I've been getting my lashes done since I was 18 and I've been a certified lash tech since '21 So I've definitely had my fair share of experience but this is by far my favorite place. It's such a hidden gem!They're tucked away in a small plaza but luckily I saw their grand opening sign earlier this year when I was driving home and decided to give them a call and I was on their table the next day. Haven't gone anywhere since. Jasmine and her team are incredibly talented!! They take the time to listen to what you want and execute it perfectly. Let me start by saying that I really wanted to like this place. I was looking for a backup lash spot in case my regular lash lady was on vacation. The only reasons I came here were the good Yelp rating and the pictures they posted of their work. I liked that they featured different eye shapes and offered various styles. However, I noticed they didn't include the names of the lash technicians who worked on the clients. So, I booked a 6pm appointment for hybrid wispy lashes. I arrived about 30 minutes early and waited. The technician greeted me, and there was coffee and tea in the waiting area, which was a nice touch for early birds like me. When it was my turn, the technician asked what I wanted. I told her hybrid wispy with a slight cat-eye and showed her pictures from their website. However, there seemed to be a language barrier. Normally, that's okay because my regular lash lady doesn't speak much English either, so I usually just show her pictures. The technician then showed me her station, which threw me off a little because her lash case was still open from the previous client. Maybe they do things differently, but my lash lady always uses a new case, selects the lash sizes for my eyes, and keeps everything in a clean area. I don't know, but I started to feel uneasy right away. Here's some backstory: I've been getting my lashes done for about five years and go every month. I don't do the fill-ins--I have the old lashes removed and get a new set each time. I love my lash lady, but unfortunately, she was on vacation, and I was leaving for my 40th birthday trip to Greece with my husband, where we had a photoshoot. I had to find another shop quickly. Honestly, I should have just gone without lashes! The technician started placing tape on my lids, which already felt uncomfortable. She spent about 15 minutes on each eye, which seemed extremely fast. I could feel her placing some lashes with her fingers, but I kept telling myself, "trust the process." Holy moly, I was wrong! I wish I had taken pictures. It looked like I had let my 10-year-old daughter do them--there were large spaces and missing pieces everywhere, and they looked more like the classic set I had worn for five weeks. Smh. I told her, "No, no. This is nothing like the photo in front." She told me to lie back down and added more lashes, but I still wasn't happy. She called the owner, who came over and asked what was wrong. I explained everything. What upset me was that the owner said the lashes looked that way because of my natural lashes. Umm, okay. I get my lashes done every month, and they have never looked like this! I showed her pictures of my lashes from my regular lash lady, and she then said, "Ohhh, we don't do that type of lashes.." So suddenly, it wasn't because of my natural lashes. She told me they could remove the lashes at no cost. I said no because I was leaving for my trip the next day, and the whole point of coming in was to have my lashes done. She said they would remove them and use another technique. While the technician applied the removal solution, my eyelids began burning. My eyes watered more than they ever had before. I told her to remove everything because it was burning. The owner immediately stepped in and began removing the extensions. She said she would do it herself instead of the other technician, which I appreciated. After another hour and a half, the owner finished my lashes, and they were much better than what the original technician had done. The owner gave me extra eye drops for the redness, and I didn't leave until 9 p.m. I was there for a total of three and a half hours, which was painful and exhausting. The next morning, my eyes were bloodshot red, and I couldn't open them because they were covered in crust around the extensions. Thankfully, I had a later flight and was able to get antibacterial drops. The redness didn't clear for four days after my appointment. To make matters worse, nearly all the lashes fell out after a week. It was such a waste of time and money. I didn't even want to write this review, but my daughter kept telling me that people should be aware. response to JoJo; First off, the owner didn't say anything about not wanting to do the second set, nor did she mention any irritation, so I don't know where you got that from. read more

I had a wonderful experience at Lash Studio! The space was clean, smelled heavenly, and had cozy vibes! I got a set 6 days before that was not what I asked for (volume set). I wanted a more natural wispy cat's eye lash set. I came here they took off the previous set and the style that I originally wanted. My tech was patient (because I'm still new to lash extensions), kind, and soothed my eyes when it was difficult to remove the previous set due to excessive glue. I highly recommend Lash Studio! Save your money and your time and DO NOT come to this studio. I got my lashes done for the first time today here for my engagement photos and went home and immediately cried. I went back into the salon to let them know I was unhappy with my service as politely as possible and they told me my eyes look like that because I have "droopy eyes, not almond ones." I went to a new salon less than two hours later to get them completely redone. the new lash tech that fixed my Lashes Studio lashes suggested I call and get my money back because "they had no idea what they did to my lashes." I tried to call to speak to a manager and they tried to ignore my request. There was a 100% language barrier between the tech and I, so much so to the point they could not understand what I was asking for/ couldn't tell me how much to pay. So glad I found this place! It is now my go-to for lashes. Super convenient location for me and easy to book appointments. They were even open on Christmas Day this year! Jasmine did my lashes a few times and I had Mymy do my most recent set and they both do a great job, I could go for either one of them and would be happy. A full classic set for me only takes them 45 minutes or 1 hour to finish. The end result is natural and clean. Got a brazilian lash lift and when i first came in the place looked nice and super relaxing but it took 3 tries to get my lashes right bc the first time they looked crooked and the edges were not curled and then she "fixed them" and then the owner or other girl that was there also tried yo fix them for the third time so that means that my lashes were overprocessed (they applied the product three times) and it's been 3 months and some of them are still curled and some are straight and look hideous when I use a lash curler to fix them. Please beware and i didn't know it was bad until i started investigating why my lashes were not back to their natural state. reply : i wonder why they're tint smelled just the keratin lift liquid then. I came up from Monterey to try to get some lashes for my birthday and they had quite a few openings for the same day of which was surprising because it was great service! It's a humble location but everything was clean, the table where you lay down for the service was soft to the point I almost fell asleep - I got a hybrid set - my first one ever and they look more natural than I expected - I had Mymy has my service provider and I would recommend her and the location in general. I was running errands with my husband today when we happened upon Lashes Studio. I hadn't noticed this business in this plaza before, and I have been meaning to get lashes done for some time now. The other place I go to is a bit further from my home. Parking here is easy, lots of spaces and if you have a Tesla there's a charging station in the lot. Booking the appointment was easy (online) and it just so happened that there was a cash discount for this month. Pricing is reasonable for the four different types of lashes available. I got "classic" which is a more natural look. The tech doing my lashes was very sweet. Soft steady hands. Wonderful! Made sure I was comfortable on the bed before getting started. I've been getting my lashes done every month for a long time and have never had a bad experience until this place. The lash tech left so much glue on my eyelashes and eyelids that my eyes were burning the entire time. To make things worse, she actually cut my lower lashes -- something no lash artist should ever do. Before the appointment, she even called asking if I was actually going to show up, which was odd since I've never missed an appointment and even rescheduled early before to help her out. When I arrived, an older lady made me Zelle her payment upfront, which had never been required before. During the session, she soaked my eyes so much that even my ears were wet, and my eyes burned the whole time. I usually fall asleep during lash appointments, but this time when I woke up, my eyes were glued shut -- and that's when she proceeded to cut my lashes. I didn't realize how bad it was until I looked in the mirror and saw the damage. I used to tip $40 every visit because I appreciated good service, but this time I couldn't. The experience was embarrassing, painful, and felt abusive. I left feeling completely disrespected and taken advantage of. Please be cautious before booking here. First time at this new studio and thoroughly enjoyed the entire process! The location is in a small plaza with its own parking lot so I didn't have any issues with parking. Upon entering, the studio was very clean and had a nice modern vibe to it. I let the front desk know what kind of lashes I wanted and they informed the technician as they are a Vietnamese run business, but there was no issue with the language barrier! The seats and blankets are super comfortable and made the process go by very smoothly as I tend to have a hard time sitting still for long periods of time. The lash tech was very gentle with an occasional hard pull on my lash but I was never in any pain. Ended the service with some eye drops as well as a free goodie bag to help with the aftercare. They're currently running a promotion for 50% off new sets when you pay in cash for their grand opening so I highly recommend taking advantage of the deal!
