The 2 person greeted us nicely and were able to accommodate my friend's design request. They worked through a bit rush for her and for mine they messed up on the color. I think the lady was helping me couldn't hear/understand me well even I showed her a picture and we followed the exact design for my pedicure. Overall 3.5 stars for first time trying since my design wasn't hard to do at all and I didn't want to asked her to redo bc her next appointment arrived. Excluding from the messed up color, she did a good job on the pedicure itself. The trimming and clean up was okay but she was brushing my heels to get rid of the dead skin but she only did a few scrubs so after the appointment my heels was scratchy even tho it wasn't heavily dry to begin with. She def did not sand down the heels surface. Tbh, they seem a bit under trained since they both don't know where the polish goes. I have gone to Victoria three times now, and she is excellent. We have worked together to improve my overall nail health using hybrid gel, and I am so impressed with the results. She does an outstanding job matching the example photos I bring in for each appointment, and she helps to adapt them to my skin tone and personal preferences. Although I don't generally ask for elaborate nail art, she has all the supplies to meet a wide variety of requests. On top of that, she is a very kind and professional person, and I haven't had any issues scheduling with her. She is located inside of the Hair Galleria, which has plenty of nearby parking. Overall, I strongly recommend! read more
