I want to re-write another 5 star review for my girl, Melissa, because it's now been 3.5 years since I've been loyally going to her every 2-3 weeks... from how much we've talked during every hour appointment, I feel like I've truly gained a friendship out of it! Melissa is timely, honest, and hardworking. She has been a lash tech for years now, and, although her locations have changed, she still does as much as she can to cater to her clients. Very rarely does she cancel on me or change my appointments last minute (and if she does change it, it's always if I can come earlier in the day, not an entirely different day. She also knows me so well by now that she knows my ideal scheduling habits). Melissa is an expert in her craft and implements the most up-to-date practices with placing lashes. DO NOT THROW YOUR MONEY AWAY! Melissa came to my house to get my eyelashes done, I was very excited. She told me that they will last three to four weeks, but they began to fall next day! I wrote her and she said that probably the glue irritated my eyes and I should use eye drops, and I used it, but I didn't see any improvement. I told her that i was very disappointed with the results, but i took days and days to get her to respond, when she did she told me that she will partially refund me, but after that I never got a text, money or call back. Very unprofessional! I spent $150 for the lashes to fall off days later and I should point out.. They do not fall evenly on both eyes, so you can imagine! read more

I love Melissa! I've been going for about a couple months now! The last lash tech I went to used clusters on my lashes and used really harsh glue that took all my natural lashes with them. They were also really heavy on my eyelashes and irritated my eyes. Once I started going to Melissa I barely feel my extensions and they are done beautifully! Also, when they fall out they don't take my natural lashes with them where as the other salon I went to had multiple clumps of eyelashes falling out. Way overdue for this review. I have gone to previous places to get my lashes done since July 2017, the other 3 ladies couldn't get it right , my lashes were way too thick , not natural which basically gave me the drag queen look, their eye lash glue burned my eyes every time , and way too heavy for my small eyes. Finally came across Dash Lash on yelp and made an appointment with Melissa. I told her my horror stories and told her what look I was going for , natural but full. She did exactly that ,no more burning eyes from the eye lash glue, she has light hands and takes her time, prices is reasonable, feels natural, light , comfortable and most of all, no more Drag Queen Look! Melissa is amazing! I got my lashes done by another lady that ended up glueing my natural lashes together and got the glue on my skin, my eyes very sore and a bit inflamed. I contacted Melissa and she was so nice and flexible with my schedule as I am very busy most of the time. She came to my house at 8:30 at night just to get the messed up lashes off and put a new set on. She was very gentle with my lashes and made sure not to pull my lashes out. She was able to completely save my lashes and put on some soothing gel which felt amazing and completely made the soreness go away. She then put on a beautiful new set of lashes which are just the right length and thickness. They are so light I don't even realize they are there most of the time and don't irritate my eyes at all. I get compliments all the time on them. Melissa is such a nice lady, makes you feel comfortable and is a great conversationalist, it's like hanging out with an old friend!
