All those years thinking I need eyelash extensions when an eyelash lift is all I need! I'd get lash extensions when I wanna feel bonita but it was too expensive for me to upkeep. Lash lift is much lower maintenance as well (only no-no is using a curler, which I have no need to do so at all now xD). The initial couple of days my lashes looked a little more dramatic than I expected, but after a couple weeks they look more natural while still lifted. Hopefully they last a good while, I can definitely see myself making this a routine thing ^-^ I've never had my lashes lifted before so I have no point of comparison, but I think Annie did a great job. The room is right next to the main entrance, and the doorway faces it so you're pretty visible to everyone coming in and out if she keeps the door open. I'm disappointed in the way my eyebrows turned out. I showed her a picture of my brows when I first got it done and told her that I really liked the color and I walked out with my eyebrows black, which is not the color that my eyebrows naturally are. The second miss was that she could not wax my eyebrows because I use retinol. Even though I stopped it a week before the service she said it had to be a month but nowhere on the website does it caution for that when you book so I walked out with a very incomplete service. It's just disappointing because it's a lot of money to spend to walk out feeling worse than you walked in UPDATE: Very shortly after I left this review, the owner of this business called me and apologized for my experience. For years I've been recommending Moon Lashes & Brows. For the past 12 years and counting, I've been getting my lashes done by the owner, Annie. I regularly get waxing and eyelash refills/sets. On top of the lashes and waxing, Annie also did microblading on my eyebrows and I've had one refill years later for a touch-up. The microblading is long lasting. I absolutely love that I can wake up, not have to put an ounce of makeup on, and feel beautiful. The salon is clean, and I truly never have any issues.
