Ila is awesome! This was my first time having my eyebrows threaded by her as I have a go to lady near home(Sunnyvale) but she was out of town on vacation. I happened to be around the area because of an appointment and had about 1 hour to kill- not to mention my eyebrows needed some TLC. I found Ila on Yelp and decided to call for a last minute appointment. She was really friendly and was able to accommodate me immediately which was basically a miracle because it was 5pm. I called 1 other place and the lady had already closed. Overall, I was really happy with how my eyebrows turned out and will definitely kept her in mind in the future when I'm in the area. Please note, this is a home business but she has a designated space for her work which is very clean and welcoming. Very nice place. Ila took very care when she is doing my waxing. I went for underarms and full arms waxing after finding a coupon on Groupon. The location was in a calm neighborhood. Ila has setup her saloon in her home garage. Nicely decorated the place. She made sure I am not cold by keeping a heater and rotating it as required. I didn't feel like I met her for the first time.
