Followed Bonnie from the Milpitas location to this location, & she's by far the best lash artist ever! She definitely knows the style that fits my eye shape, all I have to tell her is the type I am wanting (always classic), & she works her magic. Requesting to get your lashes done by a master/senior lash artist there cost a little extra, but with Bonnie she's worth the extra! 10/10 recommend. read more

Came for the first time to this studio to get my lashes lifted (my normal lash lift lady was out of town) and I honestly might be making a switch! The staff were extremely kind and the service itself was so comfortable. They offered a soft blanket which I happily took up, and the recliner that you sit in is SO comfy. The music was relaxing and my tech was super communicative, she showed me visuals of what the end result would be to make sure we're on the same page, and was super gentle and efficient throughout. Took about 30-40 min. At the end they even chased me down because they thought I overpaid when I just gave a good tip haha. So sweet. Loved my service and love my lashes, highly recommend!! Also the price point is SO GOOD compared to other locations. A steal. read more

Do not go to this lash studio. Their technicians don't listen to what you tell them to do. I thought maybe they just didn't really fully understand but every single time even when I was extremely clear, they did not do what I asked them to do so a lot of my eyelashes would fall out because they would put the heavy ones on when I kept asking them not to, but they wanted to make them fuller faster not only did they do that but they also six months after say that I owe money to a technician that hasn't even done my eyelashes for over six months and I've always paid right after so they are just trying to scam me for more money. It's a very shady business and they overlap their customers also. read more

I booked an appointment in advance, and they canceled it last minute, then moved it to a completely different location -- over 40 minutes away. I still made the drive, only to be told they wouldn't service me at all once I arrived. When I tried calling the reception, no one ever answered.
