I booked a lash lift and tint during an event and was told I was going to get 40% off for pre booking. I finished my appointment and she was about to charge me the full $180. I told her that I was supposed to get 40% off and she checked and ended up charging me $161 which isn't 40% off. My right eye also isn't even at all, especially compared to my left eye. Keratin Lash Lift & Tint: I was initially frustrated because the day of I was asked to pay the full price even after being told & seeing that I did not get a lift effect - I could only see it lifted on one or two individual lashes. There was no offering of reduced cost or even scheduling another session to try again upfront. This is my spot! I've been coming here for over a year now and I don't go anywhere else. Their membership fees are fair, and a great deal if you do your lashes on the regular. I tend to rotate my appointment to whoever is free around my schedule so I've tried just about every person there to do my lashes. They are very sweet, welcoming, and pick up if I'm feeling chatty or if I just need a good nap. Almost every single person has done a good job. If I had an issue they are very responsive and have fixed my lashes no charge on the same day that I called. I really appreciate how they take notes on your lash preferences so even if I go with a different person, they know what I like. I've tried several other businesses in the area and this the by far the best spot for lashes hands down. read more

I'm a little disappointed I got a brow lamentation and lash lift 2 times now neither of which I've been overly excited about. Tbh it was just a bit mediocre especially this last time I went, for brow clean up she used a derma-plane. Then she said it would be fine for my trip which is in a week now and both are already back to normal. *This review is for their Morgan Hill location. Sarah has been able to expand her business to Morgan Hill and it's just as aesthetically pleasing and gorgeous as the one in WG. Parking, as always, is an issue depending on the time of day you come, so I tend to book either their last or first appointments of the day. I will say that this location feels more open and not as private as the WG location- its all glass out front so you are able to look directly into the space and it's layout is similar as the tables are just out in a row. There is one room with a door but I believe that space is generally for waxing (?) The bathrooms are also on the side of the building so I would suggest you wash your lashes prior to coming to get your fill otherwise you have to walk outdoors and I believe there still isn't a mirror above the sink. Another issue I had was with booking- they would not remember to refund me my $40 that I would put down as a deposit for my appointments (I had the deluxe membership which allows me to come in twice a month for a refill) nor did they answer me the first couple of times I asked about that policy. Lesson learned- book the appointment directly with them instead of online or remember to ask for the refund before you leave. The girls who work there are super nice and always greet you even if they have another client they're working on when you walk in. My favorite tech to book is Marlen as she is steady with her hands and works pretty quickly and effectively. My eyes don't sting with her when I get my fills done and she always seems to get done faster than I expect, making my lash nap shorter than most, but I'll take efficiency over a long nap! read more

I had a groupon for a fill with a 2 week refill and i had a terrible experience. Alexa my technician asked me what i wanted and i told her natural look. When she finished i looked at my lashes they looked worse they my natural lashes she barely applied any and on top of that they fell off within a week completely gone. Maybe she didn't like that i had a groupon. I had been there multiple times bfor and the lashes looked great and full on a classic fill. I'm giving this place 3 stars - because the folks who do the lashes are very kind and sweet. My negative experience is with the membership. It is impossible to cancel it without coming in person, which makes it difficult for folks facing sudden medical challenges like myself. It does NOT roll over month to month - so I was charged for sessions that I never got to have. It also MUST be canceled before the 15th of the previous month, which meant once again that when I tried to cancel I was still charged because I hadn't come in person early enough. I wish that the owner showed more empathy for people who may want to cancel their membership remotely and can't come in. And also I wish that Sarah would understand that these are not trivial prices and to be charged for a session that you have no chance of making up is distressing. I love the folks who work here but I'm personally not a fan of the owner's approach to customer service. If I knew of these fine prints I would have never signed up for the membership in the first place. read more

Second time coming and I had to cut it short. I went for the hybrid deal as I did last time and I was set up with a tech I assume her name was Monique, as she never introduced herself to me. She didn't speak to me or even know how to say hi, how are you? I asked a couple times for her to fix my tape under eyes as I had pain in my right eye bc the tape was rubbing and stuck there. After about an hour and a half I said I can't anymore. She said she had another 30 mins and I was flabbergasted. At most to do a full set takes 1.5 hrs anywhere I have been. Last time I went to bloom it was only a little over an hour. An update... The owner was super kind and reached out to me and I was able to come In to fix the lashes. She is super kind. I thought the experience with the technician was great (she was definitely nice), but I thought the overall experience was just okay. I've been getting lash extensions at other places for years and just wanted to mention some of the differences in hopes that Bloom can try taking them into account. One major complaint is the pads that they use under the eyes are much stickier than those at other places that I've been to. I could feel them pulling at my skin when removed and I actually feel like I lost a bottom lash(es) or something since the bottom of my eye stung afterward. Another suggestion is the 2-hour time window is pretty long (usually takes me ~1 hour for same amount of lashes). Maybe they take more care in placing lashes, but I noticed that it would take some time for the lash technician to separate my lashes and then reach over to the side to grab a lash. Other places just put the bundle of lashes on my forehead so it's a shorter distance and more efficient. Another difference is usually the technician will wash my lashes at the table instead of me doing it by myself in the bathroom. I thought the overall ambiance was lacking. Usually places I've been to play some relaxing music, but there was some construction that was going on. It sounded like some drilling near me for a bit so that was not ideal. Lastly I thought the tables that you lay on were uncomfortable and my legs kept falling asleep because of the incline. read more

The place itself is open and bright and it has a very welcoming vibe. Second, Kelly is great. She's very accommodating and is gentle with her work. She's very nice and always ensures you are satisfied with your lashes before you leave. I've seen her several times and my lashes always feel light and put together.
