After years of debating whether to get lash extensions, I finally took the plunge, and I couldn't be happier. They look so natural that people don't realize they're extensions. Bella takes the time to make sure everything looks exactly the way you want it. She listens carefully, pays attention to every detail, and doesn't stop until you're completely happy with the results. It's clear she genuinely cares about her clients and takes great pride in her work. She's also been incredibly accommodating whenever I've needed a special appointment between my regular refills for an event or special occasion. That level of customer service is hard to find and is so appreciated. If you're thinking about having your lashes or brows done, I highly recommend Bella. She's talented, professional, and truly an artist. I wouldn't trust anyone else!

Bella, Jollie, and Anna are all great, so I always feel confident no matter who I book with. A couple of months ago, Bella gave me a lip color enhancement done and I am honestly obsessed. The healing process was smooth and the results are so natural that I have completely stopped wearing lipstick. Now I just use a little lip gloss each day and it looks perfect. To complete my put-together look, Bella did my Ombré eyebrows. They look so natural that you would never guess I had anything done, but my brows definitely appear fuller and more defined. Just this week, I tried the CryoSlimming and CryoToning body treatments. I was amazed by how noticeable the difference was after just one session, and the results continued to improve over the next few days. I am so excited to see how things progress with my upcoming sessions. This place truly helps me look and feel my best, even with a hectic schedule. If you are looking for a one stop shop to save time and have great results, I highly recommend this place!

She took her time mapping and shaping my brows, asked all the right questions about the look I wanted, and set realistic expectations based on my old tattoo. During the session, she checked in with me a few times so I could look in the mirror and confirm everything was on track. I tend to twitch a lot, which probably made her job harder, but she was so patient and gentle the entire time. On top of her amazing work, she was genuinely so nice to talk to. We laughed a lot and the whole appointment felt easy and comfortable. What really surprised me was how thoughtful she was. She got us coffee and even lunch, which has never happened to me during a service. I truly felt taken care of the whole time. The end result looks incredible, and the experience felt like VIP treatment. If you're thinking about getting your brows done, especially if you need a color correction, you need to go to Tiff because she is the expert. Highly recommend! ABSOLUTELY OBSESSED -- BEST BROWS OF MY LIFE…read more I cannot recommend Beauty Ink Studio enough, especially Tiffany. She did my brows when she was first starting out, and even then, her level of precision, care, and artistry was on another level. I came in with very little brows and years of over-plucking. I was spending time every single morning filling them in and wasting money on brow products that never gave me the look I wanted. After Tiffany worked her magic, I haven't had to fill them in at all. Not once. I had one early touch-up, which was completely my fault because I didn't follow after-care instructions, and since then my brows have stayed intact for years. That alone has saved me thousands of dollars and so much time. Tiffany is incredibly detailed, patient, and genuinely delightful to be around. She cares about your outcome and takes the time to measure, map, and plan your brows so they complement your face perfectly. Her attention to detail is unreal. She doesn't rush the process. She doesn't guess. She makes sure your new brows are truly designed for YOU. Every time I look in the mirror, I'm grateful I chose her. If you're considering booking, just do it. Do not overthink it. Your future self will thank you every single morning you wake up with perfect brows. Tiffany changed the game for me and she will for you too. That said, the lash design and mapping were not a fit for me. The set came out much more glam than what I was hoping for: very long, volumized, and low-set. On my eyes, the lashes hung forward, hit my glasses, and partially obstructed my vision. They also felt heavy on my naturally fine lashes. It's just not my personal style. The full set took about an hour, which made the experience feel more focused on speed than on customized eye-shape mapping. I do want to give credit where it's due: when I reached out, the studio was responsive and professional, offered to fix the set, and ultimately issued a partial refund, which I really appreciated. The studio is also reasonably priced and easy to book. This may be a great fit for clients who like bolder, dramatic, traditional glam lashes. If you're looking for a lighter or more natural/modern style, it may not be the best match. One additional thing to note is that the studio uses an open floor plan with multiple beds and clients in a shared room, which is consistent with the lower price point and worth knowing before you book.

Vivian is trained and continues to keep up with her education. On my first visit she provided good information on her application techniques to either create a rounder eye versus a wider look. She asked probing questions to get a good idea as to what I wanted. She asked about my work out regime and makeup, explaining how heat and oil affects the lash adhesive. I told her my lash extensions would curl sideways. She explained why and vowed that kind of application would never happen at her studio. At the end of our first visit I left pleased with my new, very natural look. Three weeks later, I returned with most of my extensions still working for me. I've been with Vivian for all of 2025 now. I'm hooked. I am a loyal Vivian @ Lux Lashus fan! She gauges whether I want a quiet hour to snooze or to talk about life and love. Vivian is considerate and really does an amazing job at mirroring her client. I think that is a sign of a great professional. Her studio is always clean with relaxing music and a light scent.
