Victoria is extremely talented with nail art, I usually find pictures online and she is able to replicate them. In my 15+ years of getting acrylic nails, Victoria has been one of the best nail technicians I have met! In additional to doing an impeccable job, Victoria actually cares about her clients' nails. She is the first nail technician to tell me that I need to have longer nails for the shape I like; otherwise, she has to dig into my nail bed, and in the long run, it's going to permanently shorten my nail bed. Victoria has an innate ability to see what looks good on her clients, and she motivates her clients to get out of their comfort zone. I always had very short almond shaped nails, and I am not too experimental with my nail polish colors. She has encouraged me to have longer nails and try different colors. The detailing on the nail shape, art work, and perfecting my nails really showed how much they care about what their client wants. I was given suggestions that were helpful but still in line with what I wanted. They really care about the work they do and most importantly that their client is satisfied. They have been also very accommodating with me and flexible in booking. I was late to my last appointment and felt terrible but she gently reminded me to be more communicative and still took me in. I'm a coach and use my hands a lot for work, so most manicures wouldn't stay more than 10 days. They have found a way to make them last for more than three weeks! First of all, I'm definitely not the type to go into a nail salon and get my nails done on a regular. On the occasions that I do, I'm always really uncomfortable and insecure about my hands and feet. On this occasion, I needed work done ASAP bc I had a last minute planned engagement photoshoot. I explained to them I needed something done Sunday morning. They mentioned that they were book but were willing to see me at 7:30am!! A1 for sure! Went in the next morning at 7:30am, and they both were really friendly! I told Nga that I never really know what to ask for when getting my nails done and she help educate me and help me understand the differencea between dipped and gel.
