware what I was getting myself into without much to worry. She's thorough to the point where she check up on me every time I flinched (I was just itchy) and that was much appreciated! She'll let you know that the more numbing cream you use, the less pigment will stay. I'm so glad I sucked it up so she only applied a thin layer. It turned out exactly how I wanted it! I had been researching eye lash extensions for some time because I was getting married in April. I saw Cindy had great reviews and was not too far away from me. I called to say I was getting married in a month and wanted to try it out. She recommended me scheduling an appt to try them out and see if I would want to continue with them for the wedding day and to make sure I didn't have any reaction to them. She was pretty booked but managed to squeeze me in. And let's just say I loved every bit of them. I did my first fill the week before my wedding and we decided to do them a bit longer and fuller and I loved them even more. When I returned from my honeymoon they had mostly come off but knew I wanted them back on. I waited a couple months and now that I have them back on I won't stop. I absolutely adore these lashes and apparently so does everyone else. I had to leave a review after the number of compliments I received. The extensions are now rounding the two week mark and still going strong. I haven't needed to wear any makeup! Cindy's expertise really shines when you meet with her. This was my first time getting extensions so I asked for a natural set and trusted her to pick the right type of curl. Off the bat she had a recommendation based on my eye shape and was already scrolling through her gallery to show me an example of a girl who had a similar eye shape to mine and what those lashes looked like on her. I've done lash extension once before but it wasn't super wonderful as I had the problem of having weak natural lashes and the previous extension I used were synthetic and too heavy and weighed down my natural and extensions. As I knew after reading yelp, Cindy was quite busy but she managed to get me in within the week. She called to confirm the appointment two days prior. I understand how important it is to let her know ahead of time if I can't make it so she can squeeze someone else in due to her busy schedule. I learned that if you get directions via yelp it doesn't lead you to the right area. I had to enter the address via my car GPS. And it found it with no problems Cindy was very patient and explained everything in detail and was very honest. She let me know what would work best if I wanted my eyes to look bigger. She explained that depending on my natural lashes that i may need to let them re grow before doing touch up. I let her know what i had in mind and let her do what she thought would be best. She spent a lot of time and was so pleasant to talk to her through out the entire time. Our time flew by so quick! By the time I knew it, 3 hours had gone by. I got to learn so much about her. Went to Cindy 2 weeks ago and was happy with how clean the place is and how beautiful my lashes are (can't deal with Lashify. Not the same results) She checked my temperature when I arrived. She wore mask and face shield while working on me. All customers are required to wear mask. Hand sanitizers are everywhere. I felt safe. Had a wonderful experience with Cindy who did my lashes for my wedding across the country! Since my flight was on a Wednesday and I had never gotten lashes done before, Cindy asked me to come a few days earlier to make sure I wouldn't have any reaction or irritation to the lashes. I really appreciated this since it was my big day and it would be horrible if I ended up having any irritation! Even though I got them almost a full week before my wedding, they looked flawless on the day of! I seriously only noticed one lash fall out between the application day and my wedding.
