I've been a threading client of Archana's for over three years. She is a consummate professional, very friendly, and a really talented threader. My eyebrows have always been very stubborn, but she's managed to tame them and keep them looking great! I've seen her at both the salon and her home studio and both are immaculate and inviting. Her prices are also very reasonable! I'm so happy I found her! read more

I did some research on Yelp for places to get my brows threaded and this one had great reviews so I decided to try it out! I had a great experience and Archana is very sweet and friendly! She did my brows at her home studio and was quick. She styled my brows nicely and was respective of my preference to not go too thin. I have difficult uneven eyebrows so finding someone to help reshape them and look good has been a struggle. By chance when I was looking on Yelp for someone close to my job and home, I found Archi at Shringar. I hesitated because when I tried new people time and time again my eyebrows were getting worst. I figured "screw it, I will give her a shot my eyebrows can't get worst". Well let me say I wish there was a 10 star!! Archi is great, awesome, amazing all in one. She pointed out all the areas that needed work which meant DON'T TOUCH a single hair no matter what. She explained that a hair that was annoying me could be that hair she needs to help reshape and give my eyebrows a fuller look. I have been in the amazing hands of Archi for about 5 months now and I can say that my eyebrows actually look like eyebrows now. They are slowly but surely getting fuller. It's a slow process because my hairs grow slow and uneven. Thank you Archi read more

I have been looking for a place to do my eyebrows forever! I have been penciling them in everyday after growing up in the 90's where plucking out your eyebrows to make a pencil thin was celebrated. Thankfully, growth serums have helped them grow in a bit but still thin and sparse and I thought henna eyebrows was a good option. Archana did a great job, knew just what to do, had me threaded and colored quickly, painlesssly and I love the results- saves me time in the morning which is necessary as a working mom! Definitely a new beauty favorite (bonus- henna is all natural!) read more

McDonald arches no more! I've been seeing Archana for about 8+ years now. I used to have thin, sparse brows. With a lot of patience she has taken my pencil thin arches to beautiful full brows. I've also had a couple of facials and some henna done too, I wish I had more time for a little more pampering with my hectic routine. Archana is a great person to have a chit chat with and always listens and most of all she is super accommodating!! If I could give her more than 5 stars I would!! She doesn't disappoint. read more

I've been seeing Archana for a couple of years now and have never been disappointed with her work. Prior to going to her, I tried three other eyebrow threading places and wasn't impressed with their work and their prices were a lot higher. When I went to Archana, she helped me reshape my eyebrows and helped them become the same shape as they had different shapes due to previous threading jobs with other people. She does quality work, is very detailed oriented, and always makes sure you're satisfied with her work. I've also received facials with Archana and they leave your face sooooo soft!!! I really recommend the facials as well. Overall, SHE IS THE BEST! Archana is very professional and does a wonderful job with threading and facials. I'm so glad I found her! read more

I saw Archana when I first moved to California from Pennsylvania and she was so kind and friendly! She also explained that my one arch was higher than the other and was going to fix it- I had no idea! Amazing job, super knowledgeable and friendly! read more

Archana was such an amazing owner as she had everything set up so neatly and professionally. We had small talk during the whole session and I had my eyebrows threaded which didn't hurt at all. My eyebrows came out exactly how I wanted it and I looked like a completely different person. My mom was so shocked that she's planning to get hers done too in the near future. She shaped my eyebrows according to my natural shape and to my face which I loved. I am definitely going back and can't wait for my next appointment! read more

I had a bad experience with threading years ago. Since then I have been going to benefit brow bar, since the girl I have been going to for many years quit I had to find somewhere new. I was tired of paying so much money!! So my daughter suggested to try threading one more time. After reading all the lovely reviews I decide to give Archana a try. She is a kind sweet lady, and does my eyebrows just perfect. I told her I like them as long as possible as thick as possible and as arched as possible! And to my surprise she did exactly that! Bye bye Benefit! read more

Hallelujah! I found my eyebrow lady! I had a hard time finding the salon, just so u know it's inside 'Hana Salon' Archana is not only patient and sweet but a great listener! In the past I have always had issues with my eyebrows being too thin, or not getting what I asked for, so I was hesitant going in. Archana really listened to what I needed and came up with a game plan how to get my brows to look amazing. She told me what I needed to do to maintain them for my next visit and made an appointment for me to come back. I have never had anyone tell me in detail how my eyebrows are and I really liked that she paid attention to what I said in the beginning to make sure I leave happy. She's sanitary, quick and thorough. I really appreciate great customer service combined with an amazing skill and she has it! read more

Archna takes great care of all my threading maintenance needs. I will start by saying that I am very picky, borderline perfectionist, and she always come through with perfect brows. I always schedule my next appointment in person- 3 weeks in advance. There have been times that I needed to adjust my appointment as life happens. I send a text and she gets back to me easily. I appreciate the excellent customer service and sweet demeanor at each appointment. For me this is a necessary maintenance item and I am grateful to have found such a talented brow artist. read more

Archana is a blessing to my eyebrows! When I first moved to the area I struggled to find someone as good as her (I even commuted 1 hour to go see potential threading specialists but I was never really satisfied). I wish she could be cloned and her skills spread to the world :) She is super CLEAN, very gentle and incredibly precise. I'm very demanding and picky and I never left her studio unhappy or unsatisfied. She is also an incredibly nice person. I'm so happy I found her! read more

She's is amazing. I first found Archana on yelp back in 2015 and since then I have had the most wonderful experience with her. She's always on time and does the most amazing job on my eyebrows and face. When I had acne she was so careful and even helped with my skin treatments. Her henna is amazing and would definitely recommend her for henna parties. Archana is the best! I have been seeing her for eyebrow and upper lip threading for about 6 months now and will only trust her! She has made great progress on making my eyebrows to look even. I'm always going to new eyebrow threading places because I'm never satisfied. This was my first time going to someone's home to get my brows threaded, and I had an AMAZING experience. Archana was prompt to reply to my appointment request and was very flexible with scheduling! Her home studio is charming and comfortable. She really makes you feel relaxed and actually explained the whole process of threading to me and what she was going to do if I continued threading with her. Basically, I've been getting bad threading that have caused my brows to grow upwards when I've been wanting to transition towards straighter brows. She threaded mine at the top and only a little at the bottom to help the bottom hairs grow, and gave me a great massage after! It was my first time feeling like the threader actually cared. Can't wait for my next appointment! read more

Archana does a wonderful job with my eyebrows every time I visit her. She understands her job well and loves what she does. What I particularly like about her threading service is that she will also give you constructive feedback if something will or will not go with your face. Really appreciate her efforts and thanks for the job well done. I surely recommend her to anyone looking for having perfect eyebrows threading! read more

I don't thread often, but I do like to go before special occasions like weddings, or when I've just gone too long without tweezing on my own. I used to go to the oh-so-loved-by-Yelp: Deepa. But move over Deepa! I have a new favorite: Archana! She can schedule by text, she has two locations (studio in Campbell and home studio in South San Jose), she's incredibly affordable, and she gives you a little massage after. Archana is so sweet and accommodating, even serviced me when I forgot my wallet and said I could mail her my payment. But most of all, my eyebrows looked great after both times that I visited her! All for the low low price of $10. Highly recommend! TLDR: great place to get threaded! read more

It's been a year and a half, and I will never let another person ever touch my eyebrows! I have always done my eyebrows by myself, and over the years, had thinned them out way to much. Archana did a great job allowing them to thicken and shape them into gorgeous arches! Now I see her every three weeks or so to maintain, and she always, ALWAYS accommodates my crazy, last minute texts for threading! Love her!! Super sweet and great eyebrow massage included :) read more

8.13.14 Had my second round of eyebrow threading and I've got to say, Archana's doing a great job! We're slowly getting to the shape that I want and seeing as my hair growth is a bit on the slower side, we're gonna try every 3 weeks instead of 2. So to potential clients, you've got options of wait time! And, as always, Archana finishes up each eyebrow session with a nice eyebrow/temple massage. read more

Loved! I've never had my eyebrows threaded or waxed before so I did a bit of research before booking with Archana. Everyone on Yelp suggested her and they were right on the money. I was a little nervous going into the experience but she made me feel very welcome and finished the job quick and painlessly. Would definitely recommend her to anyone! read more

Are you looking to get the best brows of your life? Go to Archana!!! TRUST ME! I found her after a lot of Yelp research. I had been going somewhere else for eyebrow threading for over 6 years (prior to Archana) but knew I needed someone new after my last threader was over-booking and got very sloppy with my brows. My brows were a mess, to say the least. I was nervous to go to someone new but Archana eased my fears. She explained to me her goals for my brows and how they would look after growing them out and working with her. It's been a few months now and my brows look amazing!! She is meticulous and takes her time which I totally appreciate. She also does not over-book and is ON TIME all the time! Love it! She is super sweet and sociable too. Also, the massage she gives your brows after threading is the best. Go to Archana, you won't regret it!!! read more

I called around a few places because I was really wanting to get a nice henna design on my palms. Archana was very easy to work with and her communication was fantastic throughout. Her studio was very comfortable and nice, and she did her own spin on a design I liked that I sent her a picture of. Well, she nailed it. It's far better than I could imagine!! She worked quickly and efficiently and she is clearly an artist. Price was exceptionally reasonable for the quality, and she quoted me in advance based on what I wanted. Thank you so much for your beautiful work! I've gotten tons of compliments!!! read more

I highly recommend Archana for eyebrow threading! She is truly a professional! It was very easy to make an appointment, she was able to accommodate both my daughter and I within the time frame I was looking for. She is friendly and very efficient. I loved that we discussed what I want to do with my eyebrows before she even pulled out the threads. And she gave me some very useful tips. Both my daughter and I walked away happy customers! I haven't had my eyebrows threaded in a year and went to Archana and she did an amazing job! So happy with how my eyebrows turned out!

Omg... never did I think my bf would ever pay attention to the symmetry and fullness of my eyebrows enough to comment on them but he has. Numerous times now. I came to Archana with my eyebrows being way F*cked up thanks to Hollywood Eyebrow. She fit me into her schedule no problem and talked to me about her plans to fix them and the stages we'd have to go through. I've been her client for about 2 months now and I couldn't be happier. I love that she's extremely flexible with her scheduling and takes the time to tell you what's new. She has both a home beauty salon and works at the new Hana Beauty Salon on Bascom. For only $10 a visit, an eyebrow massage with Burt's Bees Wax and precise handwork, I wouldn't even dare think of going to anyone or anywhere else ever again. Thank you Archana! read more

Archana is a brow whisperer! She pays close attention to detail and is an expert. She has a gentle touch and cares about her clients. She is thorough and will take her time to fix your brows. I HIGHLY recommend her! :) Also, she is a great henna artist. Tip: She goes by appointment, so make sure to give her a call first. She provides services at Hana Salon and at her home studio.
