Unfortunately, I developed an allergic reaction on the second day -- this was my first time ever experiencing a lash/adhesive reaction. I reached out to Mai to let her know what was happening, and she was incredibly accommodating. She scheduled me the same day and carefully removed the lashes for me. Although I did have an allergic response, I really want to applaud Mai for handling the situation so professionally and taking care of me the best way she could.
