Ada lash now has a Palo Alto location! Situated on California Ave. There's plenty of parking and other walkable areas if you have time before or after your appointment. Right now they have 15% off for new clients and you get a take home care package for your lashes. I was able to make my appointment on their website and they will confirm via text as well as any questions you may have. I was greeted and had a consultation for what I would like done and I've never had a consultation before my lash lift before so this was a great way to customize what you want and then Selina was my tech and very careful and dedicated through the whole process. There's coffee and water while you wait and calming spa music while you get your procedure done.
Highly recommend Ada Lash! They're very professional, clean, and responsive! I've gotten my lashes done 3 times now with Ada Lash in both Palo Alto and Mountain View and it's all been positive experiences. They are fantastic at helping you figure out what you're looking for if you don't know and the technicians are gentle and accommodating.
I've been going to Ada for years, every time she took such great care of me and gave me the most dreamy and beautiful lashes! She's not only very gentle, but also very attentive to all her clients experience. I always fall asleep during the session with the nice calming environment and wake up with a fresh look that I fall in love with, it never gets old :p She is the reason for me willing to drive for almost an hour every time, because I know she's worth it! Highly recommended!
Ada and her staff are very good at doing eye lash extensions, especially for both upper and lower lashes. I've tried having lashes done elsewhere before, but Ada Lash has been the best. Their work can stay on for almost 4-5 weeks and they are so far the only store that can add lower lashes. Love them.
Ada is the best! I tried a few places before Ada and all of them gave me some degree of irritation and gave me the wrong impression that I have to "deal with it" if I want nice lashes. Ever since I tried with Ada, I have been her royal customer for years. She is the only one who can do super natural lashes for me and I don't feel a thing afterwards! Guess what? Her locations now have nice new beds that can adjust the reclining angle. I am 30+ week pregnant and went to get an extension for my photoshoot today. Highly recommend it to anyone.
I'm disappointed with this place. I looked for a lash place that would do a nice natural look for me at a reasonable price. The first appointment went well. From there went downhill and the communication was off and uncomfortable. After my second appointment I received a series of texts saying I owed them more money after I left. I said I would send the difference they miscalculated upon check out when I parked my car since I was driving and had to speak into my phone. Sent the money after more texts. Felt uncomfortable especially since I had already paid amply in tip to cover the difference I was asked for, seems like they could of let their own mistake go. Then when I go to make my next appointment I'm told that they need a deposit. I never actually made a deposit the first two times and when I pointed it out they say their records indicate that I did, I sent them the total for the last time I paid and then they state that oh, ok, no deposit we will see you at your appointment. That also felt uncomfortable as they accused me of something I did not do and decided I wasn't telling the truth. Lastly I have been only doing individual lashes and was clear when I started that I do not like the cluster look and only want individual lashes. I asked on my third appointment if I can do a little thicker just not much more, my lashes came mostly off before my two week time period this last time and thought maybe I should do a little more to prevent it. I was very clearly told that I can do one step up from classic and do something where you do one lash on my lash and one of either side. Since I understood it was still individually placed I was ok with it. When I was done it seemed like something that was five levels up and not one. Very full. The next morning one fell off and it was a cluster(fan) lash and not individually placed and I unfortunately understood why it looked so bad on me. I reached out and simply asked to note on my account to not do that since I admittedly said I wouldn't ever want that and was told that it would be individually placed. I was very cleared told it was one lash on each side and one on the lash that was the explanation I received when describing what I'd get. I was told that they told me it would be a fan lash and not individually place (according to their records) and debated with me again that I was wrong. I genuinely do not understand what I'm doing wrong with them but according to them I'm always wrong in some way. I had high hopes after the first time I visited, from there it just got uncomfortable. Between my lashes not lasting two weeks, to the uncomfortable I didn't pay them enough texts, to being asked for a deposit and our records indicating that I did pay them before to me having to prove otherwise to the now I'm not being truthful on what I was told I'd receive texts. The business needs some organization skills to not treat their customers like this. It's so annoying to be clear on everything to be given a look I was clear I'd never want. I pay well and I tip well. I unfortunately cannot recommend them and cannot return since it's just uncomfortable to deal with and doesn't seem to stop and for some reason I'm always lying and always wrong. This sort of thing shouldn't happen much less happen as much as it did and it left me feeling uncomfortable and bad each time. *update to the reply. I'm not confused, I've been very clear on everything all along. You kept telling me I was wrong in one way or another and everything ended with me being wrong. I don't want to come back and hear more of what I'm doing or saying is wrong. The defense nature to tell me I'm not right is not ok.
I love how they take care of their clients before and after application! I went for my first appointment in Palo Alto studio 2 days ago. The whole experience was extremely pleasant. Ada Lash team was very professional, they provided consultation session before the actual application and went over all my questions and concerns. Made sure I felt comfortable moving forward with extension procedure. During the application my artist was very gentle. I barely felt any discomfort and fell asleep after 20 minutes. They also provided aftercare instructions and aftercare bag which is really helpful! Overall A+ service and A+ result:-)
I highly recommend Ada Lash in their brand new beautiful location on California Avenue in Palo Alto. I've already been a long time. Customer going over to their location in Mountain View off Villa and Castro, but I was delighted to hear that this new location is closer to my home in PALO ALTO. What's also amazing is that there is such easy parking! I can't wait to tell all my local friends that weren't willing to drive to Mountain View that they can come get their first visit and get 15% off. Ada and her team are true professionals. She is very exact and gentle and my lashes always look amazing and last a full three weeks. I have been to many other locations to get my lashes done over the years and I believe Ada Lash is the BESTSERVICE I've ever had!
